The location of the hotel is next to the expressway, but the top of 80s restaurant next to it is good, the standard American Hampton hotel, but when I checked in, there were a dozen people gathering in the lobby and it was very noisy. Everything else was ok.

Front desk staff, breakfast attendant was fabulous, coffee & tea service along with fresh seasonal fruits availability was excellent.
Room was comfortable, heat and AC nicely adaptable to outdoor temps.
Overall good stay for purpose of attending our son’s wedding!

The pool was not heated, it was freezing cold. Most of the staff was cold, unfriendly. One staff member was very nice. The room had very little storage.

The facility itself was amazing. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at any hotel offering this free amenity. Special thanks to Marie in the breakfast room for providing us such a great experience. The room was so satisfying and the valley view was 2nd to none. The only negative thing I could say about the visit was at the check in. The day manager during our stay was extremely rude. I made our reservation thru *******. I called the hotel's customer service line to request an early check in on our two rooms as we were in a wedding party and the wedding started an hour after the normal check in time. We were assured it sure it would not be a problem. She was going to contact the hotel and advise them of the situation. Again, we were assured it would not be a problem. We were only looking for an hour or so early check in time. We were told to call the hotel before we arrived just to make sure everything was okay. So...I called before and was greeted by one of the most arrogant hotel managers I ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She told me that first...If I wanted special privileges I should book directly with the property instead of booking thru *******. Second...She told me the customer service agent has nothing to do with her hotel and her assurance means nothing to her. Third...She told me we could check in early if I wanted to pay a half days rate before she would be able to allow us an early check in. Then she hung up on me. Wish I had more room to write more
