JJelenananaOn the 5.1 trip, the boss was very considerate and called us in advance to ask if we wanted to buy tickets to Mount Emei. Since we arrived at the store late, we communicated with the boss on the phone. The boss said he would wait for us no matter how late it was. It was very heartwarming🥰 Service: Very good, from the boss to the room lady, everyone is nice, Environment: Very clean. My daily work life is too tedious. I slept very well here. I haven't had a deep sleep for a long time. Facilities: We booked a hot spring room for the second night. We arrived late on the first night and had to get up at 03:30 the next day. The boss took into consideration that it was inconvenient for us to change rooms the next day and upgraded us to a hot spring room that night. I am very grateful to the boss. The room is very new and well-equipped, and it is smooth to use. The facilities are complete and are not inferior to those of hotels in big cities. Service: I highly recommend the boss’s private dishes, which are very delicious. Three dishes, all cleared. After eating them on a hot day, the boss also gave us a portion of his own cold cake. I have been here several times and the overall experience this time was very good. Thanks to the boss for providing us with the Emei Mountain sunrise itinerary. We were lucky to see the sunrise on May 2. I will stay here when I come to Mount Emei next time. I highly recommend it.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

GGuest UserWe had the most incredible experience staying at this hotel apartment! The customer service was truly the best we’ve ever had. Despite accidentally booking the wrong dates, they accommodated us without hesitation. Our original room was unavailable, but instead of downsizing, they generously gave us two rooms at no extra charge. Beyond that, their kindness went above and beyond—when my friend lost his phone in a cab late at night, the owner personally spent an hour making calls to track it down. Thanks to their efforts, the police returned the phone in the middle of the night! The apartments themselves are spacious, spotless, and set in a quiet, peaceful village—perfect for a relaxing stay. We can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10 service and hospitality!

TTAN BOON LIANG BERNARDThis place is in the mountain about 1000m elevation. It is right beside Wan Nian temple and is very peaceful here. We took the Emeishan tourist bus from the base to Wan Nian bus station. The host greeted us here and drove us up to his hotel. Alternatively you may take the cable car from the wan Nian bus station up and walk 5mins to the hotel or walk an hour without the cable car. The host’s family is very hospitable and we enjoyed our stay here for a week. We had several meals here and they were all delicious. The room we stayed in was upgraded to the highest level with a great view of the mountains. The sound of the forest was simply relaxing except for the morning roosters call 😅 Overall a great experience here and hope to return in future.

GGuest UserThe lady boss was very enthusiastic and explained the tourist route to us. Overall, the price/performance ratio was acceptable and the room was relatively clean. The only problem was that it was on the street, with many hotels and groups, so it was a little noisy in the morning! It was close to the station, and there were restaurants and supermarkets at the intersection outside. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

I arrived late at night, and the owner kindly arranged for a pick-up, which I really appreciated. The hotel is clean, and the price is very reasonable. It's definitely worth coming back to.

TTaoziThe hotel is extremely close to Baoguo Temple, just a few hundred meters, about a 5-minute walk. The underground parking is very convenient. The hotel's landscaping is very artistic. There are three outdoor hot spring pools in the courtyard, a meditation hall for chanting, a cozy hot spring lounge for leisure and entertainment, and an open-air tea area. The hotel also provides afternoon tea; enjoying a cup there for a while is very pleasant. 😌 There's a swimming pool underground, but it might not have been open in winter. The hot springs usually open around dusk daily. We didn't try the outdoor ones because our child was too young. Overall, the public areas are really good. 👍 And now, during the off-season, the value for money is excellent. The hotel's hygiene is good, and the staff are professional and patient. The breakfast selection isn't extensive but is generally sufficient. The rooms all have thick mattresses placed on tatami mats. Since we had a child, we specifically requested a twin room, which could be combined into a very large bed. The bedding is comfortable. The only drawback is that the washbasin, which looks like it's made from a sewing machine, is set next to the bed. Every morning, there's a sewage smell coming up, which is a bit frustrating. Other than that, everything is great.

MM220707****It is simply a treasure hotel for traveling around Chengdu. First of all, it has a superior location, located halfway up Mount Emei. You can enjoy a lot of negative oxygen ions without spending a penny on tickets, and you can also enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mount Emei. Secondly, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and it is especially safe to bring children to stay. Third, the bed is very comfortable to lie on and will not cause back pain. Fourth, the hotel is right at the entrance of Zero Kilometer Mountain, where you can buy tickets to transfer to the scenic area bus, with convenient transportation. The most important thing is that the boss is kind and nice, I must highly recommend it!

XXiaofeilongThe location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the food street. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped and clean, and the hot water temperature and pressure were both excellent. The main drawbacks are the lack of an elevator and a slightly confusing internal layout. The staircases connecting the 1st to 2nd floor, and then from the 2nd to the 3rd-5th floors, are not continuous; you have to walk across the entire second floor to reach the next flight. This makes it particularly challenging for guests with heavy luggage. Additionally, the inn doesn't have its own parking, so guests need to find nearby parking, but they do reimburse parking fees.

PPssrdLeaThe staff is really nice and helpful. They speak English. They gave me advice for visiting the area and help me with a money issue I had. They also prepare food which is really convenient after a long day hiking. I could left my bag before check in. The guesthouse is 3 min walking distance from the bus station to go to the scenic area.
