With the unbeatable location so close of the main central square and the downtown area of the city of Posadas, the modern building, a very good buffet breakfast, large and magnificent rooms, the courteous staff, a lovely bar and restaurant, I had the unpleasant experience of improper billing as I was applied the wrong taxing with an unauthorized charge in the payment method provided for the extras in the minibar. As I checked in with my Italian passport, no VAT or IVA for the stay should have been applied for he fact that my booking was done in a foreign hotel portal and guests checking in with an overseas passport are exempt of VAT/IVA taxing in Argentine hotels. I would say this fact could prevent me of reserving this establishment again in the future as the province of Misiones is so welcoming and I have another trip for the same area.

Hermoso hotel, estuve en una suite y fue super cómoda. Para tener en cuenta día cosas: no tiene estacionamiento y en los lugares de la calle asignados al hotel es muy difícil conseguir lugar. También cobran un poco más que lo que uno acordó por despegar por ejemplo. En mi caso estaba de vacaciones y sin ganas de discutir, pero no corresponde. El personal es muy ameno, tal vez algún empleado en el desayuno no estaba a la altura, en general a pesar de ser muy variado siempre faltaba algo de lo ofrecido y no era repuesto eficientemente aunque se solicite, (vasos o platos para servirse, no consumos caprichosos). En general cumple las expectativas y lo no mencionado estaba muy muy bien
