Guest UserHygiene: Very clean, they even turn on the air conditioning in advance for guests.
Environment: Absolutely fantastic! It's conveniently located near the North Tourist Center and very quiet at night.
Service: Excellent service from the staff, all very friendly.
Facilities: Well-equipped.
I just booked this place on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. You can even do laundry, and they provide disinfectant, which is a thoughtful touch. The best part is having a balcony to dry clothes. There's also a shuttle service available for transportation.

TaokexiaThe hotel's environment is fantastic, a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling Emei Mountain scenic area. Outside, it's lively, but the moment you step into the hotel grounds, it immediately transforms into a peaceful haven.
The room is grand and exquisite, with many details that stand up to close inspection. The courtyard is a hidden gem, offering views of the river, lawn, and forest stretching from near to far. It’s incredibly layered and very quiet. The soaking pool in the courtyard is also wonderfully comfortable, filling up quickly. In the end, my son and I decided to skip the crowds at Emei Mountain and just relax in the room, enjoying the scenery – wasn't that a better idea?
Finally, a big thank you to our butler, JUNE. She was incredibly attentive, making our check-in seamless, and all our specific personal requests were handled far beyond our expectations. Most importantly, she recommended several restaurants near the hotel entrance, each one more delicious than the last, which was a huge help!

Guest UserCame here on a friend's recommendation, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! First off, all the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome, especially D., our concierge. She was so thoughtful, checking in beforehand about our stay. When she found out my child was celebrating a birthday soon, she even decorated the room and gifted a small cake! My child was overjoyed and wants to come back again 😊. The hotel offers a variety of activities for kids from morning to night, plus a pool and hot spring. You can also feed koi and see swans, making it perfect for a family trip. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with smart voice control – a really nice touch. The only small issue was mosquitoes at night. Just remember to turn on the mosquito repellent before bed to avoid being woken up by them!

Guest UserExcellent! The environment is really nice, and the service is excellent. There are stairs leading up to the pool, and the staff helped us with our luggage the whole time. The pool isn't very big, and it was cold, so we didn't go in. Actually, a hot spring would have been even better! The breakfast noodles were delicious! It's also very close to the Buddha statue! I would definitely come again if I have the chance.

Guest UserThe hotel's landscaping was beautiful, and the food was excellent.
Unfortunately, the gate to the Wuyou Wharf boardwalk next to the pool was locked, requiring a detour. After my river cruise, I could see my room but couldn't get in. I walked around in the blazing sun for a while before the butler finally picked me up in a shuttle bus at the exit.
Butler Xiao Li responded to WeChat messages very quickly, answering all questions promptly and providing timely shuttle service.

Anonymous UserThis was my first time staying here. The breakfast's tofu pudding is a specialty, freshly made by the chef, and the Muchuan Slaw was a unique and delightful first-time experience.
However, I did encounter a few issues:
1. After checking in, I was about to rest when someone suddenly came to deliver fruit. For OTA guests, the fruit should be placed in the room beforehand.
2. The room was courtyard-style, but the personalized butler service didn't quite keep up. Though, the housekeeping staff who helped me open the door was very enthusiastic.
3. I mentioned it was my first visit and asked if I could get an upgrade to a room with a balcony. I was told over the phone that there were no rooms available, but I suspect there were still rooms, and the hotel wasn't fully booked.
4. The most frustrating and awkward issue was the bed frame design – it's a major problem. I couldn't get a good night's sleep. I carefully checked the cause of the problem; the sturdy quality of the KingKoil mattress couldn't be wrong, so it must be the bed frame!
Despite these points, in the spirit of encouragement and improvement, I'm still giving it a 5-star rating.

Anonymous Userhis place is near the Emeishan train station, which is convenient for travelers who need to go to the station early in the morning to buy tickets or visit Emeishan by bus. The hotel seems to have been open for a very long time, and the renovation appears quite old-fashioned. However, this doesn’t significantly affect the overall cleanliness of the hotel, although some areas might not be as clean due to the age of the building. During our stay, the toilet bowl was clogged. We informed the front desk before leaving, and the issue was resolved by the time we returned. The breakfast is average with limited options, but every morning a staff brings it to our room. Since the breakfast is free and included, there isn’t much to complain about. Overall, this place is value for money.

cici25Location: Right next to the Baoguo Temple Tourist Center, with plenty of convenient dining and shopping options nearby.
Hygiene and Facilities: The room's bedding was pristine white and clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, making it tidy and cozy.
Service: A special shout-out to our housekeeper Anna! She provided smiling service from check-in to check-out, answered all our questions, and even proactively helped us plan our hiking routes. So thoughtful!
Overall: Excellent value for money, a rare and reassuring choice at the foot of Mount Emei.

Guest UserSince this is a hotel almost on the top of a mountain, we did not expect too much, to be honest. But actually, this was one of the nicest stays we had in China so far. Maybe we felt this way because of the hike to get there and the night before that we spent in a monastery, but it feels true nonetheless.
The room was really clean, one of the cleanest we've had so far in China, actually.
The location is very practical, as it is right next to the shuttle bus parking lot. There was some noise from a construction site, but what can you do?
We had dinner in the little restaurant downstairs, and we absolutely fell in love with the food.
They offer a wake-up service to catch the sunrise on the very top, but we did not take it.
