During the period of your stay, we did not receive any similar reports of food poisoning or illness from other guests. Additionally, all food handling and hygiene protocols were found to be in compliance with our standard operating procedures upon review.Unfortunately, we only became aware of your concerns upon your departure, which left us with no opportunity to address the issue in person or take immediate corrective action to ensure your comfort and safety.
