Manager Lisa is incredibly sweet and always busy. Every day I see her zipping between the lobby and the restaurant, and then in the afternoon, she's helping out by the pool – she's like a beautiful hotel manager straight out of a TV drama!
I've wanted to stay at this hotel ever since it was built, and now it's become an older property 🤣. Some details in the room show paint peeling and unstable electrical outlets.
Breakfast is à la carte for the main dishes, with some self-service options. The food tastes good, but it's a shame there's no cheese at the salad bar. Because it was so busy, the staff were overwhelmed. My coffee took 20 minutes and two reminders to arrive, and after waiting half an hour for my main course, I just gave up and went back to my room 🤣.

Happy Family123We arrived quite late last night for check-in, and the whole family was pretty tired. However, the service from three staff members – Kim, Pot, and Mos – was incredibly heartwarming.
They were polite and efficient throughout the process, and they genuinely 'put themselves in the customer's shoes' to help us find solutions, rather than just rigidly following procedures. Encountering such a warm and thoughtful team even with a late check-in really helped our trip start off on a great note.
If hotel management sees this review, I sincerely hope Kim, Pot, and Mos can be properly recognized and praised! As a customer, seeing a hotel with such outstanding and responsible employees makes me genuinely happy for you. Next time I'm in Pattaya, this will definitely be my top choice!

Guest UserHello, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very clean and quite new. The staff is extremely helpful; I give them ten out of ten for that. Unfortunately, breakfast isn't for me as it's the same food every day. The only problem is that there's a motorcycle mafia in front of the hotel who interfere every time you use the bikes! And the hotel staff just stands by and watches... private motorcycle taxi drivers who don't want you using the bikes come and tell you to get off. I've never experienced anything like that in Thailand.

Five-star recommendation! We booked the two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom supreme sea-view suite. The space was incredibly large, and having two bathrooms was super convenient for traveling with friends – no fighting over the shower! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking ocean views that were absolutely stunning. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The location is convenient, close to dining and shopping. The rooftop pool is also very picturesque. It’s perfect for both family trips and friends traveling together. We were very satisfied with our stay, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Pattaya!

XiaoshenThis is a true family-friendly hotel that caters to all your needs when traveling with kids. The water park can keep the little ones entertained all day with water slides, a lazy river, and a diving pool. It would be even more perfect if they had a wave pool. The water park connects directly to the beach outside, so you can also swim in the sea or play in the sand. A bit further down the beach, there are seafood sashimi stalls where locals buy their fresh catches – the squid cup and squid sashimi are absolutely divine! Back to the rooms, all of them offer stunning oceanfront views with an endless horizon. The beds are comfortably firm, but the air conditioning is indeed quite noisy with a strong airflow, and since the control panel was broken, we couldn't adjust it. So, we turned off the AC at night and opened the balcony door, falling asleep to the sea breeze and waves. Also, the water in Pattaya isn't particularly clean; the filter in my portable shower head turned completely black. The hotel breakfast is incredibly lavish, almost to the point of being overwhelming, and the staff are all warm and friendly. It truly lives up to its reputation as a five-star resort in an international tourist city. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I recommend getting a room with a pool view. The breakfast is exceptionally varied and high-quality, truly first-class. The location is central yet quiet for Jomtien. The pool area is a good size, and the sun shines on it for most of the day. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen
t.
curtains block out the light perfectly.
While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish.
🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms
✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out.
although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

natt nattieI frequently stay here and always choose the corner room, which I love the most because the toilet and shower are separate. My only complaint is that the bathtub is right next to the toilet. The food is quite ordinary. The pool is spacious and nice. If I come back, I'll definitely book a corner room again.

I stayed at Caesar Palace last time I came to Pattaya, and I'm back again this year! The room was quite clean and spacious, not small at all. The pool was decent too. The facilities are a bit old, but acceptable. What really stands out is the location. It's right across from CentralFestival Pattaya, and there's a 7-Eleven diagonally opposite, which I visited daily. The beach is also very close, just a walk through CentralFestival. Getting to Terminal 21 by taxi isn't far either. Three days here just wasn't enough, especially for the price – the value for money is absolutely amazing!

This hotel is in North Pattaya, right next to a hotpot buffet, which I never got a chance to try. The prices can be a bit inconsistent though; I managed to snag a great deal for my three-night stay. Pattaya is a lovely place. I only realized there was a gym on the first floor when I was checking out today – I hardly spent any time at the hotel, to be honest.
