We have stayed at this hotel many times, and it has also been a favorite vacation place for our parents. Year after year, nothing really changes here, and that is a good thing. The level of service is consistently outstanding, and the people working at the hotel are truly wonderful, friendly, and professional.
The rooms are clean, the facilities are great, and everything is well organized. The food in the restaurants is very tasty, with a good variety at breakfast. The spa and gym are excellent and well equipped. Overall, everything is truly wonderful.
The only thing that surprised and slightly disappointed us this year was the situation with sunbeds. Many guests leave their towels on the sunbeds early in the morning and then disappear for long periods of time. As a result, the best shaded spots are occupied almost the entire morning, even though no one actually uses them. This issue does not seem to be controlled, and it can be quite frustrating. Perhaps the hotel could consider addressing this problem more actively. That said, this is more a matter of guests’ behavior and etiquette.
In all other aspects, the service is excellent as always. A truly wonderful place that we are happy to return to again and again!
