This place was amazing! As soon as you get there, there are like 5 to 10 workers hopping out of the building just to assist you. They come open your car door for you. They grab all your luggage no matter how heavy they are, I tried helping them but they refused any help. And then during the Check-In, I was brought a glass of something to drink, it looked like an Old-Fashion but I'm not sure. Then after check-in, one of the employees named First, carried my luggage to my room. Again, I tried to help him but he was very persistent on doing it himself. I got the Deluxe Room with Ocean view, and it was amazing for only $200 for 3 nights. Comes with a small kitchen, a washer (might have been a 2 in 1, Washer/Dryer, I did not use it), a seating area that could probably fit up to 3 people, a bathtub & a shower, & the toilet was separated in it's only little space. Also, you can see through the windows to the bathroom, but there is a privacy setting, where it will instantly tint the windows where people outside of the bathroom can no longer see inside, I thought that was very cool and unique compared to other places. Breakfast was great, the views at breakfast are also amazing since it's basically at the top floor. It feels very fancy up there, I saw many people come up there just to take photos of the place. Also, I did not pay extra to have breakfast everyday, however when I went, I did want to try the breakfast out. So I paid for it one day, & luckily they were running a deal, buy one get one free, so I basically got 2 breakfasts for only 450 baht. I think the breakfast was pretty good. My trip consisted of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Pattaya, & Bangkok, and of the 4 cities I stayed in, I enjoyed this breakfast the most. The pool from the top floor is a little small, but still great. I love the little sandy area they have up there with bean bag lounge chairs too. And then there's a lot of seating if you're not trying to get wet or sandy, it's a very intimate setting at night. The bar stays open until midnight, so I stayed up there until close one night. It's very relaxing. I think the only minor issue I could think of is, if your Grab driver is driving down from the north, they aren't able to make a right turn going into the Hotel's parking lot. There are dividers in the middle of the road preventing you from making right turns, so your Grab drivers have to keep driving until whenever they're able to make a U-Turn, & sometimes that takes a while due to traffic. I think that was very annoying for many of my Grab drivers. At night time, this area isn't too lively either, which I like, because it's quiet & easier to get a Grab driver or to get around. However, if you just walk like a good 10-15 minutes, it can get crazy, or you can get to Central Pattaya mall or the beach. So it isn't too far from all the good stuff either. Overall, this is a great place & I would love to stay there again whenever I'm in Pattaya. Also, Nisa & First were both amazing, great customer service from both of them. All of the staff were amazing actually, I had a really good waitress during breakfast too, but I didn't catch her name.

The room was super spacious, smelled clean and fresh, and the service was excellent. They even provided free snacks and drinks. Everything was truly great! My only complaint is that the kids' club was small and didn't have much to do. I stayed here 10 years ago and loved it. This time, I brought my daughter to experience it, and the front desk service was excellent. For the buffet dinner, if you can read Chinese, **DO NOT EAT THERE! DO NOT EAT THERE! DO NOT EAT THERE!** The only seafood available was large river prawns, and they weren't fresh. We chose the mid-priced option, which was about 400 HKD. The oysters were not fresh, and surprisingly, breakfast had more food options than dinner. After eating, both my husband and I got gastroenteritis, and the restaurant staff had a bad attitude! For the deposit, I used a credit card, but the front desk didn't mention it when I checked out. I had to remember to ask about it afterwards, and they couldn't process an immediate refund!!!! The quality has declined significantly, the facilities are old, and it's not as good as it used to be.

I especially loved this hotel, and for me, it’s definitely a 10/10. Here are my reasons. From the very first moment, we received such a warm welcome. Kik did a fantastic job welcoming us and making us feel comfortable from the beginning. The first four things I always check when I enter a hotel room are: good air conditioning, curtains that can make the room completely dark, strong shower pressure, and good Wi-Fi. This hotel has all four! 🙌 The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I especially want to mention Jack, such a great guy! He helped us several times during our stay and was always kind and professional. Another thing I really appreciated is that the pictures are real. The swimming pool, kids’ area, sauna, and other facilities look just like they do in the photos. And last but definitely not least, I have to mention the cleaning ladies. They are absolutely superb! Every day we had fresh towels, soft drinks, and everything was spotless. What impressed me the most was how quiet and respectful they were. If you are sleeping, you won’t hear loud conversations or a vacuum cleaner outside your room. That really makes a difference. So, if you like the pictures and the price of this hotel, I would definitely recommend coming here. The facilities are great, but the staff are what really make this hotel special. I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen t. curtains block out the light perfectly. While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish. 🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms ✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out. although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

After an upgrade, the room was decent, but I wouldn't recommend booking the basic room type at this hotel. We originally booked the 'Deluxe King Room' because we planned to be out all day. However, the room was old and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, a family member got a fever and needed to stay in the room, so we asked the front desk to switch us to the same room type on a higher floor, which was noticeably better in all aspects. * The staff were all very friendly and always helpful. * The facilities are excellent, with several swimming pools, including one with a small waterslide. The adult pool almost connects to the beach. * Just across the street from the hotel, you'll find Terminal 21 and a night market, making it convenient for dining and shopping. * Ctrip was fantastic! I was unhappy with the old room and contacted Ctrip to negotiate a refund for one night. Although the hotel didn't agree, they offered another solution, which was a pleasant surprise and ultimately helped us achieve the relaxation and enjoyment we wanted from our vacation. * Rooms with sea views and balconies are definitely worth it! The balconies are spacious and comfortable. * The breakfast is extensive, featuring live grilled meats, sushi, Cantonese dim sum (siew mai, custard buns, and char siu buns), yogurt, ice cream scoops, and more, with daily variations.

Highly recommended! The beach is just 200 meters away, and it's nice and quiet at night. The hotel pool is very clean, and there's a gym. The service is excellent (Thai people generally have great service a***ude). I tipped generously in Thailand, and I definitely felt well-served. For the price, the value for money is outstanding, and the hotel felt amazing! 🎉

The hotel is good, the lobby is great, but the rooms are old. The two pools on the property are excellent. Breakfasts are super, and the view is amazing. However, the area is very, very quiet, perfect for people who love peace and tranquility. There's no entertainment whatsoever. The beach and sea in this specific location are terrible.

The hotel may need to improve its advertising and provide more accurate information. I went to the 7th floor, but unfortunately it was not accessible because it had been completely damaged by a fire. The swimming pool was also disappointing. There were no towels available, and if you asked for one, you had to pay extra. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it definitely needs more work and improvement.
