very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

Everything was perfect The manager was very kind and helpful he upgraded our room to the most expensive room to make us feel comfortable Mia and Adonis took care of us 24/7 They surprise us on our universe day We had the best vacation ever Great stuff

Misotis was amazing in every sense of the word, making our stay at Eden Roc an incredible experience. Fresh food, clean amenities, and expedient and kind service was the perfect combination to make anyone feel at home and compelled to return. Can't wait for the next time!

We had the most amazing trip! We stayed at the founders house and it was a dream! Carlos and Melvin our private concierge took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed & with a smile on their face! All they kept saying is we want to make sure you have a fun & relaxing trip! Every night they set up a gorgeous table in a different location of the house and each meal was so beautiful! A special shout out to Miguel the Chef- the food was incredible I would rate him a 5 star chef! He was with us from morning till night and with a smile on his face, and so accommodating! Thank you Carlos & Melvin and the rest of the staff for making my in laws 50th anniversary so special! ❤️

We occupied the founders villa with our family!! What a treat!! Gorgeous and the concierge and butlers and cooks assigned to us were fantastic. They Made our trip so spectacular and special. Was a perfect and most beautiful way to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family

The founders villa was the perfect place to accommodate a 50th wedding anniversary trip for our parents. The villa was beautiful, the staff was incredible and the food was some of the best we’ve ever eaten! When we decided to put together not one, but two last minute parties, they helped us plan down the smallest detail. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Carlos, Melvin, Abraham and Miguel are just some of the wonderful people who took care of us. Thank you for the perfect week!!

Just a fabulous golf course. More than half the holes were on the ocean and the course was in excellent condition. The hotel was a solid B+ to A- , three restaurants on property so that you never have to leave. The beach and beach service was wonderful. A great high end getaway at a high price.

amazing experience and 5 star service! we went for our parents 50th anniversay. the staff was so helpful and attentive. hotel was amazing, 5 star all around. i would reccomend this to anyone who is looking to have a luxurious vacation in the dominican. also golf course was breath-taking
