This place is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and would bend over backwards to help us. They gave us the VIP treatment starting at the airport by whisking us past all of the long lines. The attention to detail at the resort was incredible. They think of everything. They spoiled us and we loved it. The property is huge and we had a golf cart to go around and explore which we loved. They also had bikes at our villa with each of our names on it. The Ojos reserve on the property was stunning and one of our favorite places to explore. They have lots of restaurants on property, but we also loved just having room service on our porch while looking at the beautiful water. This was an amazing vacation and we would not hesitate to go back again. We prefer small boutique style resorts and Tortuga Bay did not disappoint.

We spent an amazing weekend at Tortuga Bay Punta Cana. From the second you step off the plane, everything is taken care of by the nicest, most competent staff. We loved the beautiful property, the spacious villas, the great food options and every detail that made our vacation special.

Most beautiful area and facilities for families and a romantic getaway for couples. Close to the airport and numerous activities available within the resort area and outside. Nice transport services from the airport with very attentive drivers.

Incredible time at tortuga bay. Service was unparalleled With amazing ambassadors like Carlos, Fary and Diana. Beautiful location and so much to do on premises. Property is huge and lagoons are a must see. Were very accommodating to all dietary requests as well!

our stay at Tortuga Bay was absolutely expectational! we will definitely come back! Team was extremely warm responsive and well trained; the hotel location, manucured grounds and facility were amazing and extremely serene, super safe and restful! my 12 yo daughter loved the golf carts and this added to her experience!

Absolutely wonderful. The resort is immaculate, the rooms are fabulous and the people are amazing. We had a great week enjoying the diving and accommodations at one of the friendliest places you could ever ask for. Thank you to everyone who made our trip magical.

It was an amazing experience! Private and relaxing. Service was impeccable. Loved the VIP service starting right from the airport and all through our stay. We loved having our own golf cart and bicycles with our own personalized name plates. Loved the breakfasts and golf at La Cana.

Tortuga bay resort is really beautiful and has all the vacation amenities money can buy. It's close to the airport, situated on a golf course alongside the beach that has our villas overlooking the beach. The hotel staff gives an excellent welcoming and service. While house keeping services' our villas to perfection. We will recommend anyone to try and vacation at TORTUGA in Punta Cana. It was worth the travel time.

Beautiful and clean at Tortuga Bay Hotel. Is a pleasure to stay there. The villa was oceanfront and it comes with a golf cart and bicycles. Our villa had a balcony with lounge chairs and umbrella. We had a Jr. Suite that included small kitchen with dishes, coffee maker and microwave oven. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The stay includes vip services either on arrival or departure. I highly recommend this property.
