From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches. The hotel's facilities, including [the gym, pool, restaurant], were excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail and commitment to quality. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. My stay at MGM was amazing, from start to finish. I came for one night as a treat to myself. Tina from the front desk was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed the variety of food they offered. The staff are friendly and caring. The pool is absolutely stunning and I just so while visiting. The whole hotel was beautiful and I loved my stay here. Will be coming back for sure with friends.

All good except the staff is unwilling to assist in booking taxi, as the app requires Wechat pay, but we don't have. We ask the staff to help in booking, the staff insisted that they cannot have monetary involvement with guest. While I recognize the importance of following the rules, however it must see what kind of thing to follow. I don't think assist guest in taxi booking is a big big problem.

I chose the old Seaview Garden Hotel in Qingdao for a temporary business trip. The service is good. There is a receptionist who will send it to the room to introduce the facilities and services. The housekeeper will contact me at any time to provide help. There are free fruits and drinks in the room. The guest supplies are also very comfortable. I have stayed in many local hotels in Qingdao. Seaview is first-class in this aspect and is willing to give guests more enjoyment. Before leaving the hotel, I found that the car was also wiped by them. This is a very pleasant service. Some suggestions are given to them. The welcome tea is too formal. It is just ordinary black tea. It is not good to drink and is not warm. It is more suitable for this season to use a paper cup to have a ginger tea or grapefruit tea. The front desk can deliver it without wasting manpower; in addition, the sound insulation of the room is average. You can choose a sound insulation strip to block it. There are many styles online. . Overall, the flaws do not cover the merits and it deserves full marks. The key is that Seaview sincerely wants to give more to customers. I will choose it again in the future.

The location of this hotel might be convenient for business travelers, but it’s not ideal for tourists. I found myself having to take taxis everywhere, though fortunately, they’re inexpensive in Qingdao. The rooms are spacious and generally clean, with a comfortable bed, but the bathroom felt a bit outdated. Breakfast was just average, nothing to get excited about. Although the hotel is listed as 5 stars, it felt more like a 4-star experience. All the rooms face the streets, which can be noisy – I had to switch rooms because of this. However, my second room was a bit quieter. The staff were all very kind, especially the cleaning ladies who were always smiling and helpful. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but I probably wouldn’t choose this

Nice hotel in a good location as we were there to attend an event near the stadium, and there is also a shopping mall nearby. Room is nice as well, overall service was great!

The hotel room is very large, the hardware conditions are very good, clean and new. The auntie Zhai Weixia who is in charge of the room hygiene is very enthusiastic and took the initiative to give laundry detergent and fruit, which is very considerate. The room can see the sea, and there is a beach downstairs. The scenery is very beautiful.

Wei is in a good location, with Yaner Island and Xiaomai Island nearby. The breakfast is very good, and the breakfast for children over 1.2 meters is half price, 34 or 39, but I don't think the room is 40 square meters. I chose this room because it is big, but the 25 square meters I stayed in Litian is about the same size. Overall, it is good enough to score 4.7, but if you have stayed in Litian, the same price, or even slightly lower, you will find that there is still a gap in service, and it is more than a little bit.
