I stayed at the TJ Hotel and the experience was truly excellent in every way. The location is one of its strong points: easily accessible from the city's main attractions, it allows for easy travel. The room deserves a special mention: a huge, extremely comfortable double bed ensures perfect rest after a busy day. The bathroom is modern and well-designed, featuring a bathtub and shower, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very clean, with an above-average level of comfort. You can clearly sense the attentive and professional management, and the staff is always available. I would also like to highlight the friendliness of the staff. The team members at both check-in and check-out were very warm and welcoming. The pool staff and housekeeping team were always smiling, greeting guests in a genuinely friendly manner throughout the stay. Although the hotel is not directly on the beachfront, it is only a short walk to Jomtien Beach. There are plenty of food options along the beach, and it is also conveniently located near several well-known restaurants. One unforgettable highlight was the birthday room decoration arranged for my husband. The hotel did a wonderful job decorating the room in a cute, beautiful, and romantic style, especially with the candles placed on the bed. What exceeded our expectations even more was the cake prepared on the table and a plate of fruit arranged in the refrigerator. It was a truly thoughtful and memorable touch. The common areas, including the pool and relaxation area, are also pleasant and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent balance of quality, location, and price. A reliable and highly recommended choice for a stay in Jomtien, Pattaya. I would definitely love to come back again.

The downside is the view from the window isn't great and the hotel is a bit dated, but the location is excellent.

The hotel is large and spacious, with a lush, shady environment. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed in a Deluxe Twin room (with beds pushed together) and slept incredibly well. The bed was just the right size, perfect for a family of two adults and one child 👨‍👩‍👦. We got a promotional price of only 987 baht, including a buffet breakfast, which was excellent value for money considering everything we received 💸✨. 📍 The location is great, right by Dongtan Beach. You just cross the road to reach the sea. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. 🍜 Food options are also very convenient. There are many restaurants, cafes, and street food stalls to choose from. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven close to the hotel, making it easy to buy necessities or snacks. 🚍 From the front of the hotel, you can walk to catch a songthaew (shared taxi) for 15 baht all the way to Jomtien Beach to walk around and find food. It's very convenient and doesn't take long. 🍽️ Breakfast is served from 06:00 to 10:00. Even when it's busy, you might have to wait a bit for a table, but the staff constantly replenishes the food, ensuring there's always plenty. The taste was surprisingly good, with a wide variety of options. Definitely worth the price. 🏊‍♀️ The facilities are comprehensive, including a large swimming pool suitable for children and families. The kids had a lot of fun. There's also a Kids Club, Playground, and a fitness room available, catering to both children and adults, ensuring a complete and enjoyable stay for all ages. 💡 A few minor suggestions: • The towels in the room had a slight musty smell. If you're sensitive to smells, it's advisable to bring your own towels. • There weren't enough pool towels when it was crowded, so we sometimes had to wait for staff to restock them. • In the early evening, you can hear tables or chairs being dragged from the room above, as the floor is wooden. However, it gets quiet at night, and we slept soundly throughout the night 😴. ❤️ Overall, I was very impressed. For 987 baht, we got a beachfront accommodation with buffet breakfast, a spacious room, comprehensive facilities, a great location, easy access to food, and a nearby 7-Eleven. It's perfect for families with children on vacation. It's definitely more than worth the price, and we would certainly stay here again.

The service staff were great, especially the breakfast staff, always friendly and helpful. Just one negative I accidentally knocked a glass in the middle of the night and it broke which I cleaned up. I advised the cleaner so she would be careful not to cut herself getting rid of the plastic rubbish bag. They then returned with a male employee to charge me for the glass 150 baht. I declined to pay due to spending approx 19 nights at the hotel in the last 12 months spending over $2000. Also had a mate with me first time 10 nights spending over $1000 on accommodation. They tried to charge me again when I booked out and i explained I was not going to pay due to the income I had paid them over the last 12 months. Not sure what the outcome was I had to catch my ride to the airport. As you can understand it is not the money but the principle. If this hadn’t occurred Service would be marked as a 5.

We arrived in Bangkok at 8:50 PM. After completing all the formalities and making our way to Pattaya, we finally reached the hotel. The check-in experience was excellent. A staff member kindly took our two suitcases and escorted us to the elevator, taking us to the first floor. There, during check-in, they clearly showed us photos on cards detailing the pool's location and operating hours, as well as where breakfast is served. We paid a 1000 baht deposit. The same helpful staff member then assisted us with our luggage to our room; he was very polite. Our room was incredibly spacious and had a fantastic mountain view! Waking up in the morning to such a magnificent view is pure bliss and so refreshing for the eyes, with so much greenery around. The hotel is located near Bali Hai Pier, and like many others, we chose this hotel for its convenient access to Koh Larn, allowing us to head out leisurely in the morning. Walking Street is also nearby; if the video loads, you can clearly see the pier and Walking Street right next to it. The breakfasts are quite good, even offering soups, which rotate daily between pork and chicken options. The staff are all very kind, and I especially want to highlight the exceptional housekeeping – they cleaned our room *every single day*! Thank you, you guys are great!

