The hotel environment is good, the room is relatively large, the hygiene is also good, and most importantly, the bed and pillow are relatively comfortable and it is quiet. However, the hotel garden cannot lead directly to Meizi Lake. Some of the landscape paths in the hotel garden are blocked due to disrepair and cannot be opened. The hotel has a run-down feeling due to poor management. The hotel only provides breakfast, and dining is inconvenient.

We had a wonderful three night stay here. Breakfast and dinners are buffet and yummy. For non-speaking Chinese people, it was difficult to work out how to get buses around the park etc. However, previously reviews that I read were positive about this. The woman at the reception desk who gave us her WeChat wasn’t supportive at all, but we figured it out. The tour around the park is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. A bit sad to see that animals were being handled or hand fed if you pay. However, overall, it was a lovely few days.

Songzan yyds! ! Songzan yyds! ! I only want to stay at Songtsan when I travel in the future! ! What kind of secluded fairy hotel is Green Valley? The staff are all good-looking and speak nicely, even a pair of slippers are so pretty, and the goodnight desserts they give are so delicious! The restaurant’s food is stable, and the handsome chef will even chat with you and ask for your opinion on the dishes! The pretty and simple staff sister shared with us the scenery of each hotel under Songtsam at the long table in the afternoon, and said that she really liked working at Songtsam. Everything is perfect, it is the most amazing thing in this trip to Pu'er! After learning more about it, I realized that Pu'er Green Valley is the starting point of the Ancient Tea-Horse Road, and the general manager of Green Valley is also a super powerful woman! No wonder it looks so good even if it’s as small as a teacup! The world cannot do without girls! ! I love Songtsan! ! ! I will stay here again next time I go to Shangri-La!

It’s a treasure hotel! After staying in Pu'er for 2 days, I felt like there wasn't much to do, so I found this hotel. It had a nice environment and wasn't too far away (3 hours' drive), so I ran here.
The scenery blends in with Longtan Park, the rooms are in Wa style, and the environment is great.
The facilities in the room are complete. Due to the off-season, the beautiful butler Maizi helps out.
Room upgraded. The room design is unique. The villa room has a small pool and a balcony with a good view, which is suitable for relaxing and relaxing.
There are too many activities in the hotel, including insect specimen making, perfume mixing, tie-dying, batik, coffee making, pottery, etc., each of which is very unique. Especially making butterfly specimens is an eye-opener for northerners.
The best viewing area in the hotel is the restaurant in the main building, as well as the seats by the pool, which are really intoxicating.
The only drawback is that the breakfast is a little sparse, and lunch and dinner are not regularly served and need to be booked in advance, maybe because of the off-season. We had two dinners, both simple vegetarian dishes, large portions and delicious.
The hotel can walk directly to Longtan Park and Long Mo Ye, and it is very refreshing to go out and walk around the streets.
Overall, it's good. If you're not too far from the surrounding area, you should come and experience the original style.

The hotel is very big and beautiful, full of ethnic customs, the air in the mountains is very fresh, the hardware facilities are very good, and it is suitable for a family vacation.
The hotel's hot springs are really good and very comfortable to soak in.
It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far.
The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers.
The hotel is in Mangjing Shangzhai, very close to the Queen Bee Tree. I stayed for two nights and woke up every morning listening to the birds singing. The air was very fresh when I opened the balcony door. I really liked this big balcony. There was roasted tea and Brown singing in the evening. It was good to organize activities to visit the ancient village during the day. However, the level of the hotel's guides really needs to be improved. It may be related to the cultural level and knowledge. The service is very good.

Review: Eterna Venue Hotel (Liu Shi) - A Tea Mountain Retreat
As a self-proclaimed “well-travelled” individual, I never expected Jingmai Mountain to take my breath away again—but it truly did. The journey here is a testament to Yunnan’s untouched beauty, with rolling emerald tea fields, ancient forests, and villages where ethnic tribes have lived for generations.
We decided to stay at Eterna Venue Hotel (Liu Shi) instead of the many BnBs on the mountain, having often found those overpriced and lacking in cleanliness. What a pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be!
From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made it feel like home. Many of the team members come from nearby tea-farming communities, and their passion for the land was palpable. They didn’t just serve tea—they shared stories of the heritage behind it, offering insights into the different tea varieties and local traditions.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality linens. I loved waking up to the sound of roosters and the first rays of sunshine streaming through the window. If you’re like me and prefer to leave the window open at night, the fresh mountain air is the perfect way to start your day.
For breakfast, don’t miss the fresh rice noodles and seafood congee—so flavorful! The fruit selection was also fresh and changed daily.
A pleasant surprise was finding Cha Ling (a premium LVMH brand) as the hotel’s amenity. Made with tea extract, it added a luxurious touch to my stay.
One of my favorite experiences was the traditional tea baking session, Wei Lu Kao Cha. We gathered around a carbon stove, sipped Pu’er tea, ate locally harvested fruit and nuts, and learned to bake our own tea leaves under the guidance of tea masters.
The staff’s pride in their cultural heritage shone through in every interaction, making what could have been a simple stay feel like an immersive cultural journey.
For anyone looking to experience the authentic soul of Yunnan’s tea mountains, Eterna Venue Hotel offers more than just a place to stay—it provides a meaningful connection to this beautiful region.
