It’s only 10 minutes away from the beach! Great hotel! clean! And lots of swimming pools in the hotel

The room was spacious and we loved the location. Although the staff needs better training, we overall enjoyed the beautiful and quiet area. We stayed for two nights but didn’t understand why housekeeping didn’t come to our room for the entirety of our stay so that was quite disappointing. The pool is beautiful but not very private as it’s facing the “restaurant/bar” and isn’t too big…

Very very beautiful hotel. The room si big, very clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing and friendly and I appreciated a lot the possibility to take a shower after check out. Five star for this structure!!!

I have stayed at the Palmery perhaps 7 times over the last 7 years. Love the hotel, big, modern rooms, good location, facilities, pools and gardens. Great staff. Our rooms weren't ready at 2pm when we checked in, but the wait wasn't long. Returning at the end of the month. Breakfast is quite good and goes until 10.30am. So many pools. It's an interesting property. Can highly recommend. Near good restaurants, etc.

Charming little hotel with a simple buffet breakfast. The breakfast got worse over the years, not they don’t replace the croissants and juts people finish them to put out the French bunch. I even complained that the croissants are so hard I can chip my tooth and the stuff said to put it in the toaster and I will get soft! Haha I was ordering room service every day until one cash the chicken steak was served undercooked.

Ok so - where do I start ? Let’s first say that the location of the hotel is actually great since it’s not on the Main Street of Kata Noi / Kata = which means that it’s less noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful but nothing out of the ordinary. For the reason why I gave 3 stars. The cleanliness - I would say that the bathrooms probably need a deep cleaning or a refurbishment since you can see that they were used heavily - despite overall cleanliness , it doesn’t strike immediately as clean. The pool access room - cool.

just nice and affordable

Overall it was a nice hotel with easy access to Kata and Karon beach. There’s a shuttle service to both the beaches. Breakfast was nice. The staff did not understand English very well and were rude. The service and cleanliness could have been better

Very nice experience..all of staff are very happy and kindness..but we used towels bad quality.. I only washed my hair, but the color was stained in towel. We paid 150BT in compensation. It's a bad experience

Nice quiet location and the pool room is pleasant. A little far from the beach maybe maybe a 15 min walk or 2 mins away on a bike. I rented a bike from next door which made it easy, breakfast we pleasant. Staff are friendly and easy to check in, good option in Kata.

Good location and staff was very friendly and helpful but the rooms were old and not cleaned to expectation.

The room was cleaned everyday! And amenities is refilled everyday! Will definitely be back
