Hotels Near Sephora in Qingdao

The room was clean and tidy. I didn't expect the breakfast to be so rich. This Atour really surprised me. There are all kinds of food, which is not inferior to a five-star hotel. The hotel's service is also great!

Lovely location right by the main esplanade. About a 5 minute walk to the closest metro station. Sound insulation was great. The room was a lot bigger than expected, and facilities inside the room all functioning. I was even upgraded to a sea facing room. Bed is comfortable as well are the shower facilities. Overall great stay. Highly recommend for business/family travellers alike.

Facilities: good, Hygiene: very clean good environment first rate service On the second night of my stay, there was a slight noise in the room I booked in the morning. I was a light sleeper and told the front desk. As a result, the front desk took the trouble to help me change rooms and opened several rooms for me to choose from. Although in the end, I didn't select it, but because of the service quality at the front desk, I will stay in Fuxin next time I come to Qingdao. When I checked out, they helped me deliver my luggage to the car that was parked far away and notified the doorman in time to let me go for free. Now I can have such good service. There are not many hotels left, I am very satisfied

Really great location and the amenities include a kitchenette and washing machine which was really helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the metro and is nested in a residential building, there are three separate receptions for different hotels in the building all on the ground floor. Couldn't really connect to the smart home systems due to not having a Chinese number but it's a common problem across China. The reception team is friendly and there is luggage storage post check out.

Overall stay was very good. The hotel staff is nice, room was fairly clean. Maybe it’s slow season, the staff all look a bit sluggish. They are either not prepared to answer questions or don’t know how to answer questions. On their website it says they have airport shuttle service with added fee, when I asked them they look dumbfounded. Breakfast was tasteless, nothing was very good. The room I had had dirty windows, and a broken fridge. The hotel staff was nice to put my things in their front desk fridge. Other than that everything else was nice.

Great hotel with nice location at the seaside. It's between the city centre and Laoshan, so quite convenient for visiting both. Very good service, everyone was very kind and helpful, felt very welcomed there. We loved our room, it was classy and spacious although we just booked the simplest one. The indoor playground was wonderful for our little toddler, she went to play there every day of our visit. Loads of variety at the breakfast buffet from Chinese to Western. Their baguette and cookies are awesome. All in all, perfect choice for our stay in Qingdao. Would go there again.

Location was great (2-3 min walk from metro) and very near to tourist attractions (good for night walks, about 20 min walk to may 4th square with many roadside food stalls and restaurants available / 1 metro stop to may 4th square). Service was great and meticulous. Towels were all in disinfected packaging. Only downside was that they only had 2 lifts and we had to wait really long just to go back / come down from our room as the lift will stop at most levels on the way.

It was our first time in Qingdao, and we really enjoyed our stay at 青岛海天大酒店 :) We initially booked a sea view room with twin beds for our trip. Upon reaching the hotel, we asked Crystal Zhao, our hotel concierge on whether a room with a king bed was available. She then readily helped us to arrange for a better room with a king bed. It might have been a coincidence, but the room number that Crystal assigned us also matched my birthday and that made it more special! Throughout the stay, crystal also checked in on us via WeChat daily, and arranged for gifts and fruits to be sent to our room. Service was top notch, the room was clean, and we had an amazing view. Thank you!

All the good reviews for this hotel are for the hotel's location and the cleaning lady! Location: The hotel is right outside the first bathing beach, and you can see the sea while lying on the bed (but there are very few such rooms, and we only grabbed a single room for a family trip). The hotel is a few steps away from Badaguan. Those who pay attention to the location can give full marks here💯. Service: After arriving at the hotel during the peak season, it is understandable that the room was not completely cleaned. There was only one lady with two boys on the whole floor who was busy cleaning, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. This does not match the busy passenger flow at all. The lady was very quick and took the initiative to help many times during the stay. Seeing that we had both old and young people, she also added more mineral water and bath towels. Every time she met us, she would take the initiative to say hello and exchange a few words, which was very heartwarming. Disadvantages: The hotel parking lot is very small, just two rows in front of the door, very compact. There is a balcony on the third floor of the hotel. It was originally a very good configuration. You can relax and enjoy the view, check in and take photos, etc. But I was disappointed when I went up. The rattan chairs were dirty and placed in a messy way. The clothes were drying on the balcony. I hope the boss will try to adopt them after seeing them. Your house is in a good location and you can do better! The hotel room is very small and compact. It feels that every inch is used. The wash basin is at the entrance. The sealing glass glue has turned black and moldy. The hotel shower room is very small and the door gap is very large. If you take a shower with a shower head, the water will flow out if you tilt it a little. Let's talk about the peculiar bathroom shelf design. I took a photo of this (Figure 4). I think this should be a shelf to put mobile phones and so on. It should be used for this purpose. There will be no other things in the toilet. But you made it so big, and it mainly blocked the flush button of the toilet. I don't understand it very much? Every time you flush, you have to close the lid, then put your hand in, and half open your palm and use the strength of your fingers, otherwise it won't go in. This is really incomprehensible. 😂 That's all I have to say. I hope the hotel will get better and better. After all, the service staff are all very good.