I booked a 'refurbished' room with a balcony. (I understand the hotel is in the process of upgrading its rooms decor and equipment) On arrival I was informed the room I booked was not available due to 'an issue'. I was not informed what the problem was. I was shown, and offered, an alternative. Ground floor, near the pool, not refurbished, which, after a quick viewing, I accepted. I prefer quiet, out of the way rooms, but as the pool area was very quite, only a couple of people and no young childer, in the area during my thee night stay, I was fine with the room. The rooms, or should I say suites, as this hotel is a serviced apartment establishment, are all large and roomy. A main bedroom, with large TV, good storage, safe, and dressing table.separate dining area with kitchenette. Fridge, a double hotplate, and microwave (strangly enough no kettle!). Glasses, plates, and cutlery. There was also a lounge area with TV. Shower was a comfortable size. A hairdryer was in the bathroom. Towels were white, soft and fluffy. Full marks for those. Complimentary shampoo, ear buds, shower cap etc. Small patio area facing the pool, but screened by greenery, included a coffee & two chairs, there was also one wicker tub chair on the patio. (The cleaning staff seemed to forget the patio was part of the room.) The room allowed smoking. Ashtrays provided. Though I don't smoke in the room, it is clear others had, as the room held that musty prevailing scent of smoke, especially when the air conditioning was running. Maybe the air con is due a service/clean? Check in and check out were basic. No feel good factor. The staff bland. No welcome smile, good to have you etc. The same on check out. Bland, functional, no humanity. (Very strange for Thailand). I was only in Pattaya for three days, to meet friends, so the room was not ultra important, but should I have wanted to stay longer i would have needed another room, one that was cleaner, (no cobwebs, accumalated dirt around the showeroom fittings, and one not smalling like a stale ashtray. The pool area was fine. Nicely appointed. Would I stay again. I shall stay at least once more, possibly next month, so I can compare my experience and the rooms. I will write a review on that stay once concluded.

5/10. I stayed in the first building at the front. The location is good, close to the mall, and convenient for travel. The staff provided good service. The pool is wide and clean, and the water pressure is strong, with brushes available. What needs improvement: There were so many mosquitoes in the room, I was afraid of getting dengue fever. My room was on the balcony side, directly opposite an unfinished building which was a bit spooky. It would probably be better to book a different building. I couldn't change rooms, and the air conditioning was very loud.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I slept so well that I even ended up buying two of the hotel’s latex pillows before leaving—haha! The master bedroom offers an incredible ocean view, including the iconic Pattaya City logo. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows stretch all the way to the ceiling, providing an almost 200-degree sea view. Waking up, grabbing a Starbucks coffee ☕️, and enjoying Pattaya’s breathtaking blue ocean right from bed is truly a healing experience. The king-size bed (about 2 meters) adds to the comfort. The bathtub on the living room balcony is huge—big enough for both kids and adults, and even fits three people comfortably. The second bedroom also has an ocean view, making it a great choice for families or groups. The WiFi speed is an impressive 1000 Mbps, perfect for both remote work and vacation. The room is equipped with a large Marshall speaker, delivering powerful sound quality. There are two bathrooms—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Dyson hairdryers are provided, adding a luxury touch. Housekeeping service checks in daily to arrange a suitable cleaning time. As part of Thailand’s eco-friendly hotel policy, sheets are not changed daily unless requested—only towels and amenities are refreshed. The customer service team is fully Chinese-speaking, incredibly responsive, and helped us book tickets and activities, making our trip hassle-free. It felt like having a personal concierge organizing everything for us, even customizing our itinerary to fit our schedule—super thoughtful! Downstairs is one of Pattaya’s best steakhouses, a must-try! We went on a Saturday night, and it was almost fully booked—definitely a popular spot. The restaurant was filled with expats, and we even met the American owner, who went around checking if everyone was enjoying their meal—haha! Honestly, the steak was fantastic, and they even served complimentary nachos as an appetizer. No surprise that this steakhouse is ranked #1 in downtown Pattaya on Google. This was the best part of our Thailand trip! If you book this hotel, I highly recommend adding their Chinese-speaking customer service on WhatsApp in advance—they can arrange airport transfers and offer great recommendations for food and activities in both Bangkok and Pattaya. The staff were extremely patient and helpful, answering all our questions—even though we had a lot! Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed by a friendly, chubby Thai butler. Honestly, this is probably the best-located hotel in Pattaya city center. Highly recommended! 👍

Initially, they gave me a bad room with an unpleasant odor. Afterwards, I went to the reception and informed them about the bad smell, and they gave me another room that was much better. The cleaning lady cleaned the room the next day and told me to change some things, which she did very well. Thank you for your service. Honestly, the price at this hotel is very good considering the service. I recommend that if someone else is dissatisfied with this service, they should go somewhere else and pay more. This hotel offers excellent value for money. Thank you for everything. That's all I have to say.
