We ordered food through the app, and the receptionist received it and called us to let us know it had arrived. Everyone is very patient and willing to help. Every day the cleaner will ask us if we want her to clean the room. It has cable TV, Netflix and globoplay. I think there is a sink in the room, separate garbage (organic and recyclable), microwave oven and air conditioning are good. The room size is very good and very spacious. I was not bad, just overpriced. Rooms were small like an IBIS, they did have a minibar in the room. Bathroom was bigger than an IBIS. Staff nice pleasant and efficient. Breakfast included was ok nothing to rave about. Bed was really high and too firm with sheets that did not fit the bed and crumpled under you as you slept. I only ate dinner here the lat night at the hotel. I waited 40+ minutes for a Mixto (hot ham & cheese sandwich) and french fries and the restaurant was mostly empty. Would I stay here again, probably not. Probably stay at the IBIS Styles on Plinio Milano Street. Better value and nearby restaurants and shops to the IBIS, while nothing much around the Laghetto but a supermarket.

Somos um casal com uma filha adolescente de 13 anos e fomos à Porto Alegre por causa do visto americano. Escolhemos este hotel por ser bem localizado, próximo do Consulado, na continuidade da avenida Assis Brasil. Fizemos a reserva pelo site do hotel, mas só havia disponível os quartos compartilhados. Reservamos 2 camas num quarto feminino e meu marido ficou em outro quarto compartilhado masculino. Chegamos à noite, depois das 22h e só havia um recepcionista recebendo vários hóspedes ao mesmo tempo. Fomos informados que havia um evento no hotel durante aquela semana e que todos os quartos estavam ocupados. É importante que a gerência fique atenta a esse tipo de situação porque o coitado estava sobrecarregado para atender todos. Houve troca de identificação nas fichas de reserva porque o local estava tumultuado. Ele corrigiu depois, mas foi um retrabalho que podia ser evitado com a presença de mais um recepcionista. O rapaz nos informou que os quartos compartilhados não recebem menores, porém não há essa informação na descrição do quarto quando se faz a reserva. Como éramos mãe e filha, o gerente abriu uma exceção. Por termos chegado por último, sobrou somente as camas da parte de cima dos beliches e em locais bem afastados dentro do quarto, apesar de eu ter explicado na reserva que éramos mãe e filha e gostaríamos de camas próximas. Há escadas para acesso às camas de cima, conforme mostram as fotos disponíveis no site do hotel, mas senti falta de uma barra de apoio para subida e descida ao lado da escada. Tenho 50 anos e a habilidade de escalar não está tão boa mais. Esse também seria um detalhe que o hotel poderia prever durante a reserva, perguntando a idade do hóspede para reservar as camas de baixo para as pessoas com mais idade. Os armários são compartilhados e o hotel não fornece cadeados (há aviso no site). Creio que seria uma boa ideia se houvessem cadeados para venda no hotel, porque esquecemos de levar e no horário que chegamos não havia onde comprar. As malas acabaram ficando em cima das camas conosco. O banheiro tinha um tamanho bom, estava limpo e tinha uma ducha aquecida por aquecimento central. Meu marido acabou indo dormir sem tomar banho, estava cansado da viagem de mais de 10h e seus companheiros de quarto estavam todos na fila pro banheiro. No dia seguinte foi a mesma coisa. Ele reclamou que o povo encheu o cesto das toalhas com lixo e não havia local para depositar a toalha de rosto úmida. Indicamos este tipo de quarto para pessoas mais jovens, solteiras, que buscam um local limpo e econômico para o pernoite e que não liguem para roncos e filas para o banheiro. Para nossa família, a experiência deixou a desejar. Da próxima vez, tentaremos reservar uma suíte, mais adequada às nossas necessidades.

Contra toda recomendación paramos en Porto Alegre....parar en Sao Gabriel o Pantano Grande equivale a menos hs de disfrutar en Canasvieiras al dia siguiente ya que la distancia y los radares hacen el viaje larguisimo. El hotel es lindo, grande, cómodo....ubicado en la zona del casco histórico. El mismo dia que llegamos baje a comprar comida, todos los locales cerrados o cerrando (18hs).....no sé si por la inseguridad que tanto dicen o por alguna normativa. Sl dia siguiente antes de salir pasamls por la iglesia y por la escalera similar a la Selaron del Rio a sacar unas fotos. Buen desayuno en el hotel. PD 1: tener muy buena señal de roaming en el celular o paciencia con el gps del auto para llegar bien, andan como locos en las calles PD 2: el hotel tiene estacionamiento en el mismo edificio pero increiblemente TERCERIZADO asi que a pagar 20reales ya que no queda otra opción
