The staff is great: they arranged a pickup from the station because our train arrived late in the evening. They helped us find good restaurants and left us fresh fruit everyday in the room. The room was ok. We could use the hot springs. Recommended

We had a 3d2n stay at the 绿竹 guestroom and experience was very enjoyable. The room was comfy, clean, and the service was impeccable. Food (both breakfast and dinner) were extremely tasty. The hotel is located away from the hustle of the touristy area and provided a sense of serenity, an escape from the crowds, shrowded among mist and forest. Transport to-fro the 五显冈 bus station was provided and they were very responsive to messages on WeChat. Highly recommended 整体体验非常棒！ 服务周到、 食物好吃、客房舒服干净。 世外桃源。

Beautiful design, serene atmosphere, wonderful smell of fresh lilies. The hot spring in the room and the forest view with jungle sounds were amazing. Nice breakfast. The pool experience is better in the afternoon due to forest views and no people. The pool is big oval, and serene, no plastic separators. Unfortunately the pool and the gym are closed in the morning and the gym's air con was broken. Nice staff, but little English is spoken.

The perfect accommodation for relaxing in the mountains and visiting Mt Emei as a foreigner. Our villa had a beautiful view, lots of space and was very clean and modern. Our highlight was the hot tub on our balcony fed by fresh spring water. The hotel is very helpful and offers all the services you need. Their driver picked us up and dropped us off at the Emeishan high speed rail station for free (the hotel is a 20 minute drive away in the mountains). For an additional small fee, they also transported us to and from the Mt Emei shuttle bus service (20 minute drive away). The meals were very good. We were provided good breakfast (noodles and platter of fruits, vegetables eggs etc) and bought dinner both nights. If you are a foreigner staying here, recommend that you bring extra cash as we had some difficulty paying with our foreign card on Alipay. Also be prepared with your translation app if you don't speak Chinese. Very happy with our choice!

Outstanding
Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

What a lovely place! The hotel is very nice, clean and in good location. Breakfast in Chinese styes. We love it! They have a hot spring as well and the staffs are super friendly and helpful. You can walk to the emeishan ticket center within 3-5 mins. Surrounding area also have to small waterfall which it is really peacefully. Recommended!

Great service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay. The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay. Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.
