Anonymous UserHighly recommended! The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is excellent with fresh food every day. Even when the breakfast area is busy, there are always clean tables available and the food is regularly topped up. There are two coffee machines, which is very convenient. The breakfast area is air-conditioned, and the spacious lobby is also air-conditioned, with complimentary cold drinking water available for guests.
Great swimming pool with plenty of covered areas and fans, making it comfortable even on wet days.
The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Jomtien Beach and is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, massage shops, and shopping options. A great place to stay in Jomtien!

Anonymous UserIt is a family woth kids hotel. Ideal for kids at all age group to come and enjoy their holiday. Food and drinks are on the expensive side though. The check in and check out counter needs improvement; too long waiting time and the attitude of the concierge is not on the positive side. All other staffs did their best at their duties to make sure guests enjoyed their stay. We love our suite rooms. But activities are focused inside the hotel only because should you leave the hotel with your car, you will immediately loose your parking spot and you will need to search for another that is a very far walk to the lobby or a very tight one. We can feel the effort of the hotel to manage the high volume crowd. All in all, the stay was a 5 star, our kid enjoyed so much we came more than once already.
Ps. Some food vouchers were given when booked directly from the hotel, but excluded when booked from Trip.com. We felt a bit let down by this.

Amari Pattaya, located right by Pattaya Beach Road, is arguably one of the most impressive family-friendly resort hotels I've experienced in recent years. From the moment I stepped into the hotel until check-out, everything from the facilities and service quality to the overall atmosphere showcased the expected standards and refinement of a five-star establishment.
Upon arrival, the first thing that caught my eye was the spacious welcome driveway surrounded by lush green landscaping. Passing through the double automatic doors, the lobby, with its two-story-plus ceiling height, immediately conveyed the hotel's grandeur. The air was filled with a subtle floral and fruity scent, complemented by a refreshing welcome drink that instantly melted away the fatigue of a long journey. From the check-in process onwards, you could feel the hotel's intention to create a sense of occasion and a privileged experience for guests.
Our deluxe twin suite was equally satisfying. The room was incredibly spacious, with an overall layout that balanced comfort and practicality. In addition to a private balcony overlooking the sea, the room was well-equipped with comprehensive living amenities. The separate wet and dry bathroom design, independent bathtub and shower area, large-capacity wardrobe, generous luggage storage space, and ample charging outlets and reading lights all made an extended stay much more convenient.
Even the quality of the room slippers was impressive; their material and comfort clearly surpassed the disposable ones often found in similar-class hotels. These small details show that the hotel put significant effort into its room planning.
If you were to ask me what Amari Pattaya's most attractive feature is, I would undoubtedly say: ”the pool area.”
After check-in, if the room isn't ready yet, guests can head to the pool area to use the facilities. This pool and waterslide complex is practically a paradise for families with children. The entire space isn't just a simple large pool like traditional hotels; instead, it creates a rich flow of movement through varying levels, pathways, and water slides.
For children, it's more like a water adventure park. Descend a staircase, go through a slide, turn a corner, and you'll discover another play area, with each section full of exploration fun. Even adults can easily find their own relaxing corner within it.
Even more commendable is the overall maintenance quality. The cleanliness of the pools, changing rooms, and public restrooms was excellent. There was absolutely no lingering urine smell common in large public pools, nor any pungent, excessive chlorine odor. The floors were kept clean and dry, making the overall experience very comfortable.
Several towel stations were also set up in the outdoor area, continuously providing freshly dried, subtly scented bath towels. Children could immediately wrap themselves in warm towels after getting out of the pool, a thoughtful and attentive service that truly made an impression.
Beyond the pool, the Kids' Club is another facility well worth recommending.
Although not particularly large in scale, it's rich in content. From coloring pages, simple craft materials, dress-up toys, and children's picture books to the kids' favorite PlayStation consoles, everything is available. More importantly, the overall environment is exceptionally well-maintained. Whether it's the floor, tables, or the toys themselves, everything is kept clean, tidy, and spotless.
Another lasting impression was made by the two Kids' Club staff members. They showed immense patience and care towards every child entering the playroom, whether it was proactively offering toys, interacting with the children, or assisting with tidying up the environment. You could tell they genuinely enjoyed being with children, rather than just performing a job. I believe most parents would give such service a very high rating.
Regarding its location, Amari Pattaya is almost impeccable. The hotel is situated along Pattaya's busiest Beach Road, just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the beach. The surrounding area boasts numerous convenience stores, unique restaurants, and tourist attractions, with the highly popular Terminal 21 Pattaya also within walking distance.
Along Beach Road, you can easily hail a 'songthaew' (local shared taxi) at any time, making it convenient to travel to Central Pattaya, South Pattaya, or other attractions. For independent travelers, there are virtually no significant drawbacks concerning transportation and daily amenities.
Breakfast is served at the hotel's Ayara restaurant. The restaurant offers continuous service from 6 AM to 10 AM daily, so even if you want to sleep in, you don't have to worry about missing breakfast.
In addition to the typical Western breakfast options found in five-star hotels, the menu also includes hot dishes like freshly cooked Thai noodles and made-to-order omelets, all of stable quality. The most interesting feature is a specially designed children's buffet area, decorated with cute animal shapes carved from watermelon, which not only attracts children's attention but also demonstrates the hotel's dedication to the family traveler market.
Overall, Amari Pattaya's greatest strength isn't just its luxury, but how thoroughly it delivers on the concept of a 'family vacation.' From the room design, pool planning, and Kids' Club to the breakfast and the meticulous details in public spaces, you can feel that the hotel genuinely considers the needs of families with children.
If you're traveling to Pattaya with children and want to balance convenient transportation, excellent facilities, and comfortable accommodation quality, I believe Amari Pattaya is definitely one of the top five-star resort hotels in Pattaya city worth considering.

