Anonymous UserThe room was very clean and tastefully decorated. It had a projector, so watching movies in bed was quite enjoyable. Nestled in the mountains, you could hear the chirping of insects and birds, making it very pleasant. The food was delicious, affordable, and tasty. The landlady was very kind, attentive, and thoughtful. The location is very close to Qingyin Pavilion, and parking is capped at 30 yuan, making it very convenient to drive there and then hike.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the mountain gate. The room was even cleaner than in the pictures, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable; I slept like a baby. The front desk lady was very efficient with check-in, and the owner was incredibly welcoming, even proactively recommending a sightseeing route for me. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the value for money is just unbeatable! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Mount Emei.

Guest UserA perfect 5-star recommendation! ✨ This is an absolute gem!
The overall stay was fantastic, I was extremely satisfied in every aspect, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Emei Mountain!
📍Superb Location
The location is absolutely amazing, practically zero kilometers from the scenic area, right opposite the landmark! The ticket office and sightseeing bus stop are downstairs, making getting around incredibly convenient. No need for detours, it's super easy to keep up with your itinerary and visit attractions – the location is simply perfect.
🧹 impeccable Cleanliness
The facilities were spotless and in excellent condition, and the room cleanliness deserves a 5-star rating! Every corner was meticulously cleaned, with no odors or unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and dry, and the pillows were just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable and restful sleep. The only downside was the lack of an elevator; the owner upgraded us to a room with a balcony on the fourth floor, which required carrying our luggage up.
❤️Heartwarming service and delicious food!
The owners of this restaurant are incredibly warm and kind, treating everyone with sincerity and care. We ate there two days in a row, and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend the Sichuan-style spicy tofu fish—it was so fresh, flavorful, and delicious that we ate there twice! The owners even provided complimentary local specialty tea, similar to bitter tea, with a refreshing sweetness that cut through the richness—a truly exceptional experience.
💰Excellent value for money! Accommodation and dining all in one place, a superb experience. I'll definitely choose this restaurant again next time I'm in this area! 👍

Morgana VittoriI am writing this review from the bottom of my heart.
A family-run hotel, managed by a father and his daughter, who speaks English! The room was large, bright, and SUPER CLEAN. It was equipped with all personal hygiene products and had fast Wi-Fi, available both in common areas and individually in each room. The room had air conditioning, a TV, and very soft bed sheets.
The father is extraordinarily kind, and the daughter helped me in many ways. As a solo traveler, the owner's daughter allowed me to better understand the local culture, explaining Buddhist culture and the unique features of the Baoguo Temple to me.
First, I advise everyone to book the tourist bus to the peak of Mount Emeishan in advance, because tickets can sell out (as happened to me). The girl at reception was kind enough to help me purchase the ticket, making herself available to accompany me to resolve the issue. The language barrier was NOT a problem, so I advise all foreign guests to rely on this hotel.
The price paid was very low, which leads the hotel to get a full 5/5. I understand why they earned all those awards; it is definitely a hotel I would return to.
The location is an additional advantage of this hotel, just a one-minute walk from the ticket office and the tourist bus station that will take you to the top of the mountain.
Furthermore, they also offered me a free transfer service to the train station

d_donneHuajia Homestay is truly my favorite B&B at the foot of Mount Emei. The location is great and the rooms are fantastic, perfect for a short stay. It's nestled in an alley right next to the Baoguo Temple Visitor Center, just a three-minute walk. It's an excellent choice whether you're catching an early bus up the mountain or returning to rest and recuperate after a hike. The guesthouse itself is decorated in a fresh and clean style, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. The bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive—everything is just perfect! What really stood out was the amazing service from the staff. I was exhausted from hiking and didn't want to climb stairs, so they immediately moved me to a second-floor suite. I'm truly grateful for that! 🙏

Katie_84I stayed at this hotel for a night, just before my hike up to Emei Mountain from Baguo temple. The owners are so kind and the room had a nice wooden cabin feeling. There was no smoke smell, which was great for me! I also had dinner there and it was so delicious! Then Andy gave me a personal Emei mountain map and gave me some advice. The next day I left early and I could just leave my luggage there for storage. Only 1 tip: if you have the room on the top floor be prepared to carry up your luggage since there's no elevator in the building💪🏻

Asia Traveler from GERI recently stayed at a hotel in Leshan and was thoroughly impressed with almost every aspect of the experience. The location was excellent—just a short distance from the Leshan Giant Buddha and within easy reach of restaurants, cafes, and the riverfront. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable.
The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with directions or recommendations.
The only drawback was the limited in-room amenities. While the basics were covered, items like quality toiletries, snacks, or a stocked minibar were either minimal or missing altogether. There was also a noticeable lack of small conveniences, such as extra pillows or bottled water without having to request them.
That said, the comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch location more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leshan—especially those who value a peaceful and convenient place to stay over luxurious extras.

Guest UserGiven it's a high-altitude area, you can't expect overly spacious rooms; most hotels are pretty similar in size. Although breakfast wasn't included, the host was very thoughtful, providing each guest with a bread and milk pack, which was super convenient for early morning hikes. The food in the restaurant was clean and reasonably priced, and the wild vegetable dish was particularly impressive and definitely worth recommending.

Home in a backpack
The hotel looks like the photos but the amenities are a little worn out. It is near the bus station and 10-15 min walk to the lift. The restaurant was good with lots of options.
The only problem is that now there is a construction work right infront of the hotel (as a matteroffact in the whole village) and they were working till 12AM and started at 6AM and we couldn't rest because of that. Also have in mind that the hotel woke us up at 4AM even though we haven't asked for it so that was also an inconvenience for us. So if you don't want to go to the peak for sunrise make sure to tell them. Also the entrance now is not where the Amap shows, but you have to go trough the bridge.

Not soundproof. At 12 o'clock in the evening, there were people talking constantly, just like talking in the room. It's too noisy to sleep. The price is okay for travel. At that time, the surrounding area was cheaper.
