Traveling with my family, I booked a suite. I read the reviews after booking. I was a little confused, but my family comforted me that it was only for one night. After checking in, I felt pretty good. After all, the price was less than RMB 900. It was still a good deal for 5 people. The sofa bed in the living room was quite large. The sanitary conditions of the room were okay, and there were no bugs or unclean bedding mentioned in some negative reviews.

It was ok. The the gentleman at the front desk was rude. He needs a refresher course or training of communication. I got to the room and it smelled like old seafood. The mirror on the closet door was cracked in one room and the other closet door was missing. I looked behind the couch and it was a t-shirt and water bottle. I called to complain about the issues. She told me the housekeeper will be out there. I never seen the housekeeper.

I recommend the entrance area from the street onto the property be enhanced with cutting the lawn, landscaping and more lights. When checking, please ask check-ins their preference for where they would like a room vs. assigning a room that in the back of the building. The room didn't have a welcoming and pleasant smell. The top of the refrigerator hadn't been cleaned. There were no bedding for the pull out sofa. Most of all I was charged for parking, but it said it was free so I'd like this reimbursed to me.

Spacious and similar to photos. Property is independently owned/operated. Door to room was malfunctioning causing keys to not work. Couldn't leave without being locked out. 2 of 3 tv's worked. Expose electrical box in ceiling. No bedding for sofa bed. Has the begins of a fantastic property, needs more time, guidance, care, and updates

I booked a room here because it was so close to the airport and it had 2 bedrooms. When you get there, you're told there is an extra parking fee, which seems ridiculous especially for how much you pay for a dirty room. You could not pay it and possibly have your car towed...parking should be included in the price. We got into the room and there was an awful odor, terrible. Upon walking around the room, there was blood in the couch, and a blood on the curtains. There was short black hair in the tub and in all of our towels. The door in the master bath was held together, kind of, by screws. If you shut the door the door fell apart. Doors wouldn't shut in the kitchen...it was awful. I would not recommend staying here.

This place is run down. Pullout bed had dirty sheets and food and trash on the floor.. the room has so many broken items in it. Outlets wasn't working, mirrors are broken, bathroom door wont close, light switches broken and look dirty

As I entered the room it smelled like stale cigarettes. The windows were bolted shut so I could not air the room out. The TVs in the room are not smart TVs and there was limited 'cable' with many channels not working. There were no sheets for the pull out couch and when I requested somw from the front desk I had to wait 30 minutes for them. I should be getting some money back from these inconveneinces.