Anonymous UserExcellent hotel. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafes and bars nearby. The small night market is also just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel has two small pools and a restaurant with reasonable prices. The breakfast was delicious, with rice, various meats, sausages, pancakes, yogurt, dried fruits, and fresh fruits like pineapple, watermelon, and papaya. The only thing missing was pastries.
The room had a bathtub, a balcony, bathrobes, and an umbrella. The cleaning was good (for Thailand).
Overall, I recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for more than 30 days — in fact, over a month — and we can confidently say that we are leaving with the warmest and most wonderful memories. This is truly one of the best hotels in Pattaya.
Everything here is beautiful: the excellent beachfront location with stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sense of privacy and calm. But most importantly — it’s the people. The hotel team. When you stay somewhere for such a long time, you really feel it. And here, you get the amazing feeling of being at home.
From the very first day until the last, we experienced genuine care, warm smiles, and thoughtful attention. From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been.
A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment.
This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable.
We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened.
A very special thank you to our beloved
Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager.
She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable.
This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for.
We sincerely thank the entire team for the care and the wonderful atmosphere.
For those seeking peaceful, beautiful and truly high-quality relaxation — this hotel is a perfect choice.
Our only wish is that there will always be available rooms… because we already know we will want to come back again and again ❤️

Anonymous UserStepping into the hotel, I immediately felt a strong vacation vibe – the atmosphere was incredibly relaxed and comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. There's a shuttle bus that takes you to Terminal 21 shopping mall. The hotel also has a private beach, and the pool is absolutely stunning for photos. You can truly enjoy your stay without even leaving the resort.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, replenished daily. Waking up to a sea view every morning and enjoying the ocean breeze from the balcony was pure bliss.

Guest UserI recently stayed at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, and I'd definitely recommend it.
The hotel is located on Jomtien Beach, just across a small street from the ocean. It's surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. The rooms are very spacious, and the twin beds are quite generous, about 1.25 meters wide each, so it didn't feel cramped even with two kids.
The public areas of the hotel are also pretty good. There are three swimming pools, which kept the kids entertained for an entire afternoon. Around the hotel, you'll find 7-Eleven, snack stalls, and plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient.
Most of the guests here are Russian, with very few Chinese visitors. Consequently, the breakfast largely caters to Western tastes, which wasn't quite to my liking.
Overall, for the price, it's an excellent choice, especially for families with two children.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.
The service was excellent from start to finish — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, and create a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool is absolutely stunning and was one of the highlights of my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfasts — there was a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious.
There were just a couple of minor downsides. There were no separate power outlets near the bed, which was a bit inconvenient for charging devices at night. Also, the chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Ghost TravellerGreat location and reasonable price! It's right by the seafront, which makes it easy to get around. Plus, it's super convenient to catch the coastal songthaew. The room is spacious, and the AC works wonderfully, keeping it nice and cool. If you're a light sleeper, the music from the nearby entertainment area might bother you, but then again, isn't that part of the Pattaya experience? You probably have to consider both the hotel's location and Pattaya's overall vibe. As a heavy sleeper myself, I slept like a baby!
They take a 1000 baht cash deposit which is returned upon check-out. There are 7-Elevens everywhere – front, side, and back – making it easy to grab anything you need.
Thanks to this place, I had a fantastic time in Pattaya. I'll definitely be back! 🤗
