The hotel room was nice and clean. The aircon worked very well. The breakfast every morning was amazing, especially the chicken curry rice and french toast. The workers were incredibly friendly and welcoming.The main problem was the location as it was run down and noisy. Every night there was a loud night club nearby. There were also many insects and lizards outside the rooms like the hallways. Overall the hotel was beautiful, i just wish we had a nicer view and location.

The health condition is OK The facilities are old but can be used normally The air conditioner is not very cool The bed is super small and the bathroom is huge The service is okay, the front desk is very welcoming It’s not worth the price, but it’s not a great value either

Originally I was planning to long stay for more than a month. But then, I had very bad experiences and staffs including the housekeeper do not really follow the Manager instruction during my stay. I decided to check out and find another hotel to stay. It was a nightmare. The Manager is very nice and professional but the staffs especially the housekeeper do not really meet the level of standard. Hotel looks very pretty, but the rooms are old and the air conditioner do not function efficiently. The air cindition blows towards my head in bed. I wonder how it is going to be in the summer time. Some blind spots are dirty and full of dust, especially the air condition. The air condition is not cold enough and sometimes, it stops without cool air out. One can smell the strong cleaning solution or chemicals and santiziers, especially inside your rooms. I have been breathing in all the chemicals they use for the hotel. It is very irritated and made me cough all time. My housekeeper coughs without wearing mask when she is cleaning my room and replacing the new bedsheets on my bed. On my last day stayed at this hotel, my housekeeper replaced all pillows which had been sprayed with air fresher. All my bedsheets and blanket covers are contaminated with their santiziers or cleaning solution. I asked the front desk to exchange me at least 2 pillows without any wired smell. In return, they gave me a pillow with blood stain to me. I was very upset and disappointed. I did not try the swimming pool, but the water looks green and not clear. But the areas around the pools is beauty. Hotel location is not in the center of city and not easy to grab the Baht bus. Wifi signal is not consistently. The new the new hotel has been building and pretty noisy during the days until late nights. There is a 7 eleven close by. Hotel breakfast buffet doesn't have too much variety, almost everyday the same. If one is not irritated by any chemicals and not require to stay close to Pattaya beach, then, you may want to try for short stay if the room price is cheap.

An amazing stay! Perfect for families and full of great facilities! We had a truly wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was above our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The service was exceptional — staff were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to every little detail. The hotel is very family-friendly. There’s a fantastic water park that kept our kids entertained for hours, and a kids’ club packed with activities and toys. For the adults, the fitness center was impressive — well-equipped with a wide variety of machines and workout zones. Whether you’re into cardio, weight training, or yoga, it’s all here. Another huge plus is the location — just a short walk from a major shopping mall, restaurants, and public transportation. It was very convenient to get around the city. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped, with a peaceful garden and plenty of space to relax. We actually spent a lot of time just enjoying the hotel itself — it’s that nice! If you’re looking for a relaxing, fun, and well-equipped place for a family getaway, this hotel is a top choice. We will definitely come back again! We always enjoy staying here. It was our fifth or sixth stay with this hotel. The services and cleanliness still ten out of ten however we might reconsider our stay during rainy season. The parking lot was full even before 10.30pm. We literally parked in front of the dump station.

Hotel is far to walk from Activity point,( the seaside markets, bars & happening) .. Otherwise, hotel is good in terms of ambience, cleanliness & peace.. Breakfast is not too great...

25 mins from the beach , the hotel is in a quiet cul de sac, the staff are lovely , very polite and helpful. The room was bigger than I expected. The rooms come with a balcony with table , chairs and a clothes rack . The bed was comfy , bathroom was very clean with essentials provided including slippers . Breakfast was good . Overall a good stay and I would recommended it .

Older hotel but well maintained, clean, efficient service, convenient location to Terminal 21, Marina Centre, North Patraya Bus station , good gym, good breakfast with individual tea bags (!!) Big pool in the middle courtyard. Room is well insulated, with strong hot water, cold AC, big fridge, plenty of storage space, very limited TV program and poor satellite reception. Mattress is too soft for my back support. Overall satisfactory stay.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is a bit small for me and with no good view. Hotel is not in the center of the city, but it is walkable to the terminal 21 (about 20-30 minutes walk) and Lotus supermarket (about 20 minutes walk) depends on how fast one walk. It may take you 45 mins to the Pattaya beach. Baht bus is not easy to catch. Most likely one will need to call ”bolt” for transportation. Hotel is pretty and has a small restaurant for breakfast buffet. The swimming pool is not too impressive me. Overall if one do not need a hotel where is close to pattaya beach, it is a nice hotel to stay.

Hotel is definitely a little ways from the action which I prefer. But definitely worthwhile I love booking the pool side room with temps high now it definitely make it flexible to take a dip and slide right in your room. This will be my go to hotel if the pool rooms are available. Overall wroth 5+++
