Great
XXiaolinjunxiI don't usually write reviews, but I was genuinely surprised by this place. Let me start with a couple of objective cons: - Check-in is strictly at 2:30 PM, no earlier (might be due to full occupancy, not entirely sure). Now, for the pros: - It has a balcony with a drying rack, which is super convenient. - There's a fridge. - I brought my own toiletries, so I didn't mind not using the hotel's. - There's a pool, a table tennis room, a kids' play area, and a gym. I really have to highlight the hotel breakfast – it was fantastic, much better than any other place I ate at near the hotel. The location is great too; Jomtien Beach is right outside, and if you turn left and walk for about ten minutes, you'll reach Jomtien Night Market. The fresh juices there are cheap and delicious. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Pattaya.

GGuest UserThe room type was satisfactory, a sea-view room. While the building isn't as new as some high-end Bangkok hotels, after insisting with the front desk not to be on a lower floor due to a late check-in, we got a room on a floor with a good view. The air conditioning was indeed noisy, as mentioned in other reviews, but it didn't disturb our sleep. The staff were reasonably enthusiastic. The beachfront restaurant was particularly delicious, every dish was excellent. We arranged a car back to Bangkok through the front desk. There are three kids' clubs: 1. A members-only area offering simple meals. There aren't many toys for children, but it's quiet and can be a good place to relax. We bought a day pass, which wasn't cheap, and the food wasn't great. 2. The second is underground, suitable for younger children. It's a small space, and there are scheduled craft activities with a teacher daily. 3. The Lost World (or something similar, I don't remember the exact name) has large outdoor climbing nets and slides, but it was too sunny to play much. There's an indoor area showing cartoons and simple wooden houses. Cake and cookie making activities are also held in this area. Our main focus was on playing in the water and enjoying the sea. The restaurants outside the hotel were also very good, and shopping was convenient. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

MMaoduoliyamaoduoliThe hygiene was good. It was a bit inconvenient to ask for a toothbrush at the front desk, and razors weren't provided. The slippers were regular sandals, not disposable, which is eco-friendly. There were mosquitoes at this time of year, but I didn't see any mosquito repellent. The breakfast was quite rich, a mix of Chinese and Western, and tasted good. It's a non-smoking hotel, and you absolutely cannot eat durian in the room. My colleague was fined 1000 Thai Baht just for eating a bite of durian. There are two pools downstairs, where a lot of foreigners often sunbathe, but unfortunately, my business trip schedule was too packed to enjoy them.

GGudajiaoJust wrapped up a family vacation at Dusit Thani Pattaya, and I'm absolutely thrilled with our stay, especially traveling with my parents – definitely a five-star review! We opted for a Club Room this time, and the ocean view from our window was stunning. Watching the sunrise and enjoying the sea breeze from the balcony with my parents was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's environment truly is top-notch; the tropical gardens are maintained like a botanical garden, and the pool is right by the beach. Every day was a joy, sunbathing by the pool and taking early morning strolls through the gardens. I particularly want to commend the service. Seeing us with elderly parents, the staff consistently went out of their way to open doors and press elevator buttons for us, always with genuine, warm smiles. The Club Lounge's afternoon tea was also fantastic, with a peaceful atmosphere and exquisite pastries ❤️

PPATTY PATRICIADuring my stayed i think for this hotel is not suitable for families or couples. 99% of guests are Chinese, large groups, and they're all competing to take photos everywhere. It's quite noisy. The room is big and the view is ok. I like the spa and massage but i don’t think i will go back because there’s so many hotels in Pattaya is more beautiful อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลาย แต่ไม่ค่อยถูกปากค่ะ สปาบริการดีมากสมราคา

AAnonymous UserFacilities: reasonably well-maintained Cleanliness: good Service: adequate Ambiance: average Upon entering the lobby, you're greeted by traditional Thai architecture. The lobby is spacious and faces directly onto the pool and beach, a design I feel is common in many older, more traditional Thai hotels. After staying for a few days, I got the impression this was once a high-end establishment, evident from the mahogany furniture and mini-bar, bathrooms with bathtubs, a pool friendly to those who prefer shade, and its distinctive Thai-style perimeter walls 😄. However, it seems it hasn't been renovated in a very, very long time. The bedding and linens are quite old and worn. While many of the facilities feel dated, they are generally reasonably well-maintained, giving a better impression than the dated linens. Breakfast is served at the poolside restaurant. The setting is pleasant, but the variety of food leaves much to be desired. There was almost no change in the menu over a week, and staples like congee or noodle soup were missing. It's primarily a Western-style breakfast, but the quality of the ham, bacon, and sausages was very mediocre. The only highlight was the egg station, which offered a good variety of options. The hotel's location is good: two 7-Elevens are just a 5-minute walk away, Jomtien Beach is right across the road, and there are many restaurants and bars within a 10-minute radius. Honestly, though, the Thai food in Pattaya isn't great; for someone from Sichuan, it's far too sweet – nowhere near as good as what you'd find in Bangkok or even Phuket. Remember to ask for less sugar when ordering. For those who prefer a quiet stay and simply want to relax at the hotel, this place is just passable.

SSawasdee SunshineMy stay had a rough start. I had to change rooms three times because my request for a ”quiet room” wasn't met at first. • 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction. • 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo) • 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos) Staff: The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job. Overall: The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor.

GGhost TravellerGreat location and reasonable price! It's right by the seafront, which makes it easy to get around. Plus, it's super convenient to catch the coastal songthaew. The room is spacious, and the AC works wonderfully, keeping it nice and cool. If you're a light sleeper, the music from the nearby entertainment area might bother you, but then again, isn't that part of the Pattaya experience? You probably have to consider both the hotel's location and Pattaya's overall vibe. As a heavy sleeper myself, I slept like a baby! They take a 1000 baht cash deposit which is returned upon check-out. There are 7-Elevens everywhere – front, side, and back – making it easy to grab anything you need. Thanks to this place, I had a fantastic time in Pattaya. I'll definitely be back! 🤗

HHengdaohezidexuegu-yunshangwuyeA great choice for solo travelers or families. It's very quiet and comfortable. The only downside is the lack of shops nearby. There's a fantastic Bluefin restaurant next door, but it's not cheap. The gym is a bit rudimentary, almost like a basement, but with two pools, you won't have to worry about overcrowding! The sea is right outside, and the Sanctuary of Truth is next door. The trade-off is that it can feel quite isolated if you go for a walk outside the hotel at night; the nearest convenience store (Tops!) is a 10-15 minute walk away.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, and I'd definitely recommend it. The hotel is located on Jomtien Beach, just across a small street from the ocean. It's surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. The rooms are very spacious, and the twin beds are quite generous, about 1.25 meters wide each, so it didn't feel cramped even with two kids. The public areas of the hotel are also pretty good. There are three swimming pools, which kept the kids entertained for an entire afternoon. Around the hotel, you'll find 7-Eleven, snack stalls, and plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient. Most of the guests here are Russian, with very few Chinese visitors. Consequently, the breakfast largely caters to Western tastes, which wasn't quite to my liking. Overall, for the price, it's an excellent choice, especially for families with two children.
