We had an amazing experience in this hotel .. we loved our stay so much that we will definitely be back again .. The staff are friendly, the room is absolutely spotless! The spa is so clean and comfortable.. and the food is amazing! Especial thanks to Fatima the housekeeper, who helped make our room supper clean and beautiful with her magic touches every morning! The restaurant and reception staff are super helpful:) The hotel is only a short distance to the beach and the train station.. the town is family friendly and calm .. I would highly recommend starting at this beautiful hotel :)

Excellent hotel all-round. Soon as you enter the hotel the service is friendly, professional and so welcoming. Every where you walk is so clean and fresh and well decorated. So much to offer gym, spa, quite/reading room, bar, evening entertainment, pool. Clean comfortable room On entering the restaurant I was literally blown away with the quality and quantity of the food. The best hotel food if have ever experienced. We will certainly be back and cannot wait. Recommend to family and friends confidently.

The hotel was 10/10. Food was lovely, the hotel room and hotel in general was kept extremely clean during our stay. The hotel staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, would definitely recommend. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was clean staff are friendly local is fab alot of food restaurants around beach and train station is just about 5mins walk. We only went B&B food was cold. Outside pool was cold so me and my son paid for the spa twice which was 12 euros each and each time the pool is a lot warmer. Cocktails if you like lime then there for you as most of them have lime. I wouldn't say this hotel is for younger people or with young children as it was mostly older people and not much to do there even there wasn't no bars with entertainment its location is more residential area. O and the beach is not sandy its fine stones which was still ok to lay with a towel and the best bit about that is that u don't get sand everywhere.

What can I say great hotel and great people from the manger Lordes right down whole team .second time at this great hotel even better than the first time . Food brilliant very good choice puddings great if you have a sweet tooth like myself I recommend the creme brulle. Although i wasn't sure about the deep fried milk but tried and it wasnt to bad lolstaff work hard the new staff fit in well especially Sergio in the restaurant nothing was to much for him he was working hard doing his job then he would be asked to complete another task he never stopped. The hotel is spotless you can do as much or as little as you want . Some of the bar staff have changed we were sorry to see jordi had moved on but all the other staff worked well together so we can have a great holiday .I would say that this is more a adult or couples although some families were in attendance with small children. We have done all the hotels with children's clubs and great big watermarks in the past with our own children .this was our chance to chill out and relax now .would I go back yes of course I would

Beautiful hotel.,spotlessly clean, great location for the train and beach. Friendly attentive staff. Catheter for couples mostly and over 45-50 i would say. Food,was fantastic and the best cocktails ever, and the beds were sooooo comfy.

We weren't in any way disappointed by our return visit to this lovely hotel. Truly a relaxing exerience thanks to the beautiful hotel environment, the wonderfully friendly and efficient staff and the super comfy bed. You can enjoy a wide selection of delicious food in the buffet restaurant (only the fussiest of eaters would fail to find something to put on their plate). In particular the dessert selection is a thing of beauty both to look at & sample! They truly pride themselves on every aspect of the service they provide so it's no wonder they're celebrating their 60rh birthday in 2023....here's hoping for many more for them.

Amazing stay! 4 adults stayed all inclusive for a week- we are English. Concerned by other reviews but they are totally unjustified. Food amazing and endless selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner, lots of variety so you won’t get bored! Hotel spotlessly clean! Staff all friendly and such good fun. Wouldn’t recommend for children as no kids clubs etc but it is a hotel recommended for adults. Room lovely and comfy and cleaned daily. Pool was on the cold side but was so refreshing from the heat and once you go in it was lovely. Great location near the beach and shops. Great beach bar on the beach too. One of our group had an issue with the bed, it was resolved immediately! No issue was a problem and the staff happy to help. The only slight criticism was the bar food- it was amazing but only a couple of items that were all inclusive the rest needed to be paid for, or for all inclusive plus which we didn’t know what that was, but bar food was reduced by 30%. Fries, crisps, hot dog, spaghetti, lasagne and Pannini were the only free items, which you could order outside of the restaurant times. Cocktails great and sangria amazing. Would highly recommend

Very good receptionists and greeting from the hotel. Super helpful when I need to find a parking space for my rental car. They can help me out for all my questions and the foods are so good. Even the meals are included with my package, they still provide the best foods for us. Season, iberico ham, dessert, everything is delicious!
