The Bok Hotel Grand World Reviews

The image of the building facade does not match the title photo. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood. At check-in there were problems with the bed, which were fixed by the hotel staff. There was no hot water.

Wonderful hotel-apartments, excellent hosts. Very good layout of the studio, has everything you need, divine breakfasts. Amazing sea 5 minutes from the hotel. The hosts are just wonderful, always help, tell and show everything. There is a great restaurant on the beach. There are performances every day in the Venetian Village. There is also a water park, a zoo, an oceanarium, an amusement park, and a free bus from the airport to the Venetian Village. You can rent a scooter and go to the beach with starfish or just ride around the local villages.

Room was good. Clean and small kitchen. We were traveling with small children so kitchen was our priority for preparing oats and others for little ones. Breakfast was also tasty, not buffetbut it was good. Location is good , close with everything bus station and lightshow. If you are coming from airport you do not need to spend money on taxi, you can get on bus #17 from airport. Ask the employee they will guide you free bus station vinbus #17. Highly recommend.

The price is affordable with good location, inside the Grand Wolrd. Room is cozy and clean. I will come back to this hotel when I visit the island next time.

Five stars for the location and service staff, no problem! Here are some reactions and sharing: The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. In the morning, a technician from the same building turned off the water valve, causing a water outage! In addition, the refrigerator caused a large amount of water accumulation. Because it was not placed on the front edge of the elevated platform, the refrigerator door could not be closed and would get stuck! The shampoo and shower gel jars in the bathroom are very dirty, please be sure to replace them as soon as possible, as this will affect the guest's sense of smell!

The room is a double room with a sofa bed turned into a triple room, but there is no discomfort when sleeping. However, the hygiene of the room needs to be improved. The occasional ants and the low water pressure in the shower make it a bit awkward to take a shower. It's hard work, and the quilt has a weird smell and is thin, but the breakfast is very good and the owner is very warm and nice. It's also very close to Phu Quoc World and the night view is beautiful at night. If the above shortcomings can be improved, Will consider staying again~~~

On the ground floor of the hotel there is a stupid canteen where the staff of the entire town dine, constant noise and stench. People are smoking at the front door. The room is small and cramped, there is dirt on the switches. An old bathroom rug from an unknown era, as if the business owner had rented a nice stylish room and brought a rug from home, a trash can and crooked light bulbs in the ceiling. Poor sound insulation, as if there were people walking in your room. The mattress on the bed was of poor quality and upon check-in they discovered that it was not on the working side, but with the springs facing up. In the middle of the night I had to turn the mattress over and re-make it. How the previous visitors slept is a big question and how did the staff who made the sheets not notice this?! There are no issues with the toilet and shower. There is an elevator. We stayed for one night.

Ks the bok sells delicious rice at very reasonable prices in the Grand World area. However, if you want to clean the room, you have to call instead of cleaning it every day like other hotels.

First of all, I made a reservation because it was close to Wyndham, and all my friends were there, but it was cleaner than I expected and I was satisfied. Unless it's a family trip, this place is good enough ^^
