Breakfast is highly recommended: a la carte main course + self-service buffet.
The location is ideal: it's moderate for those traveling by taxi, in central Pattaya, with Big C shopping center within walking distance.
The rooftop pool offers sea views, which my children loved.
The room has a washing machine, but no dryer function, and laundry detergent is not provided.
The towel art (little animals...) was a very thoughtful and delightful touch!
It's a great place to stay that I would choose again next time.

Guest UserI was very satisfied with the room's environment and cleanliness during this stay. Plus, there's a large shopping mall directly opposite with a food court and supermarket, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities include a swimming pool that's perfect for both children and adults. It's an ideal place to stay for families or couples.

Happy Family123We arrived quite late last night for check-in, and the whole family was pretty tired. However, the service from three staff members – Kim, Pot, and Mos – was incredibly heartwarming.
They were polite and efficient throughout the process, and they genuinely 'put themselves in the customer's shoes' to help us find solutions, rather than just rigidly following procedures. Encountering such a warm and thoughtful team even with a late check-in really helped our trip start off on a great note.
If hotel management sees this review, I sincerely hope Kim, Pot, and Mos can be properly recognized and praised! As a customer, seeing a hotel with such outstanding and responsible employees makes me genuinely happy for you. Next time I'm in Pattaya, this will definitely be my top choice!

Five-star recommendation! We booked the two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom supreme sea-view suite. The space was incredibly large, and having two bathrooms was super convenient for traveling with friends – no fighting over the shower! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking ocean views that were absolutely stunning. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The location is convenient, close to dining and shopping. The rooftop pool is also very picturesque. It’s perfect for both family trips and friends traveling together. We were very satisfied with our stay, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Pattaya!

XiaoshenThis is a true family-friendly hotel that caters to all your needs when traveling with kids. The water park can keep the little ones entertained all day with water slides, a lazy river, and a diving pool. It would be even more perfect if they had a wave pool. The water park connects directly to the beach outside, so you can also swim in the sea or play in the sand. A bit further down the beach, there are seafood sashimi stalls where locals buy their fresh catches – the squid cup and squid sashimi are absolutely divine! Back to the rooms, all of them offer stunning oceanfront views with an endless horizon. The beds are comfortably firm, but the air conditioning is indeed quite noisy with a strong airflow, and since the control panel was broken, we couldn't adjust it. So, we turned off the AC at night and opened the balcony door, falling asleep to the sea breeze and waves. Also, the water in Pattaya isn't particularly clean; the filter in my portable shower head turned completely black. The hotel breakfast is incredibly lavish, almost to the point of being overwhelming, and the staff are all warm and friendly. It truly lives up to its reputation as a five-star resort in an international tourist city. Highly recommended!

Guest UserExcellent hotel, highly recommend it to everyone. The location is not bad; the beach is a bit far, but it's dirty there anyway, so you wouldn't swim. The area is quiet, but there are bars and restaurants around – life is bustling in the evenings, but not so much that it disturbs sleep. We stayed in a family room in the new building, and everything matched the photos – clean and fresh. Breakfasts were decent and tasty.

Guest UserI especially loved this hotel, and for me, it’s definitely a 10/10. Here are my reasons. From the very first moment, we received such a warm welcome. Kik did a fantastic job welcoming us and making us feel comfortable from the beginning. The first four things I always check when I enter a hotel room are: good air conditioning, curtains that can make the room completely dark, strong shower pressure, and good Wi-Fi. This hotel has all four! 🙌 The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I especially want to mention Jack, such a great guy! He helped us several times during our stay and was always kind and professional. Another thing I really appreciated is that the pictures are real. The swimming pool, kids’ area, sauna, and other facilities look just like they do in the photos. And last but definitely not least, I have to mention the cleaning ladies. They are absolutely superb! Every day we had fresh towels, soft drinks, and everything was spotless. What impressed me the most was how quiet and respectful they were. If you are sleeping, you won’t hear loud conversations or a vacuum cleaner outside your room. That really makes a difference. So, if you like the pictures and the price of this hotel, I would definitely recommend coming here. The facilities are great, but the staff are what really make this hotel special. Thank you to everyone at Samsara Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️

natt nattieI frequently stay here and always choose the corner room, which I love the most because the toilet and shower are separate. My only complaint is that the bathtub is right next to the toilet. The food is quite ordinary. The pool is spacious and nice. If I come back, I'll definitely book a corner room again.

We recently stayed at Caesar Palace Hotel and had a fantastic experience! You simply cannot beat the location, it is right in the center and just across the road from everything you need.
The pool area is lovely and a great spot to relax during the day. While the rooms are on the older side, it is very clear that they are well-maintained, exceptionally clean, and comfortable.
A special shout-out to the reception staff, who were amazingly friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality truly made our stay extra special and enjoyable.
We are already looking forward to returning in the future and can't wait to see the newly refurbished rooms on our next visit! Highly recommended.

Guest UserThe rooms are clean and the service is good. There's food downstairs with a restaurant. A little walk further and there's a 7-Eleven, and lots of food options right out front. There's also a swimming pool for relaxation and just chilling out.
