__CFT0279191****This guesthouse is incredibly comfortable, and I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
First, the location is excellent. It's very quiet and not clustered with other guesthouses, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. It's also convenient for taking the bus to the mountain from the station. Soaking in the private onsen in the courtyard felt like pure bliss.
Second, the quality and attention to detail are superb. The paper products, toiletries, and bath salts for the onsen are all high-quality. The shower gel and bath salts smelled amazing and the scent lingered. The room was very clean and smelled pleasant.
Third, the service was exceptional. The staff (all women) were very attentive, from recommending itineraries to helping prepare the onsen daily. The breakfast prepared by the auntie was also delicious. As a woman, it felt very safe and reassuring to be surrounded by female staff, making it a very female-friendly guesthouse.

The indoor and outdoor kids' playgrounds and swimming pools are fantastic, and there are plenty of family-friendly activities. The service is attentive, and the breakfast is unique. GGuest UserZhenyi Mountain Residence is a well-known guesthouse in the area, conveniently located near Baoguo Temple. It's close to the bus stop for easy access to Mount Emei for hot springs. The rooms offer 24-hour private hot springs, or you can visit the public hot springs across the way, which are also excellent! The guesthouse is quite large, and there's a lake in front of Zhenyi Mountain Residence, perfect for a leisurely stroll and enjoying the lake views. The night views are particularly beautiful! From your room balcony, you can enjoy mountain views. The style is very elegant, and the amenities provided match its standing. Breakfast is good, just provide your room number, and I recommend trying the tofu pudding! The service is great, with a complimentary pickup and drop-off service to the Emei Mountain high-speed rail station. There's also a dedicated account manager to provide assistance and information. Overall, it's a very good place!

AAnonymous UserOur stay at the Hongzhushan Forest Hot Spring Hotel at the foot of Mount Emei was absolutely perfect! The hotel is surrounded by a lush forest, right next to the tranquil Hongzhu Lake. The views of greenery and the lake are stunning, and the air is so fresh, like a natural oxygen bar. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always responding promptly to our requests from check-in to daily needs – very thoughtful and professional. Our room was spacious and elegant, with excellent facilities and high-quality, soft, and comfortable bedding. The indoor and outdoor hot spring pools offered a wonderful variety, and the water was warm and soothing, leaving us feeling completely relaxed. What's more, the complimentary high-speed rail transfer and cultural talks about famous figures were fantastic added value. The restaurant's food also deserves praise – it was delicious and diverse. All in all, our trip was incredibly hassle-free, and it's definitely worth a second visit!

The hotel is tucked away in a scenic rural paradise, nestled against mountains, surrounded by a lake and rice fields. The air is so fresh and invigorating. Our room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable – we slept like babies until we woke up naturally. The resort offers a fantastic array of family activities, like feeding the black swans and exploring the fields. The kids loved it so much they didn't want to leave! The adorable animals made for such a therapeutic nature experience. The food was also excellent; breakfast was plentiful, and the main meals were authentic and fresh. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, truly enhancing the vacation feel. I highly recommend it! It's perfect for families with children to connect with nature and enjoy a unique experience.

The view from our booked room was incredible, and sitting on the balcony in the evening, enjoying the breeze, was simply delightful. The hotel's pool had a perfect temperature and crystal-clear water, with professional lifeguards always on duty. Breakfast was also very extensive, featuring many local specialties. The ingredients were fresh, the presentation was exquisite, and the taste was just as good as any restaurant outside. The hotel is also very close to the high-speed train station and offers a shuttle service. The staff were friendly and natural, providing excellent service without being intrusive. My experience was perfect, and I've already recommended it to all my friends!

MM255329****This was our second stay, and my child absolutely loves it! The hotel grounds are huge, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend with kids. There are plenty of family-friendly activities every day, and we even caught a bonfire party on Saturday during the winter, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed! The service was very responsive, and the butler even upgraded our room, which made us so happy!

GGuest UserThis hotel is amazing! I'm quite picky when it comes to hotels, and after researching many options, I finally settled on Tianjing. And it certainly didn't disappoint. A driver was waiting to pick us up right from the high-speed train station, offering a seamless service. The driver was very friendly and even helped with our luggage – super strong! At the hotel, the lovely front desk staff, Zhouzhou, greeted us warmly and even gave us a free room upgrade. I was here for my birthday, and it happened to be Christmas. I was wondering where to get a small cake when Zhouzhou informed us that the hotel had Christmas apples. To my surprise, there was also a complimentary small cake, so I didn't need to buy one! The apples they gave us were excellent quality, crisp and sweet, and the small cake was beautifully presented with great taste! Zhouzhou was also super responsive to messages, offering incredible service! As soon as I posted about it on my social media, many friends immediately asked for the link. It's truly wonderful to have a hotel like this in Emei Mountain!

Mila at the front desk provided excellent service; she was incredibly responsive and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade, which I really appreciated. After a long day of traveling, a private hot spring soak at the hotel was incredibly relaxing. They also offered a complimentary afternoon tea, and when we checked out, they even gave us some local Emei Mountain specialties, which was a lovely touch. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Emei Mountain.

JJaclinsFantastic stay! The room was spacious and airy, with smart controls throughout which were very convenient. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and the amenities were comprehensive, including a Dyson hairdryer and a full range of toiletries. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the private hot spring courtyard offered great privacy. It was meticulously cleaned with no corners missed, and the room layout was well-designed, feeling both cozy and luxurious. After hiking, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and I had an amazing night's sleep. Both the facilities and comfort far exceeded my expectations. Very satisfied! 👍👍👍👍👍
