Approximately 10 minutes' walk from "KAI" Sawah Besar station. "SMART" room （14 m²） is good for short stay. Near hear, there're many restaurants.

Strategic location near Central Jakarta. Quite affordable. Well maintained

This is the worst hotel in my life. I've been to many countries, but this is the first time I've ever smelled such a sewer smell in a room. The room I was assigned on the 27th was not bad, so I paid for a new double bed room to stay in for 3 days starting on the 29th. However, from the night of the 28th to the early morning of the 29th, a terrible sewer smell came up, and I reported it to the reception at 2:40. A male staff member came into the room and admitted that there was a strong smell, and the receptionist also said that if I contacted Trip.com customer service, they would cancel my new reservation. I asked for another room where I could just sleep and leave since I was checking out in a few hours, but they said they only had smoking rooms, so I had no choice but to move to another hotel at 4 AM. I requested a refund for the newly booked room, but they only told me to continue to complain to Trip.com and showed no intention of actively resolving the issue.

Location is very near from Monas and easy access to go to other museum and old city of Jakarta. Clean, neat and breakfast also tasty. My daughter also so happy to stay there.

We enjoyed our staycation. The price is in budget, but the room had no refrigerator. Breakfast was ok, but prepare 5K IDR for extra egg. The hotel is beautifully decorated and arranged, and it has comfortable seating on every floor. The management believes something odd, no 4th floor in the hotel. Deposit fee 100K during check-in, returned after check-out if no problem found.

They hadn’t cleaned the room, the previous persons stuff was scattered around, the toilet isn’t a proper toilet, and even though they made the mistake, they didn’t want to change the room because “they didn’t know how”

Room is too small, the smart room is barely able to fit two people. Location is strategic, easy to find food and there is mall nearby. Complete facilities like welcome drink, complementary water as water dispenser is provided and good service. May come back but choose a big room instead next time.
