Hotel restaurant had QR App as a restauranr menu, NO printed menus. Some on tour had menus read out or had smart phones. I do not carry a mobile on holiday Was given a smug look and no help, dined elswehere. Wonder how the following might have experienced read out menu: 1 Person with learning diffuculties - could be retrogressive for their advancement? 2 IT illiterate people, many elderly, might have been embarrassed? 3 Those like me with no phone with me Believe this is becoming more common and will cause drop in client experience Manager barely 20, staff younger. No experience or minimal training. Nobody to serve me breakfast. Had to find cook with telephone to his ear to demand a coffee. No breakfast as coach was ready by this time. Lavatory seats in several rooms, like ours were very broken
