Great location, apartments were clean and house keeping in every day. Staff were lovely so friendly. No problem getting a sunbed at the pool. Snack bar was great for food and drinks.

This Hotel is located in a great location on the outskirts of Los christianos, next door to bars and restaurants and right next to a bus stop where you can go to loads of places. It is about a 10 min walk to Los Christiania 0r Playa. Hotel itself is “tired” and could really do with a makeover, HOWEVER, it is spotlessly clean and cleaners do the rooms everyday, replacing towels if requested. The pool area is clean with lots of loungers available. Pool policy is strict, no inflatables, no balls, no food or drink ( unless purchased at the hotel) and no reserving loungers. The hotel plays a selection of music around the pool. Pool bar was good, €2.20 for large beer. We had a one bedroom apartment with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer etc. Rooms had large Fans but NO Aircon. It was a bit hot first night but we got used to it. The hotel entrance is on a road which is pretty busy and can be noisy at night if you leave windows open. We closed ours which meant it was quiet but with no Aircon got a little warm. All staff were very friendly We would defiantly consider returning to this hotel

Loved it here, all the staff are brilliant so helpful with anything we needed, my kids loved the pool, bar staff are fantastic make you feel so welcome, we had an amazing holiday and will defo return here. Met some lovely people there too, I wouldn’t listen to bad reviews, it was clean and in middle of everything you need I’d recommend to anyone.

This hidden gem is our go to getaway in Tenerife and has been for the last 15 years. All of the staff go above and beyond to assist.. From the front house reception, Juan, Carlos, Luis, Gulman, the maintenance guy to all of the cleaners, nothing is too much trouble and always happy to help. Then we have the pool bar with the fabulous Cat, Lucy and Oceana then our Dear friend Tommy who has been there throughout our time visiting. He is an incredible asset to the place and one of the many reasons we return year after year. There have been many changes to the hotel since the Whala takeover and yes it may not be the same however we do feel the hotel is slowly starting to grow up with a more modernised feel. Following years of returning and two stays 2025, (April and Sept) then another this month, you're definitely doing something right! Many thanks to Pedro and the Team, see you soon!
