The owner upgraded our room for free! [Sayram Lake] Once again, I'm amazed! The room and the guesthouse environment are truly, truly beautiful! 🤩 **Cleanliness**: Very clean. I almost felt bad walking on the carpet with my shoes on. **Service**: Every staff member at the guesthouse was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. ❤️ They insisted on helping with our luggage. Since it wasn't peak season when we visited, and rooms weren't in high demand, the owner allowed us a late check-out. What's most worth mentioning is the breakfast 🥣. It came in small portions, and the owner said it was local food made by their neighbor (the jam and small sausages were excellent! 👍). **Double ethnic costume experience**: I forgot to try this out. 😬 That's also because we arrived too late.

A very good homestay, Facilities: Complete and comfortable bedding Sanitation: Very clean Environment: Very local style and beautiful courtyard Service: The boss, the boss lady, the boss lady's mother and their family are all very nice, and the puppy cake is also very cute. It is really convenient to stay here if the road is not under construction. It is recommended that guests staying here during this period contact the boss to get a location first, or answer a strange call after booking a room because it may be a virtual number from the boss to send the location, so as not to go wrong and avoid trouble. It will be very convenient when the road is repaired! I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

The location is a little bit hidden in an alley, however I love how it is nestled among the local restaurants and houses, you get to see how the people live on the daily basis. Otherwise the room is clean, amenities are great too. If you are a light-sleeper, it can be a little bit noisy since it is located near houses. But overall, it is a great guesthouse if you would like a place near town as a base for your travel. The owner’s daugther though..despite my limited Mandarin, she went away and beyond to help me with literally everything from booking a bus, and communicating with a DiDi driver to mail my AirPod which I had left in the car at a different city!  She arranged for it to be sent to my next location which I had book prior, ensured that the postman gave the mail to me personally by phonecall. She is one of the sweetest person I have met during my solo travel to China.

I stayed here for over a week and absolutely loved it! The ladies working here were all incredibly warm and charming. We even went shopping together and had some late-night skewers. The hotel's decor is beautiful, and being surrounded by local ethnic minorities really allowed me to immerse myself in the local customs. It was truly wonderful!

We chose this hotel for its location inside the Liuxing Street Scenic Area, and the location was indeed perfect. For a property that advertises itself as 2 stars the accommodation is impressive. The rooms are big, the ceiling is high, the bed is comfortable and the floor heating is warm. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property for its simple but direct service, good ambiance and fantastic location. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit on the low side. Apart from that everything was great. Highly recommend

This guesthouse completely exceeded my expectations for this trip, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality travel experience. The overall environment of the guesthouse is beautiful, retaining the local cultural and ethnic characteristics. The interior decor is cozy yet stylish, with soft lighting and quality furniture that avoids the generic commercial feel. It truly allows you to shed the fatigue of your journey instantly. The guesthouse's location is excellent. It avoids the hustle and bustle of the city center while still offering easy access to core attractions. It's incredibly convenient to find authentic local snacks and explore unique shops. If you want to visit more distant scenic spots, getting a taxi right outside is easy, so you don't have to worry about transportation at all. The facilities at the guesthouse far surpassed my expectations. Not only are they comprehensive, but the attention to detail is also incredibly thoughtful. The bedding in the room was soft and comfortable, and the Mousse mattress had just the right firmness – I slept through the night without any of the usual aches and pains from travel. The Dyson hairdryer was excellent, and the air conditioning cooled down the room very quickly. Cleanliness definitely gets full marks. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the guesthouse's strict adherence to cleanliness. The floor in the entryway was spotless, and the bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases in the room were pristine, with no odd smells or stains, feeling soft and pleasant to the touch. The bathroom counters, mirrors, and tiles were sparkling clean, and the toilet was thoroughly flushed and odor-free, with no hair left in the shower drain. The meticulous cleanliness and attention to detail at this guesthouse completely dispelled any concerns I had about accommodation hygiene, making my stay both comfortable and reassuring. My best experience was the service from the butler and the owner. Their professionalism and enthusiasm added many warm memories to this trip. On the day of check-in, the manager called me in advance to inform me about the parking spot and was waiting early at the parking lot to help us with our luggage and introduce the room facilities. This thoughtfulness made me feel exceptionally warm. For me, this was a flawless accommodation experience; the environment, location, facilities, hygiene, and service were all excellent. If I visit Liuxingjie again, I will definitely choose this place again.

The beautiful pictures of this homestay caught my attention and I was determined to check it out. It did not disappoint me, the actual property looks just as beautiful, though the garden would probably need more plants. The vicinity was quiet and I enjoyed hanging out at the patio at night. Yining is quite small so taking a cab to get to the tourist spots is not a problem at all. The staff were helpful with my luggage. I will not hesitate to recommend this homestay.

The environment here is super nice! The owners are also lovely people. The male owner even helped me with my luggage 💼. The room was clean and warm. I originally planned to stay here again after coming back from Kuldun, but unfortunately, it was fully booked! Will have to wait until next time!

The owner was very nice and even helped me find someone to share a ride to Sayram Lake. The only downside was the lack of public restrooms; someone was showering in the bathroom, and I was terrified of not being able to use it. Sayram Lake is beautiful, and the hostel was great value for money! Highly recommended.

The price was fair for the ambiance. There was some hair on the blankets, so I disinfected everything and used disposable four-piece bedding. Overall, it was good value for money; you have to accept imperfections for a lower price! One suggestion for the hotel: just throw away that broken stool. It's better not to have it there than to leave it out! The receptionist was very kind, and the security guard was very friendly; they were generally very responsive. I lost my room key, and the receptionist helped me get a new one in the early morning. A big thumbs up!
