Very good experience. The location is quite good and there're several restaurants and markets nearby. Super convenient for traveller.

The room itself was generally clean, but perhaps a bit dated due to what I assume is an older renovation. I heard it's a hotel converted from a relatively old historical building in the area. With two double beds and the bathroom, that's pretty much all the space you get. On the bright side, the room did have a fridge, and the shower water was nice and hot. Just be aware there's an additional service charge of over $15.

The room was very clean and we loved the spacious bathroom and nice shower. Wish the shampoo/body wash/conditioner they offered wasn't so tiny. The hotel lobby was stylish/fun and staff were kind. Parking was easy and not too bad at $32 a night. Great location as we were up there mainly to visit the Huntington Library and Rose Bowl stadium.

Beautiful hotel with vintage American style. The rooms are very nice and clean. Staff very nice too. Shame there is no breakfast room but a small take-away for coffee and typical American breakfast. No sweet cakes but on the other side of the street there is a great patisserie. I will stay again in the future and I would recommend it

Very mediocre. Management is chaotic, and there's absolutely no service. Non-staff members even knock on your door.

This is our favorite hotel in Pasadena. It has such a cool vibe and the pool area is such a nice relaxing scene. If I had one gripe is that the pool is usually cold but the staff is so attentive. Plenty of towels and plenty of things to do out on Colorado Avenue.

A historic hotel that provided ambience with a welcoming atmosphere. The hotels location provided plenty of options for food and necessities. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and provided exceptional service. We requested a room change which was promptly addressed and were very pleased with the new room. The 3rd floor pool area was very nice with plenty of loungers and clean towels. Although, a weekly noontime schedule to purchase beverages and food at the pool would have been welcomed. We would like to acknowledge exceptional and friendly service from Graciela F. and Adriana C. They made our stay very enjoyable! We will be returning in the future and would highly recommend the Pasadena Hotel!!

A very cozy hotel, highly recommended! Our whole family loved it. The staff were very welcoming, and unlike some hotels that, despite their high prices, restrict even the water supply, this one offered unlimited water and coffee, which was excellent. It's really inconvenient to have to go out and find a place to buy water when you're unfamiliar with the area. In short, highly recommended!

There's a French breakfast place near the hotel that I'd recommend.

A very beautiful hotel; the rooms and lobby were excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. Most importantly, it offered exceptional value for money. It's about an hour's drive from the tourist areas of Las Vegas, which is acceptable. There aren't many homeless people in Pasadena at night, making the environment safe.

Overall, it was clean and nice. For a family of four, the beds were full-sized, so it was a bit small and uncomfortable, and the toilet was clogged on the last day, which was a bit inconvenient. The parking fee is a bit expensive at $32 per day. The location is very good and the pool is large, but there is no spa.

It's a bit far from the airport, but the surroundings are quiet, and there are cafes and delicious Japanese restaurants nearby, so I was very satisfied. The staff were also very helpful, making for a great stay.
