The apartment was clean and ok, but the sofa bed is a bit questionable. I had to make up the bed myself and one bed sheet was missing, and since it was after 8pm, I couldn’t even call the reception or housekeeping for that. I had to use towels to cover the duvet which was a bit disgusting.

真的很棒，這個附近的酒店看了個遍，最終還是選擇這個公寓，雖然我們不會用他的廚房煮東西，旅遊嘛實在沒時間做飯，但是微波爐真的很有用，之所以選公寓就是因為有微波爐，每天早晚熱牛奶不要太方便，有時晚上打包的吃的，第二天早上微波爐轉一下就能吃，碗 盤子啥的一應俱全，而且直接從公寓後門走下去2分鐘就是湖邊，如果是新西蘭的夏天來，我不知道這麼近在咫尺的湖邊，我會有多開心，因為這個湖邊是可以直接踩到水的，位置絕佳，山水風景盡收眼底，另外來回機場的1號bus，就停在離公寓最多200米的地方，不要太方便了，走路去皇后鎮中心逛街，也最多走10分鐘，總之，真的很棒

位置很好，就在皇后鎮上，房間是apartment類型，有廚房、浴室、洗衣機、乾衣機，也有花園，非常寬敞，離瓦卡蒂普湖僅2分鐘路程，門口就有巴士站直達機場！

非常糟糕的一次住宿體驗！酒店緊挨着一條主幹道，這條主幹道是皇后鎮到機場的必經之路，所以凌晨的時候還有車輛疾馳而過！房子老舊，下水道冒臭氣，隔音效果很差，關閉窗户噪音一點都沒有減弱。住酒店踩坑不是什麼新鮮事，更可怕的是酒店的態度非常傲慢。我們定了兩晚的住宿，第一晚休息的非常糟糕，第二天讓酒店給我們換房間，他們拒絕了，讓攜程協調把第二天的住宿退訂了，他們也拒絕了！酒店明知道房間有嚴重瑕疵，咬緊了定了就得認栽！協商從早上9點進行到下午4點！最終攜程賠付了1000元，我們花了3000元重新定了房間！出來旅遊本身耗體力，休息不好真的很傷身，家人們謹慎選擇！

酒店離開皇后鎮中心步行僅十分鐘。去乘百年蒸氣船非常方便，因為鎮中心區停車非常困難。另外，離開湖邊僅100米，有興趣的可以去清澈的湖裡游泳🏊♀️
