Me and my family stayed here June 2023 for 10 nights, it was a lovely holiday. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels, clean hotel and friendly staff. Entertained was aimed at adults and only on a few times a week. 2 bars to choose from and had snack and cake time during the afternoon. Food was basic, we but always found something, again not much choice for children unless they live off fish fingers and chicken nuggets! They were served for the 3rd day in the end we walked out and went out for a lovely meal just a walk down the road. We spent the morning at the beach and hired out a boat for the children which was lovely. Sadly, we wouldn't return as jet2 said this was family friendly but to us it wasn't. No entertainment during the day or night for them and the repetitive food. This hotel isn't for young children (my son turned 10 whilst we were here and my nephew is 12) we spent our evenings playing cards whilst the children played with their Nintendo switchs. Would of been more enjoyable if entertainment was on every evening for them. Breakfast was our favourite with eggs, bacon, pancakes, nutella, toast and cereal. The sausages were hot dog party sausages, not something you want at breakfast. The ice-cream was lovely, 3 flavours to choose from (vanilla, strawberry & chocolate.) No cocktails but we used to make our own, ask for vodka with grenadine and lemonade 😉 (I've added pics) On the whole we had a nice stay and only a 10 minute transfer not 40 minutes like it says on the Website.

SISTER HOTEL TO DIANA PALACE THIS HOTEL WAS FOOD AVERAGE THREE OF TH EMAIN COURSE COMPRISES OF RICE, VEGETABLES , (POTATOES CHIPS OR BOILED) VERY LITTLE CHOICE OF MEAT AND FISH DISHES. SALAD BAR VERY GOOD ALHTOUGH ONLY SAW PRAWNS ONCE. MUST ADMIT ONE NIGHT TOWARDS THE EDN OF OUR STAY WE DECIDIED TO GO OUT BUT FOUND OUT THAT NIGHT WAS BBQ NIGHT AND PLENTY OF MEAT ON OFFER, SO MUCH WE CANCEL OUR RESTURANT RESERVATION . I MUST ADMIT ONE NIGHT THE FISH BITES WAS EXCELLENT. DESERTS WERE VERY GOOD. DRINK NOW THIS IS USUAL AFRE FROM GREEK HOTELS THE BEER WAS OKAY BUT THE SPIRITS CHEAP AND I SUPPOSE CHEERFUL THE EUQUILVALWENT TO BAILEYS WASNT THAT BAD ALTHOUGH THEY DID RUN OUT OF IT FOR TWO DAYS. ENTERTAINMENT WAS A STRANGE AFFAIR, THE MAIN BAR UNDERNEATH THE RESTURANT WAS THE ONLY BAR AT NGHT BUT NIF AN ACT WAS DUE THIS WOULD BE HELD IN THE BAR RIOOM NEXT TO THE POOL WHICH OPEN AT 9.30 MEANING YOU WOULD HAVE TO QUEUE UP FOR SEATS NOT IDEAL AT ALL, KYLIE NIGHT WAS QUITE GOOD, KAROKE NIGHT NOBODY SANG ANYTHING SO THAT WAS A NON RUNNER. Rooms very spacious, cleaned every day. Nice location, the hotel was divided in two blocks, we stayed in the second block, it was really nice. Food was delicious, vegetarian, vegan options available evey day. Hotel runs shuttle to Beach every day. We went in October, it was nearly end of season, so some restaurants and shops were closed. Nice & quiet relaxing atmosphere

We arrived via private transfer from the airport (which, now I know how much cheaper a taxi would have been, I would not book again and save £50) we were greeted by vvery friendly receptionist Vicky who served us a welcome drink and then took us personally to our rooms (214 and 215) which were on the first floor and looked out onto the pool in the second little building of 2, which is a 2 minute walk from reception. We were 3 adults, a 10 year old and a 6 year old and had one room with 2 doubles and a single bed and one room with 'just' two doubles. The rooms were plenty big enough for the furniture and also had little kitchenettes with fridge/kettle/hob. The bathrooms were small, with shower/bath and toilet. No plugs for the bath as a water saving measure but not an issue as we didn't want baths anyway. Water hot and good pressure from shower. Towels thick and white, replaced daily by cleaner, who was loveely and did a great job. Our balconies overlooked the pool and I thought this might be loud at night but as it was the end of season, 'our' bar only had one night of karaoke in the week we were there and the french windows, when closed, blocked out almost everything. The Greek night was in the other bar area with music and dancing, which we listened to from our room as we arrived that day and were tired. We could not find BBC news on the tv, only Greek channels, but there was an excellent radio station on channel 12 (Zeppelin?) that played 80s music so we tended to listen to that. Wifi was available in the rooms and by the pools etc - the closer you got to the pool the better the reception. Food: we were all inclusive and enjoyed the food on the whole. Breakfast was good - the usual bacon, scrambled/boiled/freshly fried eggs, cheese pie, baked beans, fried tomatoes, kids seemed to enjoy the mini Frankfurter sausages. There were also cold meats and cheese, salads and fruit, cereals, toast (good toaster) baguette and Greek yoghurt with a variety of traditional candied fruits (glacé cherries, glacé figs, glacé baby aubergines..😀 ) and dried fruits. The coffee machine had a variety of different hot drinks and there was separate unsweetened milk for the filter coffee if wanted by those of us who hate sugar in our coffee. Also loads of different teabags and Greek coffee. No fresh juices. Only had pancakes once unfortunately, as children really like them. There was a massive bowl of nutella-like chocolate spread for the toast/bread/croissants. We only had lunch 2 or 3 times but it was good. Variety of meat or fish or vegetarian dishes and lots of salads. Evening meals were nice, something for everyone I think, unless very fussy. Lovely salads, tsatsiki and cheeses and varied beef/pork/chicken dishes, sometimes grilled sardines, sometimes white fish, mix of vegetables, Greek dishes mainly. Chips and chicken nuggets or fish fingers or pasta or little sausages also available. I don't really eat dessert but my mum and partner always found something i

