"This is a wonderful property. The rooms organized are very spacious and the showers are the best that I have experienced with the water pressure and the size of the shower. The bed could stand to be softer because it's doesn't have any cushion for the top level so it wasn't for the standards that I would like. A few issues I had was for the restaurant breakfast that there were no focused fans and it was very hot and humid even though it was in the open air. Sweating while eating breakfast dead 7:30 in the morning doesn't need to be that uncomfortable if they would put some focused fans would make such a difference. 2nd issue a parking attendant on the night of April 12th and 13th was not helpful at all, he sat at his chair and didn't guide where to park or assist with the traffic or parking, after I park my car and shut off the engine then he came to me and told me to move it forward more...why didn't he do his job when it required him to do so, plus he was not smiling (not polite for both my Thai partner and I). 3rd issue is regarding maid didn't change our sheet for our 3rd night. We put 4 pillows on the floor and stripped the bed cover before we left the room, so the maid can see the stains on the bed. We return to the room about 7pm and our bed was just cover it back up without changing the sheet plus non of the coffee items and bathroom items were replinished. Both of us enjoy this property location, view, pool, breakfast, all other staffs were very nice and polite including other parking attendant, except what we mentioned."

"The furniture in the villa was obviously old, and the cupboards didn't open well. The location of the rooms is not convenient. If someone goes to the toilet, then you can only go from the nursery to the kitchen through the pool area.The lighting was quite dim, and there was no desk chair. The pool is clean, towels were changed every day and bottled water was provided. The breakfast is good. You could order a shuttle bus to the beach or the store for free. P.S. The bags that we left on the bedside table and planned to use for some reason, the cleaners made garbage bags. I believe that cleaners have the right to throw out only what is inside the trash can."

"Overall: The hotel itself is quite lovely, though its location might not be ideal for those seeking easy access to city centers or a wide variety of nearby activities. Pros: * In-room Pool: The in-room pool was a fantastic feature. Cons: * Disruptive Cleaning: Daily room cleaning, typically between 3-5 PM, often interrupted our plans, especially our enjoyment of the in-room pool. Our request for earlier cleaning (12 PM) was not honored. The cleaning itself was very quick (around 15 minutes). * Uncleanliness: The bathtub was dirty (pictures provided), and the overall floor cleanliness was unsatisfactory. * Inconsistent Service: Hotel staff were generally agreeable to requests, but follow-through was unreliable. An issue with the shower (alternating between scalding hot and icy cold water) was poorly addressed, and the problem persisted throughout our stay . Key Improvements: * Flexible Cleaning Times: Offer guests more flexibility in scheduling room cleaning, perhaps with a designated ”do not disturb” option. * Enhanced Cleaning Standards: Improve cleaning protocols, particularly in bathrooms. * Improved Service Delivery: Ensure that guest requests and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. "The hotel is located not far from Central. Can walk It takes about 5-10 minutes. The hotel is clean with complete facilities. The view upstairs is beautiful. The disadvantage is that there is no elevator. And the swimming pool closes a bit early (closed 18.00)"

"We spent 2 weeks with my daughter in this hotel. Good staff, always ready to help with a smile and really with desire. The location of the hotel is good, the first coastline. Large sandy beach, sometimes there were not enough sun loungers. Breakfasts are very modest. Prices in the hotel restaurant are high, mostly ate in other places"

"This hotel is located on Chaweng Beach, very close to the airport. I was quite apprehensive before arriving, not knowing what to expect. But once I got there, I realized I made the right choice. The hotel is beautiful. We booked a room in the same building as the front desk, and they upgraded us to a king-size bed plus a small bed. The restaurant and villa rooms are across the street, offering breakfast with a stunning sea view every day. After breakfast, you can just grab a lounge chair and enjoy the incredible scenery, sitting there facing the ocean all day long. Most of the guests are from Europe and America. The front desk staff and restaurant servers are all very enthusiastic and helpful, answering every question. Room cleaning is also quick and thorough. The hotel offers massages at reasonable prices, and the pasta, burgers, pizzas, and drinks at the restaurant are all delicious and moderately priced. The only thing to note is that the road leading from the main street to the hotel is a bit steep with uphill and downhill sections, which can be a bit tiring if you're pulling luggage."

"The hotel was a delight. We enjoyed our honeymoon stay here very much. The staff (restaurant and one lady on reception was exceptionally helpful). The room was clean. "The hotel front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they even upgraded me to a poolside room. I booked this hotel specifically for its beautiful pool, which did not disappoint. The hotel is conveniently located right on the main road, directly across from a row of pubs, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. Highly recommend! 😀"
