Hotel Indigo Galapagos

Incredibly beautiful hotel, situated right on the beach. Could see and hear sealions from our window. It's a new hotel and the design is impeccable 👌 indoor-outdoor bar, restaurant, lobby. Fittings and furniture all chime with the landscape. Chairs designed to resemble local Manta Rays, ceiling circles inspired by volcanos, natural wood, intensely pigmented tiles, exquisite soft furnishings. And everything works. Our room was like a perfect apartment. Blackout curtains that didn't let a hint of daylight in. Comfort and luxury. Staff is an utter delight! SO sincerely friendly, obliging and proud of their hotel. Joao in reception, Daniel in the restaurant, Senora and Mauricio in admin, everyone was so nice The food was delicious. We only got to stay one night, we wished we could stay for much longer

Every staff member at the hotel were so helpful! Joao was great for anything we needed and Mauricio (the GM) was always so gracious and professional. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay! Close to everything and the views are great too! Will stay here again if I’m ever in San Cristobal!

Everything was amazing, the service was 10/10, everyone friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. There is great food, the accommodations are very comfort and brand new. The tours provided by the hotel were amazing. I recommend this stay.

We stayed at the Indigo in early September in a corner suite. From the staff to the facilities, the experience was exquisite and we had a wonderful stay. We were welcomed warmly and all of our needs were attended throughout the stay. Our room and view were spectacular and we can’t wait to come back one day. They accommodated our family which included our 1 year old daughter. The service from Jazmin, Stward, Erika, Joao, and all the rest of the staff was truly exceptional.

Had the most amazing dinner at the restaurant, Darwin Secret, at Hotel Indigo's lobby. Daniel at the restaurant was wonderful and made great food suggestion. The grilled lobster was delicious! And the bar made amazing drinks!! Highly recommended!!

If you are thinking about relaxing and having the best time, DO NOT HESITATE TO COME, Erika is super friendly, she can help you with everything and when I say everything, it is real, from where to go for a walk to where to buy souvenirs, the ceviche in her restaurant is delicious, the attention All of the boys are very good. Without a doubt it was the best experience in Las Enchanted

Highly recommended. A hotel with new and clean facilities. The entire staff is professional and friendly, providing high-quality service. They are always concerned about your well-being, checking if you are enjoying your stay or need anything. You are welcomed with a smile from the moment you arrive at the hotel lobby, where they greet you with a mocktail and hand towels for sanitizing. The food is of excellent quality and delicious, from the breakfast buffet to lunch and dinner. The drinks are superbly crafted, including cocktails, kids' mocktails, smoothies, and juices. The rooms are very clean and modern. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is spectacular. The interior design and architecture are very beautiful. The location is perfect, and this is the hotel I will definitely choose for my stay whenever I return to San Cristóbal. Thanks to all the staff for their excellent service, especially Jazmín and Diego. Everyone recommends places to visit and asks how your day has been. The manager is also very kind. A memorable experience.

Loved my experience at Indigo, great staff, they all were very cordial to us! The hotel is modern and has great decor, the pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful, their gym is perfectly equipped, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel provided us with a box lunch before our trip to Santa Cruz and towels every time we went to any beach/excursion.
