NalidoudaRecommend this villa hotel! The privacy of the villa is particularly strong, the independent courtyard is quiet and comfortable, the vehicle can be parked in the private courtyard, safe and at ease! It is also very convenient to drive a tram to charge, and the package is very intimate! The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the oxygen steaming room was also given to experience the benefits. Unfortunately, the time of this trip was tight. I couldn't have time to experience the sweat steaming and wet, detoxifying and raising the face. I left a little expectation. I will come to experience relaxation next time. The overall stay experience is superb. It is worth coming again!

Posted on Jul 24, 2026|2-bed Room With Sea View
Guest UserThe environment gets a 4-star rating. While it's not a direct ocean view room, you can see the sea from a corner of the room. Being on the ground floor, opening the window means seeing pedestrians just a few meters away, as well as many parked electric bikes and motorcycles. It's not a great feeling when people can look right into your room if you open the curtains!
Service also gets 4 stars. After checking in, my daughter and I were struggling with our luggage, which was quite full. There's a ramp leading to the rooms right next to the front desk, but the staff just watched us wrestle our bags up the small incline. During breakfast, a server cleaned a nearby table, but they left the cleaning cloth right next to our table. Eating breakfast while looking at a dirty rag wasn't a pleasant experience.
I gave the facilities the lowest score, 1.5 stars. This is my lowest rating ever on Trip.com, because there was a constant humming noise from machinery in the room all night long. In the early morning, I even got up to turn off all the exhaust fans, fresh air systems, and air conditioning, but the humming continued. I called room service, and they just said it was equipment noise. I had to ask, 'As a hotel room, how can this level of noise be acceptable?!' Clearly, room service couldn't answer either. As an engineer myself, I wanted to understand the source of this noise. I discovered (as shown in image one) that the louvers correspond to the hotel's equipment room, which is simply too close to the guest rooms. The wind noise was roaring from this exhaust vent, and my room was less than 20 meters from it! Ugh, perhaps it's an occupational hazard, but why isn't there noise reduction treatment for the equipment room's ventilation ducts? Are there no inspections? Why isn't the exterior wall and window of this nearby room soundproofed? Also, in image three, the air conditioning unit on the ceiling at the entrance to the breakfast area was operating with an abnormally high noise level. This level of noise is not normal and significantly impacts guests' mood. In summary, there's room for improvement in service, and the equipment needs maintenance!

Guest User1. The hotel directly faces Fushan Bay, framing Qingdao's red roofs, green trees, clear sea, and blue skies perfectly within the guest room windows. On sunny days, you can watch the sparkling waves, and on cloudy days, you can see the drifting, rolling clouds. The unique romance of Qingdao offers surprises and anticipation at every moment.
2. What's most commendable is the hotel's service. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff are all exceptionally professional, especially our butler, Bertha – she was an absolute angel! Before we even checked in, she provided information on all the hotel's facilities, and during our stay, she responded promptly and resolved every request thoughtfully and thoroughly.
Overall, this hotel comes highly recommended; our stay was a perfect 10/10! 💯

Guest UserThe Mandarin Hotel is located on Starlight Island in the West Coast New Area, surrounded by the sea and boasting stunning island scenery. As soon as you arrive, you can feel a sense of tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The sea breeze creates a wonderful vacation vibe. However, there was an entertainment event on the island that day, so it was incredibly crowded.
Stepping into the hotel lobby, the elegant and grand design perfectly blends with marine elements. The glass dome and crystal chandeliers complement each other beautifully. What impressed me most was the self-playing piano in the lobby; its melodious tunes flowed under the dome, adding an artistic touch to the entire space and instantly washing away any travel fatigue.
My business twin room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic sea views. Drawing back the curtains in the morning, I was greeted by the magnificent sight of the sunrise over the ocean. The room was well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and every detail showcased quality.
The hotel's amenities are excellent. The complimentary indoor pool has clear, well-maintained water and is a good size. It's very well-regulated; you need a swimming cap to use it, and there's also a sauna and hot spring. The gym is fully equipped, and in addition to exercise machines, there's a table tennis room and an aerobics room. The hotel garden is charming, with European-style stone carvings adding a unique flair. Just outside, there's a seaside boardwalk, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. Parking and EV charging were very convenient, and the staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making my entire stay, from check-in to check-out, feel incredibly welcoming.

