BELLISSIMA STRUTTURA NEL CUORE DELLA CITTA'. HOTEL BELLISSIMO,GRANDE PARCHEGGIO,CAMERE SPAZIOSE,PULIZIA SUPER,RISTORANTE ALLA CARTA CON PIATTI VERAMENTE BUONI(PREZZI GIUSTI). STARE IN QUESTO HOTEL TI FA SENTIRE VERAMENTE BENE!

La struttura molto bella, siamo arrivate la sera tardi e abbiamo trovato la camera non pulitissima, c'erano dei capelli in terra sia nella camera che nel bagno, il secondo giorno invece era tutto in ordine pulita perfettamente, la colazione molto abbondante e buona. Come voto do un 4.½purtroppo per la pulizia altrimenti sarebbe stato un 5

I booked a Christmas special combo deal which involved thr Spa 55 mins and a 3 course dinner. The Spa was a contracture massage or deep tissue by Valentina. I will say as a qualified holistic therapist ex martial artist Valentina is the best massage prationer that I know. I have used many specialist regarding many issues around dysfunctional muscle tissue. Valentina is a highley skilled massage therapist who uses a wide range of techniques to alleviate all types of muscle deficiency. I specially fly to sardinia to arrange an experience a high level masseur as they really don't come much better than therapist Valentina she is very respectful and courteous and committed in what she does amazing .. I would highly recommend her. With regards to the food and service on that stay the food was really exceptional.

Our flight was cancelled from London Gatwick, not our fault. So we couldn't get into Italy because The Air Traffic Contol Tower had been infected.
So we claimed a refund from the hotel as we couldn't get there and we were not offered any other flight's or solutions, and the hotel refused to refund us and there was nothing we could do about it.
Under the Atol protection we were covered but still they refused to refund us.
Very poor!

Overall good place to stay, good breakfast, cleanliness and staff.
Con: The tap water is not potable and they don’t provide complimentary bottles in the room - all hotels I’ve stayed at provide basic water when tap water is not drinkable. We had to keep running to the grocery store nearby to buy bottles as hotel bottles were way too expensive.
Pros: Fully equipped gym, and good spa and wellness services

Great hotel with great service. Hotel is modern. Hotel and rooms clean. People very friendly and in restaurant staff know how it should be done, compliment. Wellness is nice and give a great massage. Carbonia is not a great city but a good start for seeing the south-west part of Sardinia. Example for many hotels who also have 4 stars.

This review is about the SPA facilities. I advise everyone to book some treatments there as it’s truly relaxing and positive experience. I used the “Aqua journey treatment” (salt room/water massage/sauna/steam room etc) and I also booked a massage few times. All the staff is very friendly and professional, always there to help. I highly recommend a decontracting massage done by Maura as it was the best massage I’ve had in my life ! Maura is a highly professional and skilled masseuse. I left the table feeling like a new born man. I’ve had some problems with muscles around my neck for long time and couldn’t turn my head to one side completely and Maura also fixed this. Thank you again! In Italiano: Questa recensione riguarda le strutture SPA. Consiglio a tutti di prenotare alcuni trattamenti lì perché è un'esperienza davvero rilassante e positiva. Ho usato il "trattamento Aqua journey" (stanza del sale/massaggio con acqua/sauna/bagno turco ecc.) e ho anche prenotato un massaggio alcune volte. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e professionale, sempre pronto ad aiutare. Consiglio vivamente un decontratturante massaggio fatto da Maura perché è stato il miglior massaggio che ho avuto nella mia vita! Maura è una massaggiatrice altamente professionale e qualificata. Ho lasciato il tavolo sentendomi come un uomo appena nato. Ho avuto alcuni problemi con i muscoli intorno al collo per molto tempo e non riuscivo a girare completamente la testa da un lato e anche Maura ha risolto questo problema. Grazie ancora!
