The staff provided excellent service and gave us great recommendations, especially the bellman who was very helpful and engaging throughout our stay. Thank you so much!💜 One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it’s pet-friendly, which we truly appreciated.😍 However, our overall experience wasn’t as impressive as expected. There were large groups of foreign tourists during our stay, and the rooms were not very well soundproofed. We could constantly hear loud noises from children running and playing along the corridor, which affected our comfort. If possible, we would recommend improving the soundproofing in the rooms a bit more — it would really make the stay much more enjoyable.

Nothing Matches its Excellent Location, beach road was like just a 100 meter. Very cooperative Front Desk Staff. Polite and helpful. The Hotel is very clean, rooms are fairly good sized. Breakfast menu had many items and food tasted good. Shopping Malls, McDonalds, StarBucks, Halal Food etc - everything within 200m distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a very good experience. The room was dirty upon arrival. The daily cleaning was very poor, just fixing the bed and empty the garbage can. The breakfast buffet was good. The location was good but vey noisy. Will not return to this hotel
