MMichelleXu_YuanThe location is excellent, very close to Baoguo Temple, just a 5-minute walk. If you're traveling with seniors, I'd highly recommend this hotel. It's also very convenient for visiting Mount Emei. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and clean, but the highlight is the front desk staff's warm and attentive service. They handle issues promptly and efficiently, making for a really great travel experience.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

GGuest UserZhenyi Mountain Residence is a well-known guesthouse in the area, conveniently located near Baoguo Temple. It's close to the bus stop for easy access to Mount Emei for hot springs. The rooms offer 24-hour private hot springs, or you can visit the public hot springs across the way, which are also excellent! The guesthouse is quite large, and there's a lake in front of Zhenyi Mountain Residence, perfect for a leisurely stroll and enjoying the lake views. The night views are particularly beautiful! From your room balcony, you can enjoy mountain views. The style is very elegant, and the amenities provided match its standing. Breakfast is good, just provide your room number, and I recommend trying the tofu pudding! The service is great, with a complimentary pickup and drop-off service to the Emei Mountain high-speed rail station. There's also a dedicated account manager to provide assistance and information. Overall, it's a very good place!

GGuest UserThe perfect accommodation for relaxing in the mountains and visiting Mt Emei as a foreigner. Our villa had a beautiful view, lots of space and was very clean and modern. Our highlight was the hot tub on our balcony fed by fresh spring water.
The hotel is very helpful and offers all the services you need. Their driver picked us up and dropped us off at the Emeishan high speed rail station for free (the hotel is a 20 minute drive away in the mountains). For an additional small fee, they also transported us to and from the Mt Emei shuttle bus service (20 minute drive away).
The meals were very good. We were provided good breakfast (noodles and platter of fruits, vegetables eggs etc) and bought dinner both nights.
If you are a foreigner staying here, recommend that you bring extra cash as we had some difficulty paying with our foreign card on Alipay. Also be prepared with your translation app if you don't speak Chinese.
Very happy with our choice!

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service.
When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us.
The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef.
Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

The overall design is elegantly minimalist, with every step revealing an oriental aesthetic, serene and refined, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The hot spring water is wonderfully warm and comfortable; after a soak, I felt completely relaxed. What impressed me the most was the five-star service at the front desk. From reception to ongoing care, every detail was meticulous and gentle, never intrusive or overbearing, yet always there when needed – thoughtful and discreet. Here, both body and mind are gently healed. It's a therapeutic sanctuary worth revisiting, with both quality and service being top-notch. Full marks, highly recommend!

Upon entering, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, providing excellent service. MmR.Nic_I've already reviewed this, but I have to emphasize it again! My original booking was for check-in on the 13th and check-out on the 15th. However, on the day of check-in, the 13th, I made a last-minute decision to extend my stay from the 15th to the 16th. At that time, there was an international martial arts competition, and all the foreign guests were staying at this hotel, which meant our original room type was unavailable for the 15th to the 16th. Just as we were getting frustrated, ta-da! Our lovely and sweet account manager, Ms. Zhang Hui, helped us promptly resolve the issue and adjust the room! She managed to secure our original room for the 13th-15th, saving us the trouble and hassle of having to pack our bags and switch rooms on the 15th. We are truly grateful and thankful! I want to specifically mention and thank Manager Zhang Hui again! She's amazing!

HHeirengongyuanI frequently visit Baoguo Temple and Fuhu Temple for incense burning, and usually stay near the mountain gate. This time, I decided to try a different location. The hotel is situated in Huangwan Town, which is quite peaceful during the off-season when there are fewer tourists. The scenery of Emei Mountain, as expected, is breathtakingly beautiful. Both the hotel's environment and service are excellent. I do hope they make some improvements to the facilities; for example, the bidet on the smart toilet sprays directly onto you, and the shower's glass door lacks a damper, making it too wobbly and potentially dangerous if handled too roughly. Other than that, everything else is very good.

GGuest UserLovely room, lovely environment, lovely service from the staff. Location is great - we just walked over to Ba Guo Temple to start our epic hike of Emeishan. The staff were extra helpful, making sure our laundry got hung, sending us to the train station, and just overall making us feel welcome. The room itself had a juice rustic feel but with modern comforts.
