3-Star Hotels in Pattaya

The room was clean and didn't have a musty smell, but both the interior and the overall condition of the property looked old. It certainly wasn't built in 2026 as stated. More importantly, the room's floor was not okay; the tiles were stained and unevenly laid, which could be dangerous for children or cause someone to trip. This forced us to wear shoes indoors all the time. / The air conditioning unit was old and didn't operate at full efficiency. On the night of our stay, the room next door was very noisy on multiple occasions, especially after midnight, which made it impossible to rest. We had to call the staff, who resolved the issue by moving us to another room, allowing us to finally get some sleep. The rooms are not soundproofed. There should be measures in place to encourage guests to be considerate of others and not make noise during quiet hours. All the staff provided excellent service, from check-in to check-out. They were friendly, cheerful, and made great efforts to resolve problems.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything I needed. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk from Central Mall and only about 5 minutes from the beach. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby, and everything you need, including restaurants, bars, shops, and cafés, is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya.

A nice hotel with a convenient location. The staff cleaned our room every day (we left the sign out), and it was always very clean when we returned in the evening. The room has a comfortable air conditioning system, which is a big plus. However, unfortunately, there is no wardrobe. There's soap and shampoo, but no other toiletries. The reception staff are very friendly and speak good English. The hotel grounds have a great pool with clean water and well-equipped relaxation areas. There's also a laundry room with ironing facilities and a place for natural drying (washing - 40 baht, drying - 50 baht, detergent - 10 baht). A great hotel, we were satisfied. Wong Amat Beach is a 5-minute walk away :)

So new, so clean, and really spacious! I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Pattaya. It completely exceeded my expectations. The lighting is great, and there are even two chairs for my girlfriends and me to do our makeup together, haha!

This is my second time staying here. The location is great, near the intersection of Pattaya Central Road and Second Road, so it's very convenient. The hotel is new, clean, and beautiful, and it's also quiet. There's even a porter service. I think it offers excellent value for money. The only minor issues are that it's located on a narrow alley, which can make car access (including taxis) a bit inconvenient, the deposit is 2000 baht, and there's no hairdryer.

I had a wonderful stay at August Suites. The location is unbeatable, with two 7-Eleven stores just downstairs, making it incredibly convenient. The room was very spacious, providing plenty of comfort during my trip, and the staff provided great, helpful service. While the interior decor is a bit dated and showing its age, the overall value for money is exceptional. The only minor downside is the lack of power outlets near the bedside, which made charging devices overnight a bit inconvenient. I highly hope the management can improve this in the future.

Clean and comfortable rooms, great location, and very friendly staff. Everything was easy and relaxing, and the value for money is excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya.

I've been here before and even stayed overnight. The price is reasonable, but there's no mini-fridge for water since there's a 'Tao Bin' (vending machine) downstairs. The amenities are decent, not bad at all, and the location is quite good, actually. It's close to home, there's a terminal nearby, and Central isn't far either, plus it's close to the beach, which is no problem for us. My boyfriend slept comfortably, so it's all good. The staff are lovely, friendly, and always smiling – no drama. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

Great location and reasonable price! It's right by the seafront, which makes it easy to get around. Plus, it's super convenient to catch the coastal songthaew. The room is spacious, and the AC works wonderfully, keeping it nice and cool. If you're a light sleeper, the music from the nearby entertainment area might bother you, but then again, isn't that part of the Pattaya experience? You probably have to consider both the hotel's location and Pattaya's overall vibe. As a heavy sleeper myself, I slept like a baby! They take a 1000 baht cash deposit which is returned upon check-out. There are 7-Elevens everywhere – front, side, and back – making it easy to grab anything you need. Thanks to this place, I had a fantastic time in Pattaya. I'll definitely be back! 🤗

I like this hotel and I have stayed here many times. Location is good and staff and reception people are friendly. Though I have never tried breakfast in this hotel but I always booked my room with breakfast. Room and bathroom lights need to be improved because lights are dull and not bright. Either changed good lights or atleast changed bulbs which are more brighter which can give bright and pleasant look to the room.
