Hotel Mondole

By chance we booked last minute! Despite being a few years old, the hotel has a fantastic location with direct access to the slopes, excellent service and cuisine! Definitely coming back.

We've been coming for several years now, it's nice to meet some of the staff again, you feel like you're a family, always available for any request. The very comfortable structure is located on the slopes so you can return directly on your skis at any time.

The hotel offers very large common areas, which can also accommodate large groups. The reception is efficient, kind and ready to listen to customer requests. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious, warm. The restaurant offers good, plentiful and inviting cuisine, ready to satisfy personal needs (food intolerances, vegetarian and vegan diets). The Spa is beautiful, even if small, to take away the cold accumulated on the ski slopes, the inviting swimming pool with a glass window overlooking the external landscape. The position of the hotel allows, snow permitting, to reach the slopes directly with skis on and to return to the ski box in the same way. Beautiful terrace overlooking the slopes for a few moments of relaxation and tanning.

La camera: Camera buia, sporca, sotto il letto l’immondizia di chi era stato prima di noi, lo sgabello in bagno era strisciato di marrone!! Il Materasso era come quello di un fachiro, con tutte le molle rotte che si conficcavano nella schiena. Bagno piccolo, angusto e maleodorante. La piscina: impraticabile, freddo cane fuori dalla piscina, acqua anche fredda, veramente un luogo poco piacevole. Se proprio volete andare portatevi gli accappatoi perché l’albergo nemmeno quelli fornisce, o meglio vengono dati solo a chi ha la camera con vista, per tutti gli altri o te lo porti o rimani ibernato una volta uscito dall’acqua. Nell’albergo vige l’anarchia, gente che fuma sigarette elettroniche ovunque e nessuno gli dice nulla, schiamazzi e urla fino a notte inoltrata e nessuno dice nulla, non ci sono regole, tutto è concesso! Ristorante: cena al buffet, file interminabili di gente con il piatto il mano che aspetta che gli venga dato il pasto.. il risultato è che la famiglia non sta mai seduta a tavolo insieme e per chi ha bambini piccoli in braccio nessuno che dica facciamoli passare perché tutti sono affamati e non si fanno favori a nessuno. Non c’è neanche il tempo di gustarsi la cena perché tutto il tempo della cena è passato in piedi ad aspettare in fila.

Esperienza terribile. Per fortuna siamo rimasti poco. Hotel fatiscente, piscina sporca con muffe e scrostazioni nel fondo, cibo di pessima qualità,animazione anni 80. Nel corridoio che porta alle scale per le camere odore di fogna. Lo sconsigliano vivamente.
