"Zen Inn is a place for peace and spiritual well-being, with a very zen-like ambiance. The air conditioning wasn't quite cold enough, but the hotel tried its best to meet all our other needs, offering excellent service and many different activities to participate in. It was our first stop, truly setting the tone for a relaxing and mindful vacation. It's also super convenient for visiting the Leshan Giant Buddha – a great choice overall."

"This glowing review is specially for Alice Qianqian. We had a bit of an issue during check-in, but after we brought it to her attention, she provided even more surprising and thoughtful service. It's been ages since I've seen a handwritten card, and she even drew an adorable little dinosaur on it! The small cake and drawing materials prepared for the kids were a delightful surprise, and my child absolutely loved them. With employees like Alice, I'm confident the hotel's service will only get better and better."

"Even though it was a May Day holiday, it wasn't crowded at all, and we didn't have to wait to check in. Our river view room was surprisingly quiet, offering a great view of the Big Buddha and an unobstructed river panorama. It was truly relaxing just to stay in the room and enjoy the scenery. Food deliveries were brought right to our room by a robot, and children's amenities were available. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast spread was impressive."

Chinese and Western restaurants are available.This Emei Shan hotel is within close proximity of the largest outdoor hot spring in western China, Lingxiu Hot Spring. There are also indoor hot spring spa rooms. Guests may also enjoy KTV, the hotel bar, a trip to the sauna, billiards and working out in the gym. In addition, the hotel features a traditional open-door teahouse where guests can enjoy views of the mountains.
"I was a little nervous when booking the room because it said the bunk beds for children were 1.1 meters wide. However, in the room we stayed in, the lower bunk was 1.5 meters and the upper bunk was 1.1 meters. Our two younger children slept on the lower bunk, and the oldest fit perfectly on the upper bunk. The kids were very happy with the room. We also received a fruit platter with fresh, pre-washed apples and pears. The best part was that the room rate included hot spring access for four people, making it an excellent value for money. I honestly don't think you can find a hotel of this quality and price in the Chongqing area. We're planning to come back for the May Day holiday or summer vacation. On the second day of our stay, the hotel even had parent-child activities in the morning. There were also some outdoor play areas for children, but we didn't have time to try them out because we were rushing to go hiking. The lobby manager was also exceptionally kind, guiding us all the way to our building. The breakfast definitely deserves the highest praise. Our whole family thought it was incredibly rich and diverse. My oldest even took photos and posted them on WeChat Moments, making his classmates envious and joking that 'dogs don't deserve to eat so well.' Parking was convenient too."

"This hotel is nestled halfway up Mount Emei, not far from Wuxiangang Bus Station, making it super convenient to catch a bus to Golden Summit. The views are absolutely stunning; you open your window to a sea of clouds and lush mountains. The large floor-to-ceiling windows bring the breathtaking scenery right into your room. Soaking in the private hot spring while watching the clouds churn is incredibly therapeutic. The butler service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive, with every detail covered. They arrange pick-ups and drop-offs for the scenic area, recommend itineraries, and even provide makeup remover and shoe-shining cloths – truly an exceptional experience. And the rooms are impeccably clean – can't fault them at all! The food is another major highlight. The ”Chun Fa Ru Lan” (Spring Blossom in the Mist) dishes are both delicious and beautifully presented, with detailed descriptions for each. Using local ingredients is a big plus, and every single dish was incredibly tasty!!! I also have to mention the singing bowl therapy. I went in just wanting to try it, and I was so surprised by how amazing the experience was. This place is truly perfect for anyone looking to escape the city and embark on a deeply healing journey. It's incredibly good value for money and has definitely made it onto my list of places I'd visit again and again."

"The service was incredibly thoughtful, with a shuttle always available for transportation. Every staff member at the hotel was enthusiastic; my son had a blast meeting handsome big brothers and pretty aunties. The breakfast buffet was delicious, featuring many local Leshan specialties. The overall environment was lovely, with lush green trees providing plenty of shade. There were many parent-child activities, but we visited when there weren't many kids around, so it was pretty quiet. My son spent most of his time happily playing in the ball pit and sandbox at the kids' play area."

"The hotel room was new and quite spacious, but during my two-night stay, despite requesting cleaning on the second day, no cleaning was done at all, and amenities weren't replenished. Interestingly, staff entered the room to leave welcome fruit when I wasn't there, but still, no cleaning, and no replenishment of amenities or water. For this price point, that's really unacceptable. The shower water was cold: The bathtub water temperature was too low to even use. It's a far cry from the Longxing Temple branch. The shower water itself was inconsistent, going hot and cold. Dinner on the second day was noticeably worse than the first, with dishes like yellow catfish completely missing – clearly a downgrade. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with this hotel stay."

"Came to Mount Emei with my family, and the hotel's environment is simply amazing! There's a wide, spacious lake right outside the hotel entrance with black swans, and behind it are towering mountains where you can see the Golden Summit of Emei. The hotel rooms are also very large with incredibly high ceilings, so it never feels cramped inside. There's a big TV where you can cast movies, so in the afternoon when the sun was strong, I happily watched movies from the big bed. The room also has a private hot spring tub in the backyard, which is very quiet. My family often visits Mount Emei's Baoguo Temple for Buddhist worship and we've stayed in many hotels, but this one is unanimously considered the best experience we've had! We'll definitely be regulars from now on! Highly recommend!"
