A very special inn in a historic building. In the old town, it is an easy walk to the snack places. A feeling of peace and quiet in a bustling city. Because it is an ancient building, it can be a bit humid during the rainy season in summer. The housekeeper is very good and the environment is very good.

I booked this hotel for my parents' trip to Mount Emei, and they were absolutely thrilled with the experience! The location is convenient, which is a huge plus when arranging travel for parents in their 60s, saving them a lot of energy. The service was exceptional—the staff were attentive, polite, and took great care of them throughout their stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and they really enjoyed the food as well. My parents are highly satisfied with the entire stay. I hope to have the chance to visit with them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Tack Weng YeeIf you’re planning to go up to Mount Emei Golden Summit early to beat the crowd, Linggongli, which is located at mid-levels of Mount Emei, is a great place to put up the night. This place may not have many hotels and this hotel may not have many rooms but has air conditioning, floor heating and bed heating that ensures you can sleep comfortably even during nights with freezing temperatures. The rooms are super clean and staffs super friendly. We booked the 3 extended courtyard rooms and had our afternoon tea session on day of arrival. The hotel serves early breakfast upon request and we had one of our best dinners in a private room that night. What’s more incredible is we literally walked 1 minute to the Scenic Area Entrance to start our short journey up to the Golden Summit early. There were no long queues for the bus ride and cable car up. We were early to view the sea of clouds and got to see the sun rising above it. On our way down, the tour group crowds started swarming upwards but likewise we had we didn’t encounter cable car and bus queues.

I arrived almost midnight, since I can’t read Chinese characters, I walked along the alley to look for the hotel , as I have already walked pass the hotel , I heard a woman asked me .. which hotel I looked for , then I told her Chenyuan hotel.. I was so surprised , she is the owner of the hotel and took me to the lobby area. The lady boss is really nice person, she explained everything about the Mount Emei pilgrimage. 🙏🙏
The hotel room is really nice ( exactly like the picture ), the bed is really cozy. I have a very good sleep, I stayed for 2 nights. All the amenities is complete 😍😍
In the future if I want to go back to Mount Emei, I will definitely will choose this hotel again.
Thank you so much. And I wish the lady boss has a prosperous business 🙏🙏

We had the most incredible experience staying at this hotel apartment! The customer service was truly the best we’ve ever had. Despite accidentally booking the wrong dates, they accommodated us without hesitation. Our original room was unavailable, but instead of downsizing, they generously gave us two rooms at no extra charge.
Beyond that, their kindness went above and beyond—when my friend lost his phone in a cab late at night, the owner personally spent an hour making calls to track it down. Thanks to their efforts, the police returned the phone in the middle of the night!
The apartments themselves are spacious, spotless, and set in a quiet, peaceful village—perfect for a relaxing stay. We can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10 service and hospitality!

Since we were going to climb Mount Emei, Zhenguo Temple, the starting point, was very close, making breakfast convenient! There were many restaurants and snack shops nearby, but the room facilities weren't very good. It was on the fourth floor, and although the owner helped with some luggage, we had to carry some up ourselves! When the tap was turned on, the water would flow onto the sink next to us!

Trip.com user since not long agoExcellent location (a few hundred meters from Baoguo temple), cool interior design and there’s also hot springs. I got a free room upgrade with a balcony but the room got smaller which isn’t a big deal. The only problem is the windows that didn’t get installed properly and even tho they were closed, those night butterflies would invade your room (at least for my room). There was also a few traces of the kills the previous tourists did on the walls. No biggie but I personally hate insects.

Guest UserMy stay at Shifang Sanyuan Zen Hot Spring was absolutely perfect, I have to rave about it! The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so peaceful. The courtyard is tranquil and elegant, with Zen-inspired touches everywhere, making evening strolls incredibly relaxing. The private hot spring was clean and comfortable, with the water temperature just right. After a soak, I felt completely soothed and all my travel fatigue melted away. A special shout-out to the front desk lady – she was so kind and thoughtful. Check-in was fast and efficient, and she thoughtfully explained how to use the hot spring and suggested nearby attractions. She patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, her service was truly heartwarming. The room was spotless, well-equipped, quiet, and peaceful. It’s also very close to Baoguo Temple, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it’s excellent value for money, perfect for a relaxing getaway or a short vacation. I’ve already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!

Anonymous UserYipintang Hotel is right next to Guangfu Temple and is within the Qingyin Pavilion scenic area. If you walk up the mountain, after passing the small hill behind Longshenggang, you can see the big sign of Yipintang Hotel on the way to Qingyin Pavilion.
Food and lodging are both available here. When the weather is good, you can sit on the large platform outside the house and enjoy the view of the mountains and flowers.
The proprietress was very polite. When there were enough rooms available, she upgraded me to a room with a mountain view. Outside the large glass window was the rolling hills of Mount Emei, which made me feel very happy.
The room was very clean, and there was an electric blanket provided at night. There was plenty of hot water, and the surroundings were very quiet, which allowed me to rest well. The only restroom was a squat toilet and I'm a bit fat. . .

XiaofeilongThe location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the food street. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped and clean, and the hot water temperature and pressure were both excellent. The main drawbacks are the lack of an elevator and a slightly confusing internal layout. The staircases connecting the 1st to 2nd floor, and then from the 2nd to the 3rd-5th floors, are not continuous; you have to walk across the entire second floor to reach the next flight. This makes it particularly challenging for guests with heavy luggage. Additionally, the inn doesn't have its own parking, so guests need to find nearby parking, but they do reimburse parking fees.
