We are very upset. We are avid ******* users and have spent thousands of dollars this past year. We couldn’t get to stay here because our car rental through ******* canceled on us last minute. We will never be using ******* if some sort of compensation is not given. We would not have booked this hotel if we knew the reservation we booked through ******* would not be honored.

The staff of the hotel was very friendly.
the breakfast area on the rooftop is quite pretty with a view of the ocean. The breakfast itself is a good mix of local food and continental options.
The room itself was quite small, but sufficient given the fact that not a lot of time is spent there.
the bathroom could be a bit larger and does not always carry hot water.
Overall I can recommend to stay at this property again.

We stayed one night as a family of four in one of the quad rooms. The rooms are basic, but confortable. The pool and courtyard area is really lovely. The kids loved the pool.

We loved staying here! The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was amaziiiing with different options each morning. We got a room with a balcony overlooking the bay too 🙌 you are 3 minutes away from the beach and most agencies have their offices right outside the hotel.

We loved this hotel, it was so cute with a balcony and great location. The dining area with the beautiful view was stunning. If I were to return to paracas, I'd definitely stay again!
