"The location is a bit far, but the hotel has fantastic views and a private beach. The breakfast was plentiful, and we had a spacious, private room. The only downside was that the facilities were a bit dated; otherwise, everything else was perfect."

After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect escape for me and my fiancé, allowing us to connect, create unforgettable memories, and enjoy a flawless blend of luxury and adventure. "I had a wonderful stay at HARRIS Hotel Batam Waterfront. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful waterfront views, making it a great place to relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast had a good variety of local and international dishes, and the facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were well kept. "The hospitality was great, and all the staff were very helpful and always served us with a smile. The room was clean, and the pool was excellent for families. Our kids absolutely loved it! The view was amazing as well. The only downsides were some service-related issues, such as delays in the buggy service, the limited food options due to the location, and the late opening time of the bar. It only opens at 12 PM, which was a little inconvenient for families like us who spend time at the pool from the morning, especially when the kids get hungry. As for breakfast, the selection and taste were just okay, nothing special, but still acceptable and edible."

"A Perfect 3D2N Mother-Son Getaway! This was my second visit to Batam View Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom this time, and she enjoyed everything about our stay. Food: Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of local and Western dishes. While we were bummed that the seafood restaurant was closed for dinner, the indoor restaurant/bar completely made up for it with great food and service. Amenities: The resort facilities are excellent, and my mom took full advantage of them. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!"

"Service and hospitality was top tier. It’s relatively 30+ year old resort but it is maintained quite well. Location wise it really depends. If you’re just looking to chill at the hotel and the beach with family, it’s a good option. But if you’re looking for night live, cafes and restaurants which most of them are near the city, this hotel is around 30-40 minutes away. The rest are all good."

"2nd visit & its jus as awesome back 2017. Though we booked e sea view bungalow wanting e unblock sea view , we were terrorized by its space & clustured phobic. Dun mention e amount of stairs down and up if u wanna go out fm ur room..Small & balcony & beyond to b seated. Thank god, the deluxe room was avail & we moved. (finally we can breathe & happy). There r newly type of rooms avail too.. Friendly staffs, accomodating our upgrade, buggy rides/ ojek (free) to bring u ard the resort. A one stop family funtastic resort. Pool, Food for lunch, dinner & bbq , Movie Night by e sea, sea sports, atv, spa, best sunset & sunrise to catc, newly hammock on sea, a Statue and temple in there too. Breakfast are varieties and awesome.. Heading out with grab is easy to book.."

"I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future."
