Hotels in Rawai Beach, Phuket

I recently stayed at Rawai Palm Beach Resort and had a wonderful experience. The resort is located in a peaceful area, perfect for those looking to relax away from the busy tourist spots. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the pool or garden. The swimming pool is a highlight — large, clean, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a tropical paradise vibe. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including both local and international dishes. While the beach near the hotel is not ideal for swimming, it’s just a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, like Nai Harn and Ya Nui. Overall, Rawai Palm Beach Resort is a fantastic place for families or couples seeking a quiet and relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend it to others and look forward to coming back.

A very trustworthy and good resort and right by the Rawai beach and conveniently close to several restaurants and bars and coffee shops and gyms and boat rides.The two pools are amazing! Just a bit weird how you can see your neighbour and therefore privacy only happens behind closed doors, but it is part of the community charm I guess.

We recently stayed at the Stay Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort in Phuket, and it was amazing! The place has a great vibe—super modern and clean, and the focus on wellness really stands out. The fitness center is massive, with all sorts of classes like yoga and Muay Thai.

I booked this hotel because it's right at the beach. When I arrived, they upgraded me to a different ”nicer” room. I was very happy about this.😊 The room it's self looked really beautiful and it's big! I arrived early, so my bags were dropped, and I was out of there. I was so excited to explore. I got back to the room late, took a shower, and then realized the disappointment. The bed was super hard. It has a kitchen, with a kettle, 2 cups and glasses. If you need anything else like pots, pans, or cutlery, you have to ask for it. I found a checklist with things listed that were not in the room. I could not even enjoy sitting on the balcony as my ”upgraded” room had a view of a wall. The room I booked initially at least had the view of the swimming pool, which, by the way, closed at 7:30 or something like that. The hotel's restaurant had limited food and was not very good. All staff are very friendly and helpful, but the wait to be helped is way too long for an empty restaurant. Oh, did I mention, you are not allowed to swim at the beach, it's just for viewing. So my perception of this hotel when I looked at the pictures to book was ”What a great place to unwind and relax and swim!” It's a misconception... Also, everything else is so far away you have to book a taxi to go to a nice bar or shops etc. There are a lot of massage places around and a taco shop, which I liked(probably the only thing). I stayed for 5 nights and wished the time to pass. If you are looking for a quiet place, with nothing around and don't want to swim in the ocean, then this is the perfect place.

Really lovely experience at Selina. Firstly staff were nice and helpful, really happy I had someone to help me with my bags after check in. Room was clean and the bathroom was really roomie (totally worth it). Although the location is quite far out, there are a few shops around without needing to go far (plus currency exchange across the road). If you have your own transport it will be easier to get around. But with the beachfront, bar (welcome drink yay!), restaurant and activities offered from Selina there’s enough things to do without venturing to far. The sunset hike to Promthep Cape was absolute fantastic. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend and be back.

This family-friendly resort in Phuket catered to guests of all ages. The rooms were tastefully decorated with a minimalist aesthetic, creating a calming ambiance. The friendly staff went above and beyond to create a truly memorable experience.

Good location but be aware it’s on the east of the island and Patong etc., on the west. Rawai beach was certainly lacking (if we found the right place - according to Google). Hotel pools are good, staff are excellent, free water a bonus. On the downside, tv lost connection on day two and internal phone not connected, but not necessary.  The price paid with website was certainly a bargain and would stay again without hesitation

Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

Very good place for this price. Quiet. The room is large, has a big TV and good shower. There is also a nice terrace. The office doesn't work 24 hours, so if you arrive late you should go to the bar with the same name. It's just close. Everything looks new here.

It is a condo for rent on both daily and monthly basis. Most of the tenants are foreigners. The location is very good, opposite Rawai Beach. Cross the road to reach the beach. In front, there is an Amazon coffee shop and 7-11. There is a fresh seafood market about 3 kilometers away. It is convenient to find food. The room is clean, the bed is big and soft. There is a balcony. You can see the outside view. There are complete facilities such as a kitchen that can cook. There is a stove, complete kitchen equipment, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a hair dryer. In the bathroom, there is soap, shampoo, ear cleaner. There is a key card security system.
