Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained—but what really made this hotel special was the incredible level of hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel prepared a special welcome dinner for us, and they also organized a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. They went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel. Transportation was arranged for us to different tourist attractions, as well as to train and bus stations, making it extremely easy to explore the area. The staff also helped us plan our excursions to the different mountains nearby, giving us recommendations and making sure we were properly prepared. For our excursions, they even prepared lunch boxes with food and provided shoe covers, rain protection, umbrellas, and everything else we might need depending on the weather. These small details made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What impressed us the most was how attentive, kind, and proactive the entire staff was. They didn't just provide accommodation—they genuinely cared about making our whole trip as comfortable, easy, and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, often anticipating what we might need before we even asked. The combination of excellent rooms, outstanding service, transportation, excursion assistance, thoughtful meals, and personal attention made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone planning to explore the mountains and attractions in the area. Our stay far exceeded expectations, definitely a five-star review! First off, I have to praise the huge projector. Our child was engrossed watching cartoons from the bed, and the effect was like a home theater – clear and easy on the eyes; even the adults got drawn in. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options that made our child very happy. You absolutely must try a coffee at 'Wild Slope'; the taste is unique and well worth ordering. The biggest surprise was finding a small pebble area at the hotel. Our little one didn't want to leave, which was a huge relief for us parents. The attention to detail truly shows. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel's environment is fantastic, a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling Emei Mountain scenic area. Outside, it's lively, but the moment you step into the hotel grounds, it immediately transforms into a peaceful haven. The room is grand and exquisite, with many details that stand up to close inspection. The courtyard is a hidden gem, offering views of the river, lawn, and forest stretching from near to far. It’s incredibly layered and very quiet. The soaking pool in the courtyard is also wonderfully comfortable, filling up quickly. In the end, my son and I decided to skip the crowds at Emei Mountain and just relax in the room, enjoying the scenery – wasn't that a better idea? Finally, a big thank you to our butler, JUNE. She was incredibly attentive, making our check-in seamless, and all our specific personal requests were handled far beyond our expectations. Most importantly, she recommended several restaurants near the hotel entrance, each one more delicious than the last, which was a huge help!

The Hongzhu Forest Hotel offers a fantastic resort experience with an excellent location, right next to Baoguo Temple and the tourist bus station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The resort grounds are serene and tranquil. Upon check-in, we were assigned a dedicated butler who provided thoughtful greetings and patiently answered all our questions. The breakfast featured a wide variety of delicious local specialties. The mineral hot springs here are superb, with plenty of pools. After a soak, both body and mind felt completely relaxed and soothed. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym for recreation. The guest rooms are well-equipped, featuring a clean and functional bathtub. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. This is a perfect place to stay when vacationing in Emei Mountain.

This is an excellent forest guesthouse! It lives up to its reputation, with great service. The account manager was very dedicated, helping us arrange a car to take our older child and luggage to the high-speed rail station, which saved us time after coming down from Emei Mountain. The resort grounds are huge, with a lake perfect for a leisurely stroll and enjoying the views! The breakfast also features local specialties, and the dining environment is superb! In the evening, my younger brother and dad went to building #7 for a hot spring bath, which was very nice! Due to time constraints, we didn't get to visit the zoo in building #8. The room itself was decent and standard for a guesthouse of this style; you can expect a reliable stay. If you're not driving and plan to visit Emei Mountain, this is a great choice as they offer high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off.

Came here on a friend's recommendation, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! First off, all the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome, especially D., our concierge. She was so thoughtful, checking in beforehand about our stay. When she found out my child was celebrating a birthday soon, she even decorated the room and gifted a small cake! My child was overjoyed and wants to come back again 😊. The hotel offers a variety of activities for kids from morning to night, plus a pool and hot spring. You can also feed koi and see swans, making it perfect for a family trip. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with smart voice control – a really nice touch. The only small issue was mosquitoes at night. Just remember to turn on the mosquito repellent before bed to avoid being woken up by them!

The hotel's landscaping was beautiful, and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the gate to the Wuyou Wharf boardwalk next to the pool was locked, requiring a detour. After my river cruise, I could see my room but couldn't get in. I walked around in the blazing sun for a while before the butler finally picked me up in a shuttle bus at the exit. Butler Xiao Li responded to WeChat messages very quickly, answering all questions promptly and providing timely shuttle service.

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

Facilities: The facilities are fully equipped. Hygiene: Very clean and tidy. Environment: The environment is beautiful and comfortable. Service: The service is attentive and excellent. The hotel room is very spacious, and it's convenient to go to the food street for meals. It's also not far from the Emei Mountain distribution center. Highly recommended!

Five stars, highly recommend Wyndham Emeishan Resort! The overall experience was impeccable. The hotel is built along the Emei River, offering stunning views of the green mountains right from your window. Lush greenery surrounds the riverbanks, and the air is wonderfully fresh. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Emeishan Tourist Center, making trips up the mountain incredibly convenient. It's a tranquil retreat that still feels vibrant. The hygiene standards are definitely five-star; the guest rooms are spotless, with no hidden corners. The bedding is soft and clean, and the bathroom is dry and odor-free, with meticulous daily housekeeping. The service is thoughtful and attentive. Staff proactively helped with luggage upon arrival, and our dedicated butler, Xiao Li, was always available. She patiently explained hiking routes, and any requests were met with lightning-fast responses. The facilities are comprehensive, with private hot spring baths, outdoor hot springs, a children's playground, a gym, and a tea room – everything you could need. The smart-home enabled rooms are comfortable and pleasant, and you can even enjoy a relaxing fishing session by the river. It's perfect for both family vacations and romantic getaways. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Emeishan!