Just got home from a great stay at the Filoxenia Hotel. As it was end of season, the hotel was very quiet. Staff: On the whole, all of the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Food: Breakfast was standard all inclusive with something for everyone. Lunch also had plenty of choice and once again something for everyone, and dinner was a bit hit and miss, the best night was the Greek themed meal. Rooms: We had the 2 bedroom room and both bedrooms were of good size with a regular sized bedroom. Contained all the basics such as a kettle, fridge, hairdryer and TVs. The TVs only had 1 english speaking channel - BBC News. Rooms were well cleaned daily. Entertainment: Absolutely no form of evening entertainment apart from the Greek night which is every Wednesday evening. This was a bit of a problem as when trying to sleep before having to get up early. Day time entertainment was also pretty much non existent apart from the Friday afternoon where there was a pool competition. I would definitely consider coming back to this hotel in the future!

Don’t expect to be entertained there is 3 afternoons of 1 activity monday quiz Tuesday bingo Friday pool competition and that’s it and 4 evenings karaoke on one 2 singers and a Greek night if you are happy with quiet that’s fine if you want to be entertained it’s not the place The food was overall pretty good the drinks are disappointing as it’s local mixers so taste awful no Fanta lemon etc no fruit juices just very strong orange cordial The air con was only in 10-12 and 4-6 so not when your in your room basically The rooms are clean and pool is clean it’s very quiet hotel nothing at all for kids except the pool though

We visited as a family of 3 in a two bedroom family room. On arrival we were met by a lovely member of staff who personally took us to our room. Rooms were large modern well presented and very clean. We were in the area where the reception and dining room are the pool was in front of us. There are two pools it’s just a case of deciding which to use , we used both. The pools are well kept regularly cleaned and maintained. The food was great quality we loved the snacks too and we all enjoyed everything we tried. There is not a huge choice but it’s not a huge hotel they have clearly put time and effort into providing a varied and delicious offering to suit must tastes. The eggs at breakfast were delicious, our son loved the greek coffee each morning. The drinks were great plenty of choice you do have to pay extra for a cocktail. Rooms are cleaned daily with a daily towel change and pool towels are provided free of charge from reception. We had a great time could not fault anything all the staff were wonderful and happy to help. It’s a fifteen minute flat walk into Tsvili with stops on route if you want The hotel provide a shuttle minibus 4 times a day. The countryside views were stunning you felt super relaxed. This was a great experience of what I call the real Greece, lovely hotel great views and a short walk to traditional shops, bars and restaurants and a great beach. Tsvili has something for everyone we are looking at returning next year with more family members. Thanks Filoxenia we loved our time with you.

Check in was very quick and we were shown to our room 226 which was bright and spacious. Room was cleaned every day, towels and sheets changed regularly, cleaner was a lovely lady. Pool area was busy but we always found a sun bed. Quite a lot of beds had towels on them nearly all morning but no one using them. Salad bar was lovely. Hot food was good, plenty of choices but found the chips and pasta cold most days. Delicious sweets. Probably bowls for the pasta would be good instead of plates. We found the beer, wine or vodka good and definately not watered down. 10 minute walk to supermarket and a further 5 minute walk into Tsilivi with plenty of bars and restuarants. We found every one of the staff very friendly and helpful and they all do such a good job. We hope to return soon. Thank you all.

English translation below the polish review Hotel Filoxenia wywołuje we mnie mnie i moich towarzyszach podróży mieszane uczucia. Zacznę więc od pozytywnych aspektów podróży: - Obsługa – wspaniali pracownicy hotelu umilali odpoczynek. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje Pani sprzątająca nasze pokoje – zawsze uśmiechnięta, miła i pomocna. Mieliśmy pokój rodzinny, z dwoma sypialniami i pokoikiem z kanapą i lodówką.
