Very far place and they don’t have service which mentioned online

The location is not very convenient for transportation. Drivers always go the wrong way. The shower water is only hot and normal temperature. The indoor environment is not bad, but it is not worth the price. It would be OK if it is half the price.

The service was excellent. You just don’t know Chinese and need translation software. The neighborhood is lively. The overall equipment is not new. acceptable.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance from the beach, and the facilities were clean and well maintained, so I stayed here for 4 days.

I am quite satisfied with the facilities and services. When you enter the address using Modern Bolt or Grab, it is always on the opposite side of the building, so it is difficult to find it for the first time.

- Pictures posted on the trip It's a collection of pictures from LK's group. Makes you look at the environment and it's good. But when you arrive at the school, you can feel whether it's closed or not. It's very quiet. There are no security guards. The parking lot is very messy. There are cars parked until the dust collects, very frightening. Plus, around the parking lot under the building, it's very scary. There are sandbags. I don't know who's coming to practice boxing. Items were all over the parking lot. - The front part of the reception is all covered with sofa covers, but I didn't take a photo. When I notified Trip and returned to the school, it was like taking the cover off the sofa. As for the lobby, there was only one person at the front reception, providing the same service. We rented an apartment room for 3-4 hundred baht. Quite without service mind, but the staff on check out day are ok, cute. -The good parts of the school are that all the rooms are clean, smell good, the furniture is of good quality and not old, the water flows strong, the air conditioner is cool. -In summary, the environment is terrible and scary. On the day of stay there should be only 3-4 rooms. But I only met people walking together in the elevator. 1 family only But if you just want to sleep and don't care about the atmosphere or service, you can sleep because the room is nice. On the day you can stay on the 2nd floor. But if you go just with your girlfriend, I'll tell you, it'll be scary.

Thank you. The accommodation is considered okay at one level. Maybe a bit old but clean. and have a lot of stuff Including hand soap, shower soap, shampoo, skin cream, razor, tooth brush, shower cap. (Even though I didn't use it) Because if you come in a hurry, it's ok to stay in a hurry. Everything survived. The shower water is strong, warm and cold, can be adjusted as you wish. There is a microwave. with kettle There are spoons, cups, plates, all considered good.

The room was out dated & scruffy. The curtains where ripped the chaises lounge was so dirty you wouldn’t sit on it. There was paint flaking off the ceiling. The roof lobby which was the entrance to the swimming had damp & mouldy walls. pool wasn’t very clean had lots of tiles missing & the white water feature had gone rusty with iron bars poking out.

Stayed on fifth floor. The room was big and comfortable. Plenty of storage space. Electric outlet on both sides of bet but had to disconnect lamp on the other side to have access. Bed was good with four pillows and Ottoman sofa/chair at the end and also a chair on the other side. Microwave and kettle plus dining plates and soup bowls, forks and spoons in the cupboard. The shower was good. Room and hallways kept very clean. The swimming-pool on the roof was great with nice breeze but could use some fixing up and a good paint job here and there. Many of the tiles in the pool starting to fall of and the the sun-beads either broken or without mattress. The waterfall/rock fixture in the pool probably stoped working years ago and is broken down and needs to go. The elevator also could use some paint job. Laundry opposite the entrance with coin machines also if you prefer to do it yourself cheaper. Little further that way are some good restaurants and barber shops on the alley (Pattaya Klang 9 Alley) leading to Central road and there on the corner is a great little Pizza place (Pizza n pizza Pattaya). Two minutes walk to Soi Buakhao with all the entertainment and restaurants you can think of and only 8 minutes walk to Central Shopping Mall. All in all very good place to stay, for a good price and perfectly situated in the centre of Pattaya but without a through traffic in front of the hotel. Just need a little TLC in some areas.

Having Stayed here previous so i chose to book again ,clean room nice pool, friendly staff ,slow internet ! but now outside is now a bar complex which goes on until 3am so noisy no sleep or rest so unaceptable ,misery ,i wont book again ,be warned 😖

Very clean Hotel situated near to bars and restaurants yet quiet. The room was very large and the air conditioning was good. Towels and sheets are of very good quality. Staff were efficient and helpful throughout our 3 day stay. The hotel itself is showing its age but was worth the price we paid. There is a small pool on the roof and a seating area but unfortunately no cover from the sun. The pool itself needs a little maintenance too as some of the tiles were discoloured.

Hmm! Okay, but at first when I arrived, the first room they gave me was extremely poor. Bad smell, dirty bathroom with a cockroach or two, poorly lit, not good at all. However, upon my complaint at this, they moved me to a much better room. It was okay, but as ever, it was pure guess work when it came to the shower controls. Hot, cold, warm, cold, hot. Never got it right! The room I got moved to was a good size, clean and comfortable. The balcony view was not great but it did offer a place to sit outside. The pool is great on the rooftop and if you go at the right time, will probably get it to yourself. To be honest, there are better LK Hotels in this area but value for money, it was okay.
