It's quite good. It's the best business hotel I've stayed in recently. The supplies are complete, the meals are rich, and the service is quite good for a business hotel. As a practitioner in the hotel industry for many years, I feel sorry for the boss. There are too many redundant parts. It's difficult to support such complex supplies, meals, and labor costs at this room rate, and it's a franchise hotel. The hotel is good, but from an investment perspective, you still need to consider the ** time issue.

Guest UserThe rooftop garden at Shanhao Garden Hotel in Ning'er is absolutely stunning! The design is breathtaking, the rooms are spacious and airy, and the smart home features enhance the overall experience. Complimentary coffee and tea are available, and you can swim directly in the heated pool. The receptionist is incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting with your luggage and recommending fun places to visit nearby. She's also very pretty. The location is convenient, making it a must-stay in Ning'er!

KamilaKimExcellent Hotel, Highly Recommend!
We stayed at this hotel for several nights during our trip and were extremely pleased with our choice.
· Perfect Location: The location is excellent. You can easily walk to shopping malls and the main shopping street. The night market is also nearby. Taxis in the area are very affordable, costing only 7-10 yuan.
· Very Clean: The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean and well-maintained.
· Best Breakfast: They serve the absolute best breakfast we had during our entire 10-day journey! A great variety of delicious options.
· Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff is wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request.
We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Guest UserWarm reception upon arrival, and the facilities are all top-notch, even offering late-night snacks. The room is spacious and clean, well-equipped with excellent hot water for the shower and efficient air conditioning. The hotel also boasts a gym, laundry room, and a lovely terrace with great views. It's located close to Ximabo River and Meizi Lake, but getting to the city center for a city walk is easy by bike. There's also a bus stop right outside, making transportation very convenient. Highly recommended, I'd definitely stay here again.

Guest UserConsidering the convenience of our return trip, we chose this hotel for our last night in Jingmai. The view was fantastic, and the owners were very welcoming. The lobby was tastefully decorated, with various plants and furnishings creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Any lounge chair or sofa offered a perfect spot to lazily enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window. The rooms were well-stocked with snacks, a bathtub, a projector, and even a tea table and teaware – the tea owner had thoughtfully provided everything. Each room offered a view of the sea of clouds just by opening the curtains, but unfortunately, the clouds were a bit thin the day we visited; we'll save that for another time.

This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a positive review for a hotel! The accommodation was excellent. They offer complimentary drinks and popsicles on the first floor.
I was even upgraded to a better room for free, which I really appreciate.
The room was fully equipped with Xiao Du smart controls, making everything super convenient. They also provide free late-night snacks, and the reception staff were incredibly thoughtful. When I asked for one late-night snack, they even offered to let me try a variety of options! The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation design, and in addition to regular towels, they also provide disposable towels. For rooms with bathtubs, they even include bath amenities, which is a nice touch.
After checking out, I was able to store my luggage and pick it up later when I returned from my errands.

Guest UserThis is a new hotel conveniently located for the airport and station, but not in a touristy part of town. The facilities were really excellent. Everything is brand new and a lot of thought has clearly gone into the design. Some nice touches, like fresh fruit in the evening, and an accessible washing machine were very welcome. The bed was super comfortable and all the linens were pristine. The breakfast was Fine, nothing particularly special. But best of all I have to say was the staff. From the staff on the front desk to the lady who cleaned my room everyone was extremely welcoming and did everything they could to answer my questions, help me with any small problems and make my stay comfortable. A very big thank you to all of you. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Pu'er.

The first established hotel as you enter the mountains, with plenty of parking spaces right across the street, which is very convenient. It's a bit far from the attractions, so you'll need a car. They offer butler-style service; they'll contact you the day before to provide the address, travel tips, and other information. The hotel has a good variety of activities planned, including roasted milk tea, stir-fried melon seeds, and bonfires in the evening. The hotel's dinner was just okay, with plenty of room for improvement. Breakfast on the rooftop had a great ambiance and taste. The rooms aren't luxurious but are perfectly adequate. The air conditioning was a bit old and didn't heat very well. I didn't have time to experience the travel photography session. It was really expensive during Chinese New Year, haha.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Linens: Soft blankets and pillows; skin-friendly towels; soft and comfortable slippers (plastic slippers get dirty easily and have an odor).
Highlights: The washbasin is raised on a platform before the cabinets, preventing water damage; the height is just right.
Important Points: Disposable bath towels, face towels, and slippers. Spare bottled water is provided in the hallway and lobby; customers can help themselves if needed. Although the cost is small, it shows the store's meticulous service.

Guest UserThe fact that dogs are allowed is a big plus. Parking is convenient downstairs, and there are slow chargers, although they're a bit expensive 😂. We booked the largest suite, on the top floor, away from the street, so we couldn't hear any street noise. However, there's a water pump on the roof, and you can clearly hear it running from the rooms, especially the one to the left of the entrance. The one to the right is less noticeable. Since I'm a very light sleeper, my husband had to sleep in the room where he could hear the pump, but he said he could hear it too. So, I think this issue really needs to be addressed. Either add a soundproofing mat to the roof, or move the pump to a location not under the rooms. We stayed for two days. The first day, since only our room had breakfast, they prepared very little, which is understandable. The second day, with more people, they prepared more food.