marmot1212Overall, I'm quite disappointed. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel for families with young children.
Let's start with the positives, which go to the housekeeping staff. They provided plenty of water. I don't like the light from alarm clocks, and the attendant noticed I'd turned mine slightly away, understood I disliked the light, and even flipped it over for me. Very thoughtful service!
Now for the many negatives!
First, the front desk staff. I had purchased a voucher for two rooms for two nights, and I made this clear at check-in. However, on the third day, they still called me around noon asking if I was extending my stay, which disrupted my rest. Later, our room cards stopped working, leaving three adults and two children stranded on another floor. Extremely frustrating! The correct procedure would have been for them to check my reservation before calling, realize I had another booking, and then have an attendant deliver new cards to my room. Thumbs down!
No breakfast in the executive lounge – thumbs down! If the executive lounge doesn't offer breakfast, then there should at least be a dedicated dining area in the main restaurant for executive room guests, offering priority seating. I booked an executive room precisely because I wanted to avoid crowded breakfasts and long queues. If I had known they couldn't provide this service, I would have chosen a different hotel or not booked an executive room, as there's a premium price attached, right?
The hotel's family facilities – thumbs down! There are absolutely no family facilities, no kids' playground, and no kids' club activities. Nothing for toddlers to do.
The beach – thumbs down! If you're coming specifically for the beach, don't bother. The hotel's so-called private beach is surrounded by two drainage outlets. When it rained, we could see dark, murky water being discharged directly into it. I wouldn't dare let my children play there. So, you'd have to walk quite a distance anyway, making staying here completely unnecessary.
The rooms are very small. There are no connecting rooms, and even rooms of the same type aren't adjacent (according to the hotel staff themselves). The two rooms they assigned us had several other rooms in between, which was very inconvenient.

SongfengchuijiedaiThis hotel offers an excellent overall experience. Its prime location makes getting around incredibly convenient. The room layout is well-designed, spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, creating a warm and comfortable living environment. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, responding promptly to requests, which made us feel right at home. Both the facilities and the service demonstrate great value for money, making it an ideal choice for either business trips or leisure travel. I would definitely choose this hotel again given the chance and will recommend it to my friends. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

Guest UserHardware: The room facilities meet five-star standards, with two sinks for guests to have their own independent space.
Hygiene: The room is relatively clean. The only downside is that after running water in the bathtub, there was a musty smell coming from underneath it.
Service: The front desk staff were all very understanding and considerate. They helped us extend our stay, recognizing that the elderly traveler was tired from their journey.
Transportation: If you're catching a flight the next day, this hotel is perfectly suited. There's a direct通道 connecting to the airport right next to the breakfast area, and it's about a ten-minute walk.

The room was spotless, with no musty smell, and the air conditioning and hot water were consistently available all day. Katia from guest relations was friendly and allowed us to store our luggage for free. The hallway was quiet, so we had an undisturbed night's rest. Downstairs, there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, and transportation was convenient. Although the facilities were simple, they were well-maintained. For the same price, the quality truly stood out. It's a very cost-effective option for a short transitional stay.

QingdaoxiaoshuijingI booked the hotel with a try-and-see attitude. Before I arrived, I received a call from the hotel to understand my accommodation needs. The room was upgraded, and the room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the hot water was good, and the parking was convenient. It was very good for business trips. There is heating here in winter, which must be comfortable. I will stay in Pingdu next time. I should thank the handsome guy at the front desk who checked in. He was warm and thoughtful. With such service, the hotel management is like it👍

Hygiene: The condition is worrying. There are hairs on the sink. One towel is hard and the other is soft (those who have stayed in hotels know what's going on). The water on the floor of the shower room is not dry. Are they really not afraid of customers slipping?
Service: The service quality of the front desk is really good. Whether it's towels or water, they can be solved in time. But the next day, when I didn't check out, the cleaning lady came to knock on the door? What does it mean? Are you chasing people away? I won't come again
