AAnya23The hotel amenities are a huge plus for the price point. The outdoor swimming pool is fantastic (and great for families since there is a kids' section), and they have a functional gym and sauna on-site. To top it all off, the daily breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge variety of hot dishes, including a delicious noodle soup station. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always greeted me with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya and will definitely be returning!

MMiaomaThis trip was incredibly satisfying, from the ambiance to the service, everything was top-notch. Firstly, all the hotel rooms face the sea. We arrived at night and didn't realize it until we woke up in the morning and were immediately captivated by the stunning view outside our window: the ocean, the beach 🏖, a water park, Southeast Asian-style architecture... It instantly put us in a great mood. Then came breakfast; the setting was beautiful. Sitting outdoors, with the sea breeze, surrounded by the picturesque Southeast Asian scenery, while enjoying the best meal of the trip (the curry and Indian flatbread come highly recommended!), it was truly refreshing. Finally, we went to the beach. The sand was fine and clean, with no vendors bothering us. There were also three large ocean enclosures ensuring visitors' safety. The water world was the only regret of this trip, as we didn't get to experience it due to our schedule. We definitely have to go next time to try the surfing, water slides, and flumes... It's a bit like the structure of Galaxy Macau, but with even more of a Southeast Asian flair.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for a family birthday, but we will never stay here again.  ① Poor check-in and check-out operation: Check-in was from 3pm, but we were finally able to enter at 3:30pm. This was despite having an executive suite. The reception told us to wait in the executive lounge, but at the lounge entrance, they asked for our room number and made us wait again because the room wasn't ready yet. At check-out, there was only one lane, and we waited for about 15 minutes.  ② Dirty room: I understand that it was busy because it was the last day of a three-day weekend, but there were snacks on the floor and women's hair in the toilet. It was disappointing.  ③ Slow service: We requested ice to be brought to our room, but it didn't come even after 20 minutes, so we called reception again. It finally arrived after 30 minutes. Basically, it doesn't deserve a 5-star rating, and I've come to understand that Amari is not that great. The difference was even more noticeable because we had stayed at a different 5-star hotel the day before, where the service was excellent.

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and the staff provided good service. However, the mattress felt damp and had a musty smell on the day I stayed. I suspect they rushed the cleaning a bit. Overall, it was good value for money and easy to get to.

The landscape and the positioning of the swimming pool are highlights of the hotel. The room layout is a bit odd; the space and furniture aren't well-balanced, and the space isn't utilized efficiently. However, the room is large, which means the air conditioning doesn't cool evenly, and it's not soundproof, so you can clearly hear doors opening and closing in other rooms. The breakfast spread is good and varied, with both Thai and international options, salads, noodles, an egg station, juices, and desserts. If you like a large, varied, and delicious breakfast, I recommend this place. Overall, if you're looking for good views, good breakfast, cleanliness, and large rooms, I recommend this hotel.

From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been. A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for. GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, and I'd definitely recommend it. The hotel is located on Jomtien Beach, just across a small street from the ocean. It's surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. The rooms are very spacious, and the twin beds are quite generous, about 1.25 meters wide each, so it didn't feel cramped even with two kids. The public areas of the hotel are also pretty good. There are three swimming pools, which kept the kids entertained for an entire afternoon. Around the hotel, you'll find 7-Eleven, snack stalls, and plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient. Most of the guests here are Russian, with very few Chinese visitors. Consequently, the breakfast largely caters to Western tastes, which wasn't quite to my liking. Overall, for the price, it's an excellent choice, especially for families with two children.

The lobby is spacious and faces directly onto the pool and beach, a design I feel is common in many older, more traditional Thai hotels. After staying for a few days, I got the impression this was once a high-end establishment, evident from the mahogany furniture and mini-bar, bathrooms with bathtubs, a pool friendly to those who prefer shade, and its distinctive Thai-style perimeter walls 😄. However, it seems it hasn't been renovated in a very, very long time. The bedding and linens are quite old and worn. While many of the facilities feel dated, they are generally reasonably well-maintained, giving a better impression than the dated linens. Breakfast is served at the poolside restaurant. The setting is pleasant, but the variety of food leaves much to be desired. There was almost no change in the menu over a week, and staples like congee or noodle soup were missing. It's primarily a Western-style breakfast, but the quality of the ham, bacon, and sausages was very mediocre. The only highlight was the egg station, which offered a good variety of options. The hotel's location is good: two 7-Elevens are just a 5-minute walk away, Jomtien Beach is right across the road, and there are many restaurants and bars within a 10-minute radius. Honestly, though, the Thai food in Pattaya isn't great; for someone from Sichuan, it's far too sweet – nowhere near as good as what you'd find in Bangkok or even Phuket. Remember to ask for less sugar when ordering. For those who prefer a quiet stay and simply want to relax at the hotel, this place is just passable.

MMengzhongyujianWe got an upgraded room, which was incredibly spacious and bright with excellent air conditioning – a truly memorable stay. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the room had a beautiful view. The hotel is right next to 6th Street, making it very convenient for drinks and nightlife. The beach is just across the street, perfect for catching both sunrise and sunset.

GGhost TravellerGreat location and reasonable price! It's right by the seafront, which makes it easy to get around. Plus, it's super convenient to catch the coastal songthaew. The room is spacious, and the AC works wonderfully, keeping it nice and cool. If you're a light sleeper, the music from the nearby entertainment area might bother you, but then again, isn't that part of the Pattaya experience? You probably have to consider both the hotel's location and Pattaya's overall vibe. As a heavy sleeper myself, I slept like a baby! They take a 1000 baht cash deposit which is returned upon check-out. There are 7-Elevens everywhere – front, side, and back – making it easy to grab anything you need. Thanks to this place, I had a fantastic time in Pattaya. I'll definitely be back! 🤗
