Phu Quoc Island Cua Can Hotels

We appreciate Green Bay phu quoc’s hospitality and attentive service to our pleasant stay. From the moment we stepped off the ferry to the moment we departed, Green Bay’s excellent hospitality earned our respect and appreciation. It is a home away from home. Breakfast was excellent. The shuttle bus was really convenient. We’d love to come back soon! Thank you.

The resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service. It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional. There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport. All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.

Increidible incredible place... At first we didn't know it was an ”off the grid” kind of hotel, so we were shocked.. U need to know, there is no AC, no TV and no electric amenities in the room, after midnight the power goes off until next morning, bar closes at 10.00, all this sounds bad but it was actually such an amazing experience.. The view at night.. Just amazing, the food, the view during the day, the room literally 2 steps away from the sand, the sound of the waves all night, the breeze, everyone was beyond nice, the drinks at the bar are very well priced and prepared with care, the food was fussion of local dishes and we really loved them, its a very chilled and relaxed place to spend in intimacy and on your own terms.. Breakfast was amazing as well.. Have to say the place is far from everything, so I'd advice getting some booze of ur own if u don't wanna sleep early. And would be amazing if they had pick up and drop of service to the airport cause each ride was 300.000 Vnd Oh and one last thing.. The location won't let u watch the sunset from this hotel, so keep that in mind as well

It was the best value for money hotel. The location was a bit ambiguous, but the service, breakfast, etc. were all excellent. The family's satisfaction was the best! ^^ In particular, the service satisfaction of ”Quy Hoan”, who was the manager, chef, and driver in the hotel, was the best.

A small hotel, located away from the main routes, the sea, beaches, and shops. A quiet place, surrounded by greenery, allowing you to relax both mind and body. The staff is very friendly, responsive, and eager to help with any request. I arrived just before the Vietnamese New Year, when it was very difficult to find currency exchange points. The hotel administrator even paid for my scooter rental himself until I was able to exchange money. The breakfasts at the hotel were hearty, and the staff warmed up food I had bought earlier, doing everything for my convenience and comfort. A wonderful place for a relaxing stay.

No breakfast. In the past, when starfish beaches used to take me far away, it was like a farm. There were mosquitoes and geckos at night. Be careful. Another one is far from the zoo.
