Its reputation as the world's most beautiful is truly well-deserved.
1. The hotel service is simply impeccable, attending to every little detail. From the moment we checked in, the friendly front desk staff thoroughly explained all the hotel's activities, important information, and the locations of every restaurant and bar. We were personally escorted to our room, where they gave another detailed briefing on amenities and facilities. If we needed a buggy, a quick call to the front desk would have one at our doorstep within two minutes.
2. The hotel's amenities and facilities are excellent. The room was incredibly spacious with impressively high ceilings. Our balcony offered direct views of the beach, and even the bathroom was stunningly beautiful. The sand on the beach is wonderfully fine, and the waves are incredibly gentle, making it perfectly safe and enjoyable for kids to play in the sea.
3. Regarding the dining experience, breakfast was absolutely delicious with an unbelievable array of choices. The restaurant manager would also enthusiastically come by to chat. I stayed in Building 4, and I have to say, the Mexican restaurant downstairs didn't quite hit the mark for my taste. In the evening, I tried a signature cocktail at their Chemistry bar, and the flavor was a bit... underwhelming, to be honest, hahaha.
4. Overall, if I ever return to Phu Quoc, the sole reason would be to once again experience this 'world's most beautiful Marriott'!

This hotel was a fantastic family getaway! Exceptional food, stunning white-sand beach, and incredibly kind staff made it unforgettable. The unique university-themed design, with buildings as “faculties,” is super cool. Truly 5 stars 🌟 and highly recommended!

I honestly haven't written a travel review in the 10 years that I have been using Trip but this recent experience at JW Marriott deserves high recognition. Upon arrival to the resort we were greeted by Guest services and checked in promptly with refreshment drink and an overview of the amazing hotel. Then we took a buggy with Astrid around the premises and she gave us a through backstory to the hotel and its motif! She was very knowledgable and informative and answered all of our questions! Then she gave us a tour of our amazing room with beach front access from the patio doorway! It was amazing. The resort was perfect! We spent so much time exploring the different schools and restaurants and really enjoyed All of your restaurants. Then we met Hubert at Tempus Fugit and he was really kind and welcoming! Later into our stay we met Ellie who helped us at every turn and on our last day all three of the staff bid us adeau with wonderful gifts but more importantly the brightened our experience with their kindness and friendly smiles!!! Astrid, Ellie and Hubert really made the trip for us and we will most definitely be staying here on our subsequent visits !!! Thank you for the wonderful time you guys!!!!!

hotel like a museum - every corner offers perfect photo opportunities. The rooms are spacious with great views, and the bathtub was spotless with strong water pressure in the shower.
The breakfast buffet had an impressive variety, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly throughout the property.
The only drawbacks were the lengthy check-in process and shuttle bus wait times. Also, many guests went straight from the beach to the pool, leaving the pool floor covered in sand.

Nice view and location best beach at phu quoc! But the facility is old 😕 while I eat breakfast the chair leg break almost break my ankle.
