The hotel can host car parking for $ 45 a day / night. When checking out, I charged an additional $ 26 service charge. I don't know where it came from ... I hope other travelers will pay attention. Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided, but disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste are available at the hotel reception. We stayed here for three nights. The design of the hotel is simple and simple like a studio. The room is more spacious and the bed is comfortable. The surrounding environment is also good to the city center. There was some problem with the lighting of the room, and the cabinet placed in the coffee machine was almost invisible. Although there are windows that can't be opened, it wastes natural air and does not meet the environmental protection concept emphasized by the hotel itself. The room and amenities were nice (really nice) but the real highlight was the folks working here. Everyone made us feel welcome, the happy hour was an extra nice thing. When we asked about food trucks the person at the front desk made us a custom list on the spot based on questions he asked us. Also the hotel has a great “what to do in Portland” guide — I found the (awesome) arcade through it.

Parking is a bit expensive, but there is a good parking space in the city center. The room is large. It is a luxury in the local area. There is a happy hour every afternoon. It’s very convenient to go out and play around. Walking distance to the dining street and several online red stores.

The room temperature was absolutely perfect the entire night!!! The front desk staff was so helpful, present and kind! Everything was clean and sophisticated! We appreciated the extra security of needing to use a card in the elevator to get up to our floor. Despite being in the city, the room was very quiet and the fan stayed on all the time to help with that. A really excellent experience!

I spend 100 nights per year in just Hilton brands alone. I'm middle aged and not high maintenance. Additionally due to my industry/company I've been required to travel during the entire COVID nightmare. I totally understand the challenges and changes the pandemic brought to hotels and have a great deal of respect for the hospitality industry as a whole. This is my 4th time being a guest at this property and honestly there are no major issues. In general property, guest rooms, staff and location are all great! This is more a full-service hotel and a considerable step above your typical Hampton Inn format/experience. A few minor irritates: No shampoo in my room or at front desk. Was told they ran out? No loaner guest umbrellas. Was told they ran out? Limited breakfast hours and no to-go bagged breakfasts on the weekends? Regards to homeless/transient problem that plagues Portland. It's considerably better/cleaner around the hotel and Pearl district than just a year ago. I have no issues walking around by myself or concern about parking my car on the surrounding streets (except some park blocks are still dicey).

Tina at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and accommodated our request for an early check-in and late check-out. We got a quiet room as requested, had a comfortable bed, and slept extremely well. There was no microwave or rubber bathtub mat, but upon request the front desk sent up both immediately. There was a problem with the in-room safe, and the engineer came up immediately to change the battery. I’ve never experienced such fast problem resolution in a hotel. The fitness center was clean and had a good variety of machines. The laundry room had 2 washers and 2 dryers. Breakfast was not included, but you can buy snack items at the front desk. For the rate we paid, we got excellent value and will stay again our next time in Portland.

The room was fairly clean, and the salmon salad on the first floor of the hotel was superb. The surrounding area of the hotel is not satisfactory, there is a homeless problem throughout downtown Portland, but the problem is serious in the neighborhood where the hotel is located.
