The following is the real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel on the same day, and the 504 room I stayed in that day. Hotel location: Kathmandu is convenient for transportation. Hotel facilities: Look at the pictures for yourself, it was taken on the same day. The bedding and linen look at the picture, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: look at the picture for yourself. Breakfast is quite good. Hotel service staff at the front desk: I personally feel very service-conscious and very willing during my stay.

The stay at hotel heranya was wonderful. In u (one at the reception) is the best part of it and she was there for all help throughout, giving support at the hotel, giving guidance for local markets and shopping, serving great food etc. Rooms were decent and clean, but very small. Food was really superb. Overall it was a nice experience. No

Quite a disappointing stay. I was allocated a room which has no light in the toilet, no charging / power outlet, and no hot water throughout. I only stayed here for a night but I wonât do it for any longer. Boss is lucky to have such nice guys working for him at the front desk.

Excellent hotel, close to the center of Thamel, but relatively quiet for the area.
The staff is very pleasant and available for any request.
