5-Star Hotels in Pattaya

I recently stayed at Arbour Hotel and Residence Pattaya for my birthday trip and had a fantastic overall experience! The hotel is very nice with top-notch amenities, including convenient free valet parking and a delicious breakfast spread. The staff added such thoughtful touches for my birthday, surprising me with a complimentary cake and cute animal figures made out of towels. The only hiccup during our stay was with the hot water, which was only working properly on my second day. When the issue happened around midnight, the staff let us use a nearby checked-out room just so we could take a shower. While moving between rooms late at night was pretty inconvenient, I really appreciated their effort, they dispatched an engineer immediately to work on the issue, even though it couldn't be fixed that night. On top of that, they left us a heartfelt written apology letter and sent a fresh fruit platter to our room, which showed how much they care about their guests. Despite the minor hot water issue, the outstanding customer service made it a memorable stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely stay at Arbour again next time I'm in Pattaya!

The check-in process took far too long. We waited for more than 30 minutes in total—over 20 minutes just to reach the counter, followed by another 10 minutes to complete the check-in. There were simply too many procedures involved, including having to print documents. I hope the hotel can streamline the process, as it was clear that the staff were doing their best. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this was the longest check-in experience I’ve ever had. It’s disappointing to encounter this at a five-star hotel, especially having to stand and wait for such a long time. That said, the swimming pool and water park were excellent, and the room itself was very nice. Overall, the hotel is good. However, the bathroom floor was not cleaned thoroughly. Since many guests likely return from the water park, the floor felt slightly greasy. In addition, one of the two bathrobes had damp sleeves and was not replaced. It seemed like it might have been left over from the previous guest, as even the sleeves were not arranged properly when it was hung up. That was particularly disappointing. The breakfast selection was fairly limited, and there were not enough tables. If you come down around 9:00 a.m., you may have to wait for a table. However, the hotel does inform guests about this in advance, so I found it understandable. Overall, I had a good stay. My favorite benefit was the late check-out option. However, the issues I mentioned above were disappointing, especially considering this is a five-star hotel.

Our first time here and we were so impressed! We came for our wedding anniversary with our 5-year-old, and the service and care we received were exceptional. The room was lovely. We ordered BBQ to our room, and it was so worth it – very generous portions. Breakfast was great, and the pool was fantastic. Every single staff member, from every department, was incredibly welcoming. Thank you for making our special day even more memorable! This will definitely be our family's go-to hotel from now on. We used to stay at other 5-star hotels, but from now on, every trip must include The Gems Mining 🤍

Before we arrived, we set up a group chat and checked in smoothly. The hotel was smaller than I expected, but the service and cleanliness were both good. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. It's really suitable for family trips. The rooftop pool is fantastic!

Excellent hotel! We were a bit worried that there wouldn't be any quiet and peaceful areas, as it's mainly families with children who stay here, but everything turned out perfectly! Everyone can find a spot they like! The suite rooms are very good, as are the club lounges. The lounge on the 12th floor now offers decent drinks and cocktails with snacks from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. At breakfast, you can enjoy a glass of Australian brut. Juices, water, tea, coffee, fruits, and cookies are available throughout the day! The staff are very polite and friendly! The sea in mid-July was calm and very warm, with no waves. The water temperature near the shore reached up to 35°C.

I'm a repeat guest at Fifth Pattaya. And I keep coming back for more. I find the Grand Deluxe rooms more than adequate with a fantastic kitchenette, private balconies and many of the rooms have just undergone renovation. The breakfast is most acceptable, the location from the beach is just a 3 to 5 minute stroll, the staff of super friendly and efficient. There's no place I'd be happier to stay at.

Great location. Near the nightlife and a ten minute walk from the beach. A great cleaner on my floor had the room cleaned by 11am every day which is perfect for me. I take medication around lunch time and need to sleep afterwards. A clean fresh room with a good Aircon made my stay great. Small swimming pool Very ornate but tiny. Very busy from morning until late afternoon. Limited beds and chairs. No sun for most of the pool area. Not good for swimming or sun bathing. The children seem to enjoy it including the Indian Men who behaved in and around the pool like ”big kids” TV old with very few English speaking channels that were clear Room was big and a good sized balcony. Bath tub step into shower was good but needs an anti slip mat. Lights were not all working. No black out quality curtains. Dosnt bother me I can sleep with the curtains pulled back. But if lights and sounds disturb you be aware Big noisy fridge Great size bed I got a great deal and would stay again at the right price But will probably stay elsewhere Staff efficient

The rooms were very clean, I was impressed. The staff were friendly and always smiling. Great location, easy to get around. Delicious breakfast. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with soft beds ensuring a good night's sleep. Beautiful views and a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Check-in was fast and check-out was easy. The staff provided good information. The bathrooms were clean and the facilities complete. Plenty of parking space. The air conditioning was cool and comfortable, water pressure was good, and the internet was fast. Perfect for relaxation, quiet and peaceful, I slept soundly all night. Very impressed, I will definitely stay again and recommend it to others. The service was friendly, the rooms were brand new and beautifully decorated, and smelled lovely. The staff were polite. Close to restaurants and tourist attractions, easy and safe to travel around. Reasonable price. A great experience with a warm atmosphere. My family loved it, and the kids had fun. The pool was clean and the fitness center was good. Suitable for both leisure and business. Good soundproofing. Romantic atmosphere. Worth every penny. Impressed from check-in. Close to shopping malls and train stations. Spacious rooms with complete facilities. I'll definitely stay again if I have the chance, and recommend it to friends. This hotel Cesar Palace it’s very special because of the people that works there from the receptionist to the bellboy. They are all very courteous and ready to do whatever necessary to make you feel comfortable in the place. The place is spotless is very clean. They continue to clean all day long. I can see it when I’m walking around. It has also beautiful pool that you can cool down. I have come back after my first visit and stay longer because I felt home. It is very clean and that’s what I like about it. Also, the friendliness of the people that works there I can testify to that. It is very convenient. It’s in the heart of Pattaya. You can go walk anywhere across the street. Is Pattaya Mall that has food clothing everything that you need it’s a five minute walk distance. It’s also very close to the beach. If you like to walk, you can walk five minutes to the beach or you right Motorbike two minutes to the beach has lots of nightlife in the area that you can be entertained and eating good food so this is the spot for me when I come to Pattaya Caesar’s Palace going to be the place that I will come to visit again.

This hotel is in North Pattaya, right next to a hotpot buffet, which I never got a chance to try. The prices can be a bit inconsistent though; I managed to snag a great deal for my three-night stay. Pattaya is a lovely place. I only realized there was a gym on the first floor when I was checking out today – I hardly spent any time at the hotel, to be honest.
