Friendly and efficient staff. Quiet location close to Charles Bridge. Hotel clean and well maintained. Beautiful interior design with a medieval theme. Breakfast had everything to suit anyone, all food fresh and inviting, also plentiful to set you up for the day,. Definitely would visit again.

The Surprise Treasure Hotel where we stayed in Prague has a knight-style that the children loved. The elaborate decoration is very photogenic, the breakfast is very rich, and the various teas and cheeses are loved by the whole family. There are also cinnamon baked apples and freshly made muffins. It is convenient for travel, close to the Charles Bridge on foot, and guarding a quiet little park. Everything adds to the wonderful food and accommodation experience of this trip.

The staff at the counter are all very friendly. I originally liked the style of this hotel and came here to stay. I liked it even more after seeing the actual environment. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The bed is moderately hard and very comfortable to sleep on. The pillows come in large, medium and small sizes and I like them very much. It’s such a surprise. I live in an old armory for 400 yuan, and the hotel is full of cold weapons. Hahaha. The restaurant is super classic and I enjoyed having breakfast. The front desk is also a bar when I check in. I get coupons that can be exchanged for beer directly when I check in. There is a small park in front of the hotel, and there happened to be a food event when I went there. The area around the hotel is very quiet. I walked to Charles Bridge and Lennon Wall, and crossed the bridge to the Astronomical Clock Old Town opposite. The next morning we had breakfast and walked to Prague Castle. There is no air conditioning in the room, there is a fan, but it is not hot at all and it is very comfortable. There are many minibar items in the room and the price is reasonable. The room card is printed with the manager’s photo hahaha, and there is also her handwritten welcome letter in the room, which is full of details.
