"We stayed as a group of 14 guests occupying 10 rooms and had a wonderful experience overall. A special mention goes to Duty Manager Gaby Jasmine, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Although there were some issues with our room arrangements upon arrival, Gaby handled the situation professionally and efficiently, ensuring everything was sorted out for our group. What impressed us most was her attentiveness and genuine care for the guests. She remained approachable, proactive and always willing to help, which made a big difference to our overall experience. The hotel itself is well located, comfortable and a great choice for a relaxing getaway in Bintan. Combined with the excellent service we received, it made for a very enjoyable stay. "I stayed at the Banyan Tree for two nights and it was truly comfortable and delightful. The entire service team was incredibly warm and polite, especially the lovely lady at the front desk who spoke Chinese; she was so gentle and attentive. The Rainforest Seaview Villa truly amazed me. I saw monkeys and creepers, among other wild animals, within the resort grounds, making it feel very close to nature. From the room, you can call the front desk to arrange a buggy service to the restaurant, beach, or for a massage. The breakfast was rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western options available. The private beach boasts white sands and crystal-clear turquoise waters. The food at the stunning Cove cliffside restaurant was genuinely delicious. All of the hotel's facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, feeling as good as new. Highly recommended!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended It's about an hour and twenty minutes from the pier, which isn't super close, but the hotel offers a shuttle service. Booking it in advance made things very easy, especially traveling with family. The environment is quiet with great views, and the rooms are clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The snorkeling experience was good, and the staff were incredibly patient and responsible. I definitely have to praise the restaurant! The traditional Indonesian dishes were super authentic; we ate there two nights in a row and still couldn't get enough. Overall, we were very satisfied. It's really suitable for a family vacation!"

"What suppose to be a 1 night stay turn into 2 nights stay! Cause my daughter love the place... Recommend fazly our driver for all 2 nights big shout out to him as he really good and bring us to what we want for our activities.... It's abit too far from the ferry terminal but it's worth it... The sceneries ans all the staff is very efficient and also very respectful. Just to take note there is no nearby eateries but got a small convinient store and tell the reception and they will get a driver for us to go for free... As we extended our stay they assist us to contact the ferry terminal but we have to go there and pay the rebboking fee... And breakfast was good too... For sure will be back again and stay at this hotel again.. Ps to the management it will be good if you could provide a microwave since sometimes we will buy food earlier and bring over as no local eateries nearby. Kudos to the team there for the excellent and pleasant stay.."

"The villa’s location is a huge plus since it’s right next to Plaza Lagoi, giving you easy access to Mustafa and convenience stores whenever needed. Lagoi Bay Beach is also within walking distance, which made the stay even more convenient. The villa itself felt very private and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our 3-year-old had an amazing time in the private pool and barely wanted to leave. Breakfast was served in-room and was fairly simple, but the pancakes and American breakfast were definitely the better choices. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back for a quiet escape to unwind, swim, and relax by the private pool."

"Excellent. In Indigo restaurant we was well served Mr. Eitstein and Ms. Dhina from the Indigo. The only downside in Indigo was the lack of cotton swabs and cotton pads in the room. However, that doesn't affect my experience; I would consider staying here again. The Holiday Inn restaurant next door has vegetarian options, and Mr. Ruwanda from the Holiday Inn restaurant provided attentive and meticulous service. Thumbs up! Will be there soon ."

"Generally is a good experience for a family stay. The villa is big and spacious. Both rooms are clean and tidy. We have in house BBQ session. Drawback is the toilet is open style with easy access for the flies and mosquitoes. The breakfast menu is acceptable. But for the 3 nights, we prefer to have dinner outside instead as the price is not that attractive."

"Location is 1hr from ferry terminal but overall the resort is outstanding. White beach, good food, friendly and accommodating staffs, good amenities and perfect scenery. The place is good for a nice relaxation and unwinding.. The resort is recommended if you are looking for a quiet and quick escapade with family and friends.. 😊"

"The hotel environment is good, the breakfast is rich, and there is a free shuttle bus (from the hotel lobby to the room). The hotel staff is very friendly. However, the room is not soundproofed enough and you can hear the sound of cars on the road."

"We recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback."
