GGuest UserIt is located right next to parliament, which it does not says on location. Means you can not enter with your car, only taxi drop off and pick up. Rooms were really nice fully upgraded but cleanliness is not good. I checked in to the room all was perfect until I noticed 2 big spiders with big webs right on top of bed at night. Reported to reception but was no good. Had to kill them myself.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with an old town view, which was truly stunning. Additionally, they offered us complimentary spa entrance after checkout, which was a delightful bonus.
The room itself was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, situated on the 19th floor with an amazing view. The spa was also impressive—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

GGuest UserThe hotel was elegant and the location was good, but the room we stayed in did not have a safe, so we left our valuables at the front desk. It was our fault for not getting a safe deposit box, but the young man at the front desk did not hand it over to us, so the staff could not find it even after searching, and we almost missed our flight. We told them that the phone was broken and that the bathrobe was missing, and they promised to deliver it later, but they never showed up... We gave up, thinking that it was a bad room.

AAnonymous UserThe location in the middle of the old town was very good and offered excellent connections to the sights. The breakfast was also very tasty and offered a good selection. Unfortunately, the staff were rather unfriendly, which spoiled the stay somewhat. In addition, it was not possible to rent beach towels and there were additional costs for the wellness area that were not included in the price. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserCentral hostel was simply wonderful. It was very clean, quiet and peaceful. The staff were fantastic and very helpful, especially Alana who gave me lots of good advice and information to help me find my way about and where to go and what to see. The owners have added a lot of lovely homely elements to the hostel. You really feel at home there. The outside courtyard has been created beautifully with pots of flowers and hanging baskets. There are seating areas outside in the courtyard too. This is the best hostel! My room at was fantastic, a comfortable bed, storage and lots of room.

GGuest UserGreat location for me as I love looking at local markets and the central market was a 10 minute walk away. Old town is much further as is the art nouveau streets however. It had a few dust bunnies behind the door, but overall very clean. Unfortunately, the toilet smelled of sewerage and the scent permeated the room. Still, the heater ran warm and no problems with the water temperature. Bed a little too soft so not for those with back pain. Decent breakfast with good croissants and sausage selection. Front desk was helpful and lent me an adapter to check if my charger was still working or if it was a cable issue. Overall smooth check in and out.

GGuest UserThe room and bathroom were very clean throughout our stay, thanks to the cleaning staff (we didn’t get the chance to meet them). Room was perfect for us; good mattress, fridge, kettle, toiletries and extras, including soft slippers. Hot water and heating all good. Location of the hotel is strategic, it’s on a street that goes towards the central train station and bus station, it’s near to public transport stops such as buses and trams, with plenty of cafes and restaurants around, even supermarkets. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The room was super clean.
The location is easy to get to the airport, bus terminal, downtown.
And there is a small restaurant nearby with nice selection on the menu.
The stuff is helpful and friendly.
The minuses:
The room is worn out. It needs a vacation or an upgrade. (But remember, it was still super clean!!!)
The kitchen area is just scary. And I am not gonna add more descriptions to that.
Nevertheless, I am greaful to have that scary kitchen. I was getting a cold, and it helped a lot to have the ability to boil the water several times for my throat.
Will I stay there again? Yes. Because all I needed is a clean place to sleep and take a shower.
